Needs work on web search engine. Cannot get some parts some parts not available.

Staff friendly and helpful. Ordered a step bumper and pad for a Van. Called to see if it was in and was told it was. Went to get it, It wasnt in yet. Called next day and verified it was all there. Went to pick up. Bumper was wrong. You have to call the order hotline for problems, the staff cannot do anything except take returns. Left a message with original sales agent. He didnt return my call. It was getting close to cutoff time for next day delivery, so I called the order desk and was told no step bumpers were available at all. Ended up ordering from a different company.

Im 52 years old. Never been to a salvage yard before. They made the experience easy it was clearly laid out I got what I needed without any issues. Nice group of folks to deal with

Nice, clean, organized lot as far as junk yards go. Probably one of the best Ive visited. The staff is always friendly and polite.

The Lewis Ave. location is a production facility only. No over the counter sales.

I call them and the sales person I talk to must having the bad day
