I must admit giving my card info over the phone with out even seeing a picture of what I was buying worried me. But my concerns were unnecessary. I immediately was sent a text message with a picture of my invoice. When shipping information was available I received notice of that as well. Very friendly very speedy service. I received the correct part very quickly, and for a more than fair price especially since it was shipped from several states away. I had looked everywhere for a 92 Mazda drivers window glass and it was nearly impossible to locate Northtown Auto Parts got me what I needed. The only other place that could find one was a franchise Auto glass repair company in which Id have to bring the car to them two towns away and I would have still paid double for it. Thank you so much Northtown Auto. You saved this car for a few more uears.

Parts are optimistically described as being in better condition than they really are. Be careful, check parts before you walk out with em. Will try to overcharge you on state tax.
Made a phone call to ask about a part on eBay, the guy was rude and laughing when asked what the condition of the back of the part looked like since no pictures displayed on the site. He then proceeded to say it had rust on it. And continued to laugh. I would be cautious of this place since they are only showing you the good side of a part and they could certainly use a person with better customer service. I take it the person answering was the owner but, he doesn’t realize how much business is lost due to bad customer service and trying to hide the obvious. Thank youprevious reviewers for being honest, you saved us a two hour drive!!!
I needed a seat for my daughters 05 bug and found it here. The owner helped me load the seat into my car and the price was the best I could find anywhere. I would recommend this business for anyone looking for automobile parts.

I called about a engine listed on online for my dads truck. Rone said he couldn’t find it in his system but pulled a different one for a better price with less miles . Rone sent me pictures and came in on a Saturday to match my schedule. He sold me a great motor and knows his business like the back of his hand. On another note I was reading some of the other reviews and I can say that rone isn’t rude, he just comes across alittle strong due to his German accent. But if you take the time to listen, he knows what he’s talking about and is very nice to do business with
I needed a small part that was very hard to find. They looked and called me back to tell me that they had the part and I arranged to have it shipped to me. I live in the Kansas City area. Great service and very good people.
Went in looking for an abs module for a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe. They didnt have one on the shelf, but the owner took me out to find the car on the forklift, brought the vehicle up to the shop and took it off. He also gave me some tips about installing it. Considering, that part new would have been $975... I was very fortunate to find it there for $150.Part works great too.Next time I need a part I will definitely be calling them first. They sold me $1000 of junk that didnt work from the start. They wouldnt stand behind their warranty and I wound up having to spend another $1000 elsewhere to fix the car. The people who own this business have no ethics and sell defective parts with no concern for the consumer.
Drove an hour to the yard. Purchased a transmission computer for a Mercedes, Yard told me cash only sure no problem, they had the right part number. Drive there, drive back (2 hours of my day) return to the shop, install and program part, car went from being stuck in 1st gear, to being stuck in 3rd gear. fault codes came back for faulty tcu (different faults as before) opened the unit up, found an electrode missing off of the board. (compared to google pictures and my original dead unit) Yard would not take the part back, offer a refund. The LAST time i ever pay cash only for a part, or drive and hour to get it.

Called early on a Friday to ask if he had a part available for a weekend fix. Was told yes. Asked if I needed tools or if it was already pulled. Was told he thought he had one pulled. I asked him to then verify he had the part pulled. He said yes.I drove 45 minutes from out of town and was told upon getting there that I would have to wait until MONDAY.Ended up having to drive another 30 minutes out to get the part elsewhere, for $15 cheaper.He was very rude when I went in. Own up to your mistake.If I had come in that late the other shop I drove to would have been closed. I came out EARLY. Right after I called.

Many people in this day would say that customer service is a lost art. In most cases theyre right. My experience with Rone at North town Auto Parts caught me by surprise when he took the extra mile to take care of what I needed. Even followed up by sending pictures of the item before and after it was boxed up and supplied a tracking number promptly.Really wowed by his service.Thanks Rone!
Called to ask about a part they had listed on ebay, the guy on the phone sounded as though he didnt care to be on the phone and immediately said he didnt have the part. There is no way he took the time to look up the part. On this experience, I will never conduct business with Northtown Auto Parts.
I ordered the wrong part and he shipped the right one for free and let me keep the wrong one!! Does not get any better than that!! Super nice on the phone and a great guy all around!!!!
I called Northtowne looking for some parts for my Suburban. The owner let me look at several vehicles and point out the parts I needed. This was a couple of suspension pieces and a few interior pieces. I came back in an hour or so and all the parts were waiting for me. The price was very fair and I would use this place again.
