Amazing store! We purchased a ring/necklace set here a couple weeks ago and had an amazing experience. Jim was an outstanding salesman. He didn’t make me feel pressured, and was very patient with me trying on all the different items. He also made sure to clean each item afterwards. We came back today to buy a watch, the salesman this time didn’t tell us his name but he was great too! He even gave us an extra 20% off! We’ll be customers here for life!

Everyone is friendly and helpful here especially Juan. He was great at helping my husband and I pick out a ring. He is very knowledgeable and we appreciated his help! Will definitely be going back.

Picked up my earrings from a repair and had the pleasure of meeting Taylor. She was so personable and we definitely had a good time trying on jewelry. I’ll be back for a piece she had me try on that I normally wouldn’t. But I didn’t feel pressured at all to buy it which is normally the vibe.

My husband bought a beautiful bracelet from here for our anniversary but unfortunately it did not fit and could not be sized. I came in for an exchange and ended up buying a ring. The exchange was seamless and everyone in store was friendly and helpful. The ring had to get sized and that too was seamless and FAST! I went in for the exchange Friday evening 11/23 and picked up the ring just now, Tuesday 11/27. The ring is perfect. 10/10 recommend, will be back!

I had an amazing experience at this location with sales associate AJ Wolfgang. Aj was super lighthearted and fun. He humored us while I tried on literally probably every diamond in the store. He has a great eye for the finest jewelry in that shop. He helped us chose the perfect rose-gold teardrop engagement and wedding ring set. I get so many compliments on it. I had had such a great experience here and will defiantly be coming back to this location. Thank you for making our special day sparkle with diamonds

Absolutely horrible customer service. They are so lazy. I’m 2hrs away and instead of sending me pictures of options the lady told me that she wasn’t allowed to and that I would have to come in the store. I’ve bout atleast 5 watches from Helzburg in Arlington TX but I won’t be doing business with them again.
