Absolutely loved our experience at Kay Outlet! The manager is so friendly and made sure we got what we wanted. I have been to many other jewelry stores where where they try to sell you what they want you to buy and that was not the case here! They have a fantastic team and welcomed us in, listened, they were patient and got us a ring we love!!! Highly recommend Kay Outlet!!!!

I came into Kays on my day off to get one of my watches repaired. The person helping me, Ellie was extremely kind and efficient. the repair only took about a week due to them having to send it in to get repaired. They were extremely friendly and personable. Will definitely be going back!

Worst experience. Purchased a diamond bracelet that broke the next day. And had a loose diamond. Took it in, they only offered to send it in for repairs after 2 weeks I receive it back with the same problem, they order me a “new one” wait for another week. I received it with in a week I notice the same “loose diamond” that they repaired is missing I take it back with other concern and received it back after another 2 weeks without repairing the other issues. On top of that my family member took her wedding ring in for repair and they send her wedding ring back wrong! “Accidentally switch it with some body else’s that was completely different” eventually gets it back.. but they can care less about customer service!

Stopped by here Saturday 7/31/21 while out school shopping for our oldest. My wedding band had broken a tine and I had lost a diamond. I will note this ring was not purchased from Kay, but it was given to me by my mother in law after my husband and I got married in 2016. So sentimentality for this ring is very high and I was wanting to price a repair and possibly purchase another wedding ring to wear in its place so this does not happen again in the future. My husband took our 2 kids and continued on looking for shoes while I went into Kay alone. There were 4 women working this very ting location. One woman was in the process of checking out, another couple who came in before me were still waiting to be helped. As I’m patiently waiting a few other couples come into the store and it starts to get a little packed. Knowing I was next I told myself I would just hang tight for a couple of minutes. When it came time for the employees to help the next person (which should have been me) they looked me over and looked around the store almost like they were searching for who I was with? Then they moved on to one of the couples that had come in after me. After waiting 30 minutes my husband and kids come back and ask if I got everything taken care of, as soon as one of the employees see my family come in they were practically running to get to me. I have never felt so judged and sexualized in my life, especially by other women! Shame on you all! When I told the employee not to bother I would go elsewhere she once again just dismissed me, no apology for being ignored, nothing. Joke is on them though, I went a couple of doors down to Helzberg and ended up sending my ring off for repair, purchasing my husband and I new wedding bands, getting my daughter’s new earrings, and my son a new watch. Lost commission for Kay because of their poor judgement skills! Just because I am a female, alone in a jewelry store in my “mom attire” doesn’t mean I am unable to make a purchase!

Nice prices. Staff are good. My only issue was, I sent some jewelry in for treatment, it was taken care of, but I never got a call or email, notifying me that my jewelry was finished. It’s been sitting in their store for almost 20 days. (From start time to finish) I had to actually call them, to track my jewelry down, rather than being called when it was ready for pick up. Not sure if you forfeit your items if you leave it for a long period of time (willful abandonment of property) but glad I reached out. Who knows if they would have ever called me, glad I didn’t wait to run the risk. It’s my first time purchasing from Kay. Hoping my future purchases or warranty fixes are handled in a more timely and professional manner.

I went to look at earrings for myself. I had the Ellie come over to help me .She helped me attempt to find a pair of diamond studs, she was very patient and professional with me as I was very confused with what I actually wanted I will definitely be coming back to purchase them!!

My husband and I came in to purchase some Christmas gifts for taste specific family members. We were immediately greeted by Amanda the assistant manager and asked what we were looking for. We spent more than an hour looking at different pieces and being difficult in our decision making; Amanda was very patient with us and never showed any type of frustration or inconvenience. She asked questions to better understand our needs and showed us many options while also building a rapport. We left the store with everything we needed including inspection and repair on my wedding ring that was purchased at another jeweler. I don’t understand the negative reviews here as we had exceptional customer service from start to finish. We will definitely be visiting Amanda in the future.

I bought a ring for my daughter yesterday at the Denver outlet location and when I asked about the return policy I was never informed that if i paid in cash that I would have to wait two week to get a refund in check and not cash. When I asked Amanda  the assistant general manager she stated that Sky the sales clerk was new. However when u asked how long Sky has worked there she stated that she didnt know because she started before she (Amanda) transferred there over two months ago. The return policy should be one of the first things taught if a person is in sales and doing any transaction. She literally is just trying to cover saying sales person was new and thats why she didnt inform me of the return policy if paid with  cash. I wouldve gladly paid in by card had I known that I wouldnt get my $457.91 for two weeks. THATS WHY I ASKED ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY IN THE FIRST PLACE. Also as Im posting this after 15 minutes she finally apologized and stated that she would make sure to let everyone know to inform the customer to inform the costumer. Like she was recording... lol this place is a joke!

Waited 1 hour just to pick up a ring that costed 4k+. The two sales employees were more worried about making commission or sale on a couple 400 dollar necklaces than my high dollar purchase which could have been handled in 10 min. If I hadnt already paid for my engagement trip I would have returned the ring and asked for a full refund. Horrible customer service. 1 hour to pick up a ring is ridiculous. Last time Ill put my money into Kays. This location needs customer service skills bad!

Dont waste time going here if customer service is important to you. My husband and I were treated very rudely when I dropped my ring off to be fixed and cleaned and then when I came back to pick it up there were 2 employees working and neither greeted me to acknowledge that I even walked into the store and then I proceeded to sit there for 20 minutes while they assisted one couple. I finally had to speak up and ask when I could be assisted and it only ended up requiring literally 3 minutes of their time. They also didnt greet any other customers that came in while I was there, all of which walked out appearing annoyed.

Says they open at 11am, but cant answer the phones. And when they finally did answer at 11:30am, they asked me to call back in 20 minutes because they werent set up yet. This happened today (Saturday) and a few weeks back on another Saturday. Werent you supposed to be set up by 11am?
