Best customer service i have seen..

The ladies loved it.

If you enjoy rudely condescending attendants, disinterested in being disturbed from texting and gaming on their phones, this location is right up your alley. I stopped in to make a return and they did absolutely everything they could to make it a frustrating experience so they wouldnt have to follow through on a service clearly listed on the corporate website as available at this store. It is little wonder why they are losing market share and closing stores.

In the past, I’ve had an incredible experience in the store. This go around was the complete opposite. Employee, Angelo, and the young lady who was working this afternoon gave little to no assistance to customers, and seemed as if we were a bother to their day. I loved the pair of jeans that I was eventually allowed to try on but the employees ruined the shopping experience!

Manager super rude, younger gal! Even with a receipt I can not exchange my sons pants that are to big & nearly $100! Never heard of this! Stupidest procedure/rule Ive ever heard! Just another brand that makes you eat your money! Wont be going there any longer for my sons clothes! Shame on them! Super frustrating!!😡

Great clothing but I was talked down to by one of the employees here for taking a short video for my own enjoyment when there is no sign informing you to not video tape anything. What could I possibly do with a 7 second video of a clothing store? Nothing. Im a paying customer, so the way I was talked to was unnecessary. It made the visit extremely uncomfortable going forward therefore cutting the visit short.

Worst customer service second time!!.. employee didn’t know how to process a return or exchange(and she said she was the manager, obviously she 🤥 lied).. didn’t want to process my return because had some makeup stain left when I tried it on.. it could be wipe it off easily.. horrible customer service.. never return to this store at premium outlets ... make sure don’t wear any makeup or deodorant before come in to this store or employees make you pay for the clothes 🤣🤣
