Just purchased a pair of Ray-Ban‘s from this location at the premium outlets, was initially greeted by Liela and she couldn’t have been nicer, her knowledge on the glasses them self and her customer service was beyond fantastic, however as I was browsing she ended up speaking with another customer so I had to speak with Janet when purchasing the glasses that I picked out. If it wasn’t for Liela I would have walked right out of the store because of how rude Janet was to me. She almost seemed annoyed that I was even speaking to her and when I asked her a couple questions she was just very rude. Janet needs to take some customer service tips from her coworker Liela in my opinion. Either way, won’t be coming back to this store or recommending it in the future to anyone I know. Sad!
