The associate was extremely rude and pushy. When I realized I didnt get the case which had my old sunglasses I called and again he was very rude and condescending. I will be contacting corporate because this absolutely not how someone in customer service should behave. My advice is to stay AWAY from this location.

I want echo the what others said about the older female sales associate and her rudeness. They are extremely pushy and seem like they hate their job which in turn makes you feel uncomfortable spending money there. Customer service is severely lacking and I ended up just buying my sunglasses online from Ray-Ban directly because I refuse to support this poor behavior.

Rude, the girl working there made me walk out right away. Was gonna shop and walked right out, zero costumer service. Looks like Im not the only one whos complained about her maybe reevaluate her since shes driving away costumers.

Bought my sunglasses from this location and I needed warranty replacement on a pair of raybans. I also wanted a new pair of maui Jims. Forgot my mask in the car, I walked in she said hello, looked up then said GET OUT you cant be here without a mask, then proceed to say we dont do repairs here either!!! She was thde rudest sales person I have come across in years! Completely out of line. All she had to say was Im sorry sir but you need a mask to be in here. I would have went back out to my car got my mask and came back paid for a replacement pair under warranty and bout the 500 pair if Maui Jims I wanted. Instead, bad review and no sale!!! Never going back...
