My wifes cellphone had an odd bulge in the middle of it, causing the buttons to not line up with her case. We took it into the Verizon store in the Larkridge shopping center and were informed that her battery was swelling and it would be best to replace the phone to avoid getting into a situation where the battery would be leaking.Tanner was an excellent representative of Verizon and took the time to show her several options for new phones and explained the differences between them, as well as telling us which phones would actually pay off the remaining balance on her phone since she was 3 months from her upgrade time.We will definitely be going back to the Larkridge store in the future as the service was definitely 5-star.

I went into Verizon last night to replace my aging Note 5 and was helped by Logan. He helped me choose which phone would best fit my needs and did not push anything on me. I purchased a screen protector and case for my new phone and he offered to install it and did so perfectly! He was incredibly kind and personable, and ensured that my installation was complete before seeing me out. I have been to this location before and have experienced nothing but excellent customer service, and this time was no different.

Watch out. They are an independent authorized reseller in a store that looks everything like a Verizon corporate store. They tried to charge me a programming fee. I was able to get it reversed. Otherwise they wrre very knowledgeable and eager to help.

Silena took all the time necessary to help me select an upgrade, transfer data from old to new phone, registered pure plege, and applied glass screen saver. She also told me how I could save some money on my phone bill and showed me the advantages of using the myverizon app on my phone. She checked with me the day after I bought my phone to make sure everything was working ok or if I had questions. I got excellent customer service.My daughter upgraded her Verizon phone a few months ago at another Verizon store and staff wouldnt help her set up her new phone. She had to figure it out on her own and was very frustrated by the time she got her phone to work.

After buying my phone at another location they were more than happy to set everything up when the other store wasn’t. Will come back for future needs!
