I have always had good service here! When I went in the other day I asked for help with my back window. I got the BEST service from HUNTER B! He was so nice and helpful when I wasnt even buying anything. He helped me and fixed what he could with my problem in a very courteous and professional way! I cant even express how grateful I am! Great location with super friendly staff. They sold me new product and exchanged an online order for correct parts. Very clean location, both inside and out. They do have tools to loan, but they were out of the ones I needed this time around.

Good parts for almost fair prices. I check online before I buy. This way I know I get the best prices within a couple dollars. And is convenient no waiting buy on parts almost on anything you drive.

Went in for a simple shifter linkage bushing and they could not even find one on their computer. So they said they didnt have them maybe in the universal bushings they said. Its sad when you dont even know what your products are you sell.

You should not hire people who dont know how to do the job. Rude ignorant female staff member... Use your computer to look up the parts its not that hard. This is the second time weve gone in here and they have no idea what they are doing!!!

People who work are very helpful and friendly. My wife and I go here anytime we need something for our cars. I went here and my battery had failed 3 days after my warranty. The person behind the counter still honored the warranty and gave me a free new battery. This location is typically not too busy whenever i go. Pretty refreshing to go to an Auto Zone that does not have rude employees like i have seen at other locations.

Wonderful! I rolled into their parking lot with smoke coming out from under the hood of my car and went in, desperate for help. Two employees immediately came to my rescue ...came out to my car and were able to help me get a quick fix to safely get home. They did not charge me or try to sell me any products.

I always get good service from my local AutoZone. Needed to get a replacement car battery and thankfully I was able to jump my dear one and make it to the store for a replacement. I got what I needed and help installing it and went on my way nice and easy.

Everyone at this store is so friendly and helpful, also super knowledgeable too! Ive been to many auto parts stores over the years, but this AutoZone is BY FAR the best! Also, most auto stores are kinda dirty and gross, but this one is spotless, even the parking lot is clean!

Love this location! Were in this store ALL the time. They have all the popular loaner tools and are great about calling when our parts come in. They make sure we use our loyalty card each time, and even hook us up with the DISCOUNT button every now and then!

Not a bad store. Took awhile to get checked out. The helpers all helped me found what I needed. Loved it. But as I came to the register to check out it took awhile when everyone was just looking at me. But overrall not a bad store. Maybe they were just busy with their side tasks.

Initially asked what type of power steering fluid to get, I was disappointed with the lady who told me that they were out of stock... However, asking again with the manager - he didnt steer me wrong. Glad they have more than one peoson working there.

The people at this store are very helpful and friendly. Replaced our battery that was under warranty and made sure everything worked OK including resetting the check engine light.

Not only is this location incredibly slow and has the longest lines but I have gotten three sensors in a row that are Duralast and they basically were worse off than the broken old ones. Each one tested out of range definitely the worst products and store you can visit in the Denver area

Not everyone is ignorant when it comes to vehicles. Staff doesnt want to hear what kind of vehicle options your car has when its relevant to the part. Just answer the questions they get from the computer and hope your part is right. Auto zones reward card is useless if you lose it, even though they ask you for your number upon check out with out the card. Card is only good for redeeming rewards/discounts in store. I get my oil and filters from Walmart now, cheaper and theres no staff telling me what part I need instead of want.

Most friendly auto zone staff I have ever encountered

When I was there the employee wasnt very knowledgeable about car maintenance at all. Didnt know how to look up parts on the computer. When they finally figured out the part number they did not have any in stock. Didnt bother to call another store to see if they had in stock. Told me I needed to just call the other store myself or just drive there

This location didnt have the part I needed in stock which happens from time to time. They said another branch had the part and that they would have it transferred to the store by 6pm that evening. At around 7pm I called them and they stated that the part hadnt arrived and that they would call me right back. Never heard from them!!

I hate everything car, but I dont mind going to this Autozone. They are so nice and beyond helpful, I cannot say enough nice things about them.

The manager Timothy really treats the customers well here. I was hoping to use my autozone rewards but found out they were expired by a few days and he went out of his way to help me redeem them. The people at this location always go the extra mile!

Prices on some items might be higher than elsewhere but the knowledge base of the employees is vast and they do price match other local shops, so if youre planning a capital purchase of something a little more expensive, check around for price but pick it up at the Zone for the convenience.

Never been so disappointed in a place before like I am with AutoZone. I keep being given the wrong parts, and getting treated like I am ignorant. I know what vehicle I drive clearly you all do not, every time you argue that I am telling you the wrong car and insist on giving me the WRONG PART EVERY TIME! I have owned my 2003 Explorer Sport for almost 5 years I know the difference between a 4 door, and 2 door and a Sport, and Sport Trac, I will NEVER be coming back here again, I am more then tired of continuously having to come back multiple times in a day to try to get the right part because Im being treated like I am ignorant. I have a lot more work to put into my car, and will be certainly taking my business else where.
