Freakin jokers cant answer a phone!!!!! Called repeatedly for 30 minutes, no answer. Go elsewhere, they obviously could care less about phone traffic.

Stopped for some help with my battery, standing in the aisle, staring at parts..., not sure what I was looking for..., then I hear a voice asking how may I help you. Explained my situation, we went out side, looked under the hood, found the correct items I needed, and then purchased them. He said if you wait about 5 minutes, I can I stall them for you.I waited. Dave, installed the parts for the battery, great conversation, work done. Everything went Great, I would highly recommend stopping by if you ever need any help with your vehicle..., Dave was a Great Help.

They literally should be your place to go for accurate information you can trust. I mean if your choices are Advanced or Autozone advanced actually has employees who know the field they are working in. Friendly, fast, and effective.
Marc (the GM) knows how to give incredible customer service. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and goes above and beyond to do the right thing for his customers. I have been coming here for 5 years now and even though I no longer live in the area. This is the only AA that has my business.

The manager was amazing. I was having a bad day and my battery was dead. The manager pulled out his tools took my old battery out (7 bolts later) and put the new one in. He was very joyful and I left feeling better. Would recommend to others.

At the beginning of February my husband purchased a battery for my grandmothers van. When she took it in to get her oil change later in the month her mechanic, who has been trusted and servicing her vehicle for over a decade, said the battery was not fully charging and that we should bring it back to get it checked from Advanced since they do free battery service and replacement. I was with her and decided to tag along since it was on my way home. Good thing I did!When we arrived we met Samuel. We explained what was going on, gave him the read out from the shop and asked if he could check it out. We went outside and he was unable to open my grandmas hood, and started going on about how her car must have front end damage. It does not and never has (she is the only owner) and I said the latch can be tricky to find, offered to help and even said I could call my husband so he could guide me to it. At this point he said ok I will let you do that while I wait inside because it is cold. I was floored!!! He left me standing outside with my 15 month old baby and 85 year old grandma to watch me from the window while I popped the hood. I was able to open it up and then he came out and said he wouldnt be able to test her battery after all, and that she was probably having other electrical issues, stated he was a mechanic on the side (I found it absurd he would even make such a comment since he couldnt open the hood!) and started to suggest my grandma purchase a different more expensive battery. At this point I suggested we leave and let my husband come back to take care of this for her.I felt like Samuel was trying to take advantage of my elderly grandmother. And now I am concerned that he is taking advantage of other vulnerable unknowing customers by suggesting they purchase expensive parts they do not need so he can avoid opening the hood. So my warning... buyer be ware, especially if you are not a car person, should you encounter Samuel at this location. If your gut is telling you this doesnt seem right, trust it and go to Auto Zone. They are always happy to help you there.
I would highly recommend this store to every one!This particular store holds the ideal qualities of what a true business should be founded upon. Quality products, fast and professional service, awesome customer service and the heart enough to help you by listening to you and offering great advice. Its a store that reminds you of home and makes you want to return.. again! And again! You get that warm fuzzy feeling kind of like Grandmas scrumptious apple pie. Its so good it makes you lips want to beat your face off! LOLFaine and Sergio stand out in exemplary standards. Knowledgeable and awesome character. Every employee and upper ranks that work there are very professional. However Im bad at remembering names. This company should be and is a role model to the rest of the advance world. You go Guys!!!!

I met an associate of advanced auto whom should be made a corporate manager,,! I dont know his real name but he calls him self (Faine) He is a man from a country torn with political strife and civil unrest a province of Haiti called Labadee. A beautiful area. Of the world. I guess this is where his beautiful heart came into being!! Personally I think this gentleman is a true angel in disguise. He went out of his way to help me and my husband. We were stranded and broke down and he took his time and gave us his wisdom, faith, love and inspiration and helped us fix our RV. A person seldom meets a person in there life with such love and compassion in there heart. This young man is truly a blessing and represents the finest characteristics of a human being and the core values of a company as advanced auto. Thank you and thank advanced auto. I hope corporate sees this message and makes this man their poster child (man)or at least employs him to his truest potential.I would also like to mention Sergio as well as the night crew who was also very gracious and courteous.You will never see these men without a smile or polite nod.

The place is what youd expect from an auto part store... Though I was at another location of the same store and they were trying everything to help me. They let me borrow their tools, helped explain stuff, offered suggestions about what I was trying to fix, etc.Then I come to this location, the guy who helped was suspicious and shifty, charged me a deposit to borrow his tools, didnt help at all, gave me a wrong tool, got annoyed at having to get me the right part... Luckily there was a homeless guy loitering outside that helped me out and did everything that the staff member should have done. Who would think the two different locations that are in the same town would be so Night and Day?
They have wonderful employees that are very helpful. Their loan-a-tool option has helped me out numerous times. They didnt have one tool I needed, so one of the employees let me use his. Wonderful place!
The man Samuel he is so knowledgeable & helpful! He helped me twice and saved me a lot of money just from being so knowledgeable. Every other place I went to for my check engine light just printed me out a paper. I will forever be a customer now

I usually get all my parts there but they didnt carry a very common brake part, wheel cylinders. All the other competitors had them in stock. Advance couldnt even order them, I was surprised and disappointed to say the least.

They were super friendly. I stopped in to have them do a code reading for my service engi e light. Turns out it was just a communication error in my system so they cleared the code and sent me on my way and it didnt cost me a penny.
AAP is one of 3 places I choose for replacement parts, decent location, they need to make a service that will bring you parts, that would certainly take a step above the rest.

Terrible experience here. I ordered a car part and five days later they said I never ordered it. I called them a couple times and I was placed on hold multiple times and switched to different employees multiple times within the same phone call. They said they would call me back 4 times and they never did. Very bad customer service.

These guys ROCK! I was having issues with my battery. It wasnt as easy as just running the diag and replacing it. After some troubleshooting the battery was replaced and all is well. BONUS POINTS: My car is an Infiniti FX 35 and it isnt the easiest thing to replace a battery (there is a bunch of plastic covers that need to removed first). Still the employee there replaced the battery free of charge! Im definitely going to be going back here for my automotive needs!

If u want to be talked and treated like a three year old go here simply asked for a slave cylinder for my transmission they were dead set on that part not existing and kept tryin to sell me a master cylinder.I asked guy for his manager he stated he was so I asked for boss guess what he was that to Wafl! The women at this store are rude and lazy. I checked on line for a certain part for my car. This store was the only one that said it was in stock. I went into the store to purchase it and there were two ladys at the counter. I told them the name and the part number so they could show me where it was or could get it for me. I didnt even get done saying the whole part number and the first lasy told me they didnt carry it. I told her that on the website for the store it said it was in stock. She again told me they didnt have it and never carried it. I asked her to look again and the second lady told me that I would have to special order it from another place. I re-stated that it was on their website and wanted to know it they could look it up by part number. Again with out even listening to the part number they told me they had never seen the item in the store before. Discouraged and angry I finally left. The next morning I called to see if possible there was some one else working since the website said they still had it in stock. The young man who answered the phone asked for the part number and then went and checked to make sure they had it in stock. He was so polite and nice. Im a little angry that I have to call up my grandson to take me back to the store to get the part again since I can not drive my car, but atleast the young man helped a little old woman :)
