People complain on here alot but honestly for me it was fast for Walmart. I was in and out under an hour

Came here a couple weeks ago and brought a full set of tires in to have mounted and balanced. Everything was great until I noticed a lot of vibration when driving at highway speed. So much so my steering wheel and seats were vibrating. Brought it back to have them rebalanced, expecting it to be done for free since it wasn’t done correctly the first time but instead they charged me $48 for a rebalance and tried to upsell me “lifetime” balance.

Got an oil change an tires work was done adequately bit they quoted me the wrong tires n didnt call me while I was waiting had to wait an additional hour

Great, fast service. Got new battery installed in about 30 min just after they opened.

The website states the Auto center opens at 7, however on site the Auto center doesn’t open till 8.

I got my tires changed in a timely manner (for the first time). Customer service was friendly and informative. Not much more I can say. Sending nothing but my best compliments.

I’m not sure where to begin but my initial thoughts ( later proven out) were that These people are devoid of common sense. Seriously they don’t care about customer service.Don’t let them waste your time.

The employees are hilarious and polite.Although the service times can be quite extensive, they sure do know how take care of their customers.Will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the awesome experience :)

Worst experience ever!!!Called before I drove in and asked about a battery install. They said they would get me in if I arrived by a certain time. When I arrived they said they stopped taking cars for the day. Also when I called they said they items I were looking for were available and then when I arrived they were “out of stock” even tho I called moments before. Horrid customer service and communication by the employees. I will never return to this store. I would strongly advise staying away from this establishment!

I get it that people are rushing to service their cars for the winter and these MEN are working as fast as they can, but I brought my vehicle in at 3:30 for a battery change. They said 2 hour wait. OK fine. I did my shopping and asked for my keys to take the stuff out to my Jeep since it still wasnt ready. We came RIGHT back in and that chubby Hispanic girl working last night that yelled at the guy in the yellow hoodie moved us to the end of the line! We were there until 7:30!! Now I have a loud rattle under the hood because they couldnt tighten the cover back on my battery. No way in hell am I waiting another 4 hours to get that fixed. Never again!!

Quoted an hour wait for an oil change. Checked the progress with my barcode at 40min it said “in progress” came by to check at an 1 1/2 hours they are just now pulling it up. Asked how much longer they said 30 more minutes. So a 1 hour wait is now a 2 hour wait. I watched the the techs chit chatting out there for a good ten minutes. It was very bad service and very frustrating! Not worth it!

These dudes drug their feet changing my oil because they didnt want anymore vehicles to pull up. I arrived around 520pm my truck entered the bay at around 630 I was there till almost closing time which is 8 pm Like seriously a quick oil change ended up being a 3 hour experience..... F***in worthless!!!

I went to get a simple oil change ...they noticed me but i still waited in my car for about 15-20 minutes. Then i finally got off is when the old lady taking the info shows up asking all my info that they should already have . there was a long silence so i thought she was done so i go inside out of the hot sun ...she then follows ask me to go back out to tell me she needs the miles and signature.... All the questions could of been done some how out of the heat ...i dont mind paying extra for better customer service

Came in a month ago and got new tires they ended up only having three. Then gave me 4 different tires. Then a month later came back and had two flat tires. Then had to buy a new tire because it was unrepairable. Went home woke up next day back tire flat again. Called shop they said they would get me right in and waited for 2 hours for them to fix the tire they were going to fix the day before. Service is slow and sucks. My tire sensors light is on the wrong tire. I GIVE A BIG FAT 00000000. YOU CAN DO BETTER AND FASTER DOING IT YOUR SELF.

These guys are a joke. I sat in the line that was setup like a drive through, for the auto care for an hour before they said anything to me, knowing I was present the entire time looking at me every so often, they finally me I had to go inside the building. Never coming back here.

Thought I would save money buying tires here. I was told it would take 4 hrs. That was at 2. Its 8 now and still have at least an hr. Theres literally ppl here since 11am n still waiting just for a tire change. Go to a real tire shop. Time is $ n its taking them too long just to change tires.

Arrived at 7:30pm they told me that they were full. I sopke to one of the store manager & explained that I had called & was told to be here before 7:30pm to have an oil change. He spoke to the Tire & Lube Manager & they agreeed to do my oil change. They were caring, helpful & right away fix my problem! GREAT SERVICE!

If zero stars was possible they would get it. Apparently checking the oil plug to see that it doesnt leak must be an extra that is not offered here.

Terrible experience. 2 different occasions where they were not able to sell tires. Went in at 3pm and they couldnt put tires on because there wasnt enough time. They close at 8pm!!! They dont do appointments. So people that brought their car in at 2:30 pm have to wait around the store until 8pm? Seems ridiculous. Walmart corporate should really look into all the negative reviews and fix this location.

So I called corporate in reguards to me being told i had to change my own tire while the so called tire pros sat and watched. Corp. Tells me we will have someone contact you in 3 days...great mean while Im to change my own tire? If i get hurt I SUE THE HELL OUT OF YOU! WELL that changed the whole thing the guy from customer relations gets Cindy the manager on the line who i nvr speak with nor does she even acknowledge me when she sees me walk by as she is in a hurdle discussing the situation and shuts up real quick as i walk by SO PROFESSIONAL SUCH GOOD CUSTOMERS SERVICE SKILLS MUST NOT TAKE MUCH TO BE A WALMART MANAGER! I TAKE IT. I SEE WHY THERE RATINGS ARE SO LOW AND WITH THIS CREW OF PPL DONT SEE IT CHANGING ANYTIME SOON! NOW THERE BE TEDIOUS AND CHARGING FOR EVERY LIL THING I WONDER IF I COULD HAVE CHARGE THEM FOR ME ALMOST HAVING TO DO WHAT THEY GET PAID TO DO THIS WALMART NEEDS TO BE BOYCOTT CAUSE THERE DEFINITELY DUE FOR SOME SERIOUS CUSTOMER RELATION TRAINING ! They basically close at 7 because after that they say it takes to long and wont do it because they close in an hour. I only needed one tire changed and they coulnt do it under an hour.

Dont even know how to do an oil change

Went by to have oil change done since I need extremely bad waited at the counter for at least 10 to 15 mins to talk to the guy at the counter that mind you did not have a customer with him and asked if I could get one done was told they are not doing anymore oil changes at 6pm even though they close at 8pm on there signs and even read some posts from other customer and they were told to be here before 7:30 it’s 6:17pm now and I can’t get one never will I come back to this Walmart period not even to shop

Technicians ceased to offer any assistance when they heard the tire was previously serviced by WALMART in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Spare tire change was not even a immediate action offered by this location.

I came early to get an oil change becuase it says theyre open. I plan these things out such as anyone whos getting an oil change does. I get there and the garage is closed and none of the employees are answering the phone. I wasted my time coming here today.

Horrible! do not go here, we were there for almost two hours, not because they were busy but because they are not organized and lazy.. There are no other vehicles there getting worked on and all we had was 4 tires off a vehicle that needed valve stems replaced! t most a 30 min job... They have 6 guys here standing around smoking doing nothing!

Be ready to wait forever while ur car is unattended and the mechanics chat . Worse service in town !
