Worst service Ive ever seen. Been a Tmobile customer for almost 12 years. Total of 8 hours on hold being transferred back and forth from the call center to the store. The call center kept telling me my issue was a store issue. The store kept telling me it was a call center issue. Waited hours on the phone for just go to the store, click. Cancelled service today. Will never go back to tmobile.

Shout out to Carmen for being the most helpful person ever! I was really stressing because there was an issue in my phone plan the day before a big trip and she helped me out so efficiently and calmly! Honestly the best experience I could’ve had given the circumstances.

The staff are super helpful and not super pushy. They jump at the chance to help and are very knowledgeable of the products. I often stop by when I have any questions that are just weird. Like the other day I stopped in and asked about bringing a smartphone that I built myself from a Raspberry Pi in and getting a SIM card for it. They were able to tell me that, yes, if it supports their bands of signal, then it should work. They are just so dang helpful. This is why I switched to T-Mobile years ago and havent gone back to the other guys.

Drove all the way to the store in Terre Haute for it to be closed. On the door hours for today was 10-8. Wish they would answer their phone

I was refused service and not let into the store because I have a disability which prevents me from obstructing my airflow. The woman was rude and uncaring. The governor has provided exemptions for people like me, unfortunately T mobile does not. I will be cancelling my service with them.

I am sorry but people working here are very arrogant and disrespectful, not all . I personally didn’t like the service and they even they don’t have full knowledge of their plans. They piss me off. I have to come 4 times for the same thing. Bizzare. I am not going back neither recommending my family and friends.👎🏻

The experience with Mariah and Jesus was absolutely outstanding! They both went above and beyond. They worked as a team, Jesus addressed all the concernes we had and explained all the features we asked about and Mariah started up the phone, downloaded all that was necessary to use the phone immediately. They both stayed long after hours to do that. So far the best customer service we have ever had. They were very professional, honest and absolutely fantastic. We are very happy and recommend T-Mobile to everyone!

Fast and friendly service. I took one star off because I had to return to the store the next day to fix a data issue with my phone. It wasnt as simple as just adding the data to my service as my phone was previously with a Canadian carrier. I wasnt too upset about having to go in the next day as per this being a bit more complicated than a normal activation. One star off for the inconvenience though.

Great staff and great service! I came from the Deathstar aka AT&T, and my service is noticeably better here in the Terre Haute area.

I went to get a phone because mine quit working. The sold me a very over priced one and tricked me into a bunch of extras I didnt need but they were part of the package the package came up to nearly 700.00! I didnt know the total until I returned home. Then I couldnt return anything because THEY had opened the packglages

If you have stellar credit,then sure! Otherwise pick a phone thats worth the 250$ deposit SMH I got the same phone on Verizon and its sim unlocked too
