Ive been a customer for a while now i pay my bill every month and they charge me 56 dollars this month and its unlimited then they start cutting my internet off on me right in the middle of publishers clearing house or swept steaks . you know i live on a very small income how. Can i pay you and you rob me every month

The customer service inside the store is friendlyBut the service it’s super very badThe internet is slow or 3G most of the timeI have to restart my phone many times to get 4G internet service

Ive been a customer of Boost for over 8 years. I love the phones, prices & the plans but Im very disappointed with the service. Especially in Terre Haute. When I do actually have an issue, I go to the stores in town & no one is there! No one answers the BUSINESS phone, no answer at the door. Tried back a couple hours later & nothing at either place. Itd be nice to put up a sign or put a message on the voicemail? Or maybe even just call the customer back when they leave a message! If I have to make a trip to the store, it means I have a serious problem. Im probably going to switch to another carrier because literally every time I try to go to the local stores, the doors are locked & cant get help. Its really unprofessional & a nuisance to a paying, loyal customer.

Purchased four iPhones from this store Friday. Was told I would have excellent signal where I live. To make a long story short, I don’t have any signal in a 20 mile radius of my house. Went back to this store the very next day for them to tell me there was nothing they could do about it. So I wasted $335 on a family plan that I didn’t even use for 24 hours. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Waited five minutes for an employee to come to the front desk. Smelled as if someone smokes inside of the building; could not transfer my pre-owned phone to the boost network because it was through Verizon. Did not have any new phones in-stock.
