Cherish is amazing. It was a long day, but she went above and beyond to help us switch from two different carriers and set up a business account. Very thankful Cherish was there to handle all the details. Definitely recommend her customer service!

Everything went well we ordered phones. The location manager stated our phone credits to be $800 per phone. Great but day of turning in was told only $350 per phone. Brought it up and told the computers probably did not update. Think we should have gotten the amount stated and clarified. Thinking the manager should be aware of the promotions.

The manager Cherish was fantastic. She was activating our phone and was on hold with tech, she was waiting on customer vwhile we waited. She was a great multi tasker. Definitely will be back

I bought a at&t sim card at Walmart because of the pandemic and was unable to activate it so I took it to at&t store they tell me that they cant use it because it wasnt from there inventory and to top it off I had to pay for another sim card...

The AT&T store on South 41 didn’t have the phones we wanted and didn’t give a flip. Josh and Cainin at THIS AT&T store took care of us on all counts: phones, plans, accessories, expert advice and service. We stopped in to ask about some services today and the excellence continues. As one retailer after another flees Terre Haute, this store’s owners, Prime Communications, are opening more. I’m guessing the reason is a lot of great customer experiences like ours.

Cleanest retail store Ive ever been in! Employees were extremely educated and informed. Never have I had better service. Becca gave the best customer service I have ever received anywhere.

I would not recommend this store. I tried to trade in a phone for a upgrade. The manager found a very small scratch and said AT&T would not accept it. But he would take and give me in store credit. It sounded very shady so I did not do it.I took the phone to another store and they didnt see any problem with trading it in for a new phone. The store manager at 3rd and Margaret is crooked dont trust him.

Visited this store a few days ago to activate a phone that I had bought on the AT&T online store. The service was excellent and quick. The three guys working there were personable and helpful. Next time I buy a phone or iPad, I will definitely go back to this store.

Only one employee there. He was busy waited 1/2 hour to get help and got tired of waiting. Left without any help. Very disappointed. If I could change carriers I would. I will when my 2 yes is up.

This store had the friendliest staff. Far better then the corporate store on south end of Terre Haute.

I have been working with AT&T prepaid for 2 weeks and no resolve and kick in my phone working and I came to the store and within 15 minutes they had my phone working properly. I had also been to the South store in Terre Haute in front of Walmart and they did not even want to help me at all because they werent making any money off of me but these guys in here are amazing and did a great job
