Had my car towed here they were very professional, honest and did a fantastic job. Talked to Matt he explained to me what they were doing. Went to pick my car up, Stephen was very courteous and polite. I will go back here.
Very professional people, Its refreshing to find a place that actually takes care of the people And there vehicles.
Olson Auto Clinic is a great place to go it looks busy make an appointment gave me a great deal of $70 on my front end alignment and did a wonderful job if you need to go somewhere else you going to pay more money so choose Olson Auto Clinic first Craig Spiegel
Honest people, very reasonably priced. great auto shop if you need them!!!
Always assume. There work is great. I would recommend them for anything.
The guys at Olsens were tremendously considerate and polite. They listened to assumtions about my vehicle and checked it out. They did a tremendous job on my Ol truck.
Honest and the quicket oil change Ive ever had!
Fast service and very polite. They were able to have my car working in about an hour !
Olsons mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. Also they are affordable. I usually go to Goodyear, but for what I was quoted at Goodyear for an alignment, shocks, struts, and oil change...I saved $400 by going to Olson!
I needed a quick inspection to make sure everything looked good before making a 20 hour drive. They were very honest and clear about the work, if i was staying in temple I would take my truck there again
When we moved to Texas I asked someone at the new job I started about a good mechanic shop to go to and this is where they told me to go. Now it is two years later and we have been going here ever since. Very trusted mechanics who always go above and beyond. Would recommend this place to anyone!!! Thank you for all your hard work!
Very impressed!! I had an issue with the bolts broke off in the head of my Ram truck. They removed the bolts and replaced all 17 bolts in one day, which is a quick turn around for that job. They really wentbtge extra mile. Ill go back for sure. Reasonable cost for sure also. Great experience getting my truck fixed . Thanks!!
Good family owned and operated with good honest guys working on the vehicles. I don’t trust many people with my rides but I can these guys.
They are a good shop would go back
Service engine light came on and I had no idea what the issue was. They diagnosed it and could have charged me thousands to get it fixed. Instead the looked it up and found there was a recently issued recall that would cover it for free at the dealer. I hadn’t gotten any information about this recall yet, so they could have done the work and taken my money but they didn’t.Honesty is a quality you don’t always find now days. I feel like this situation shows me they will be honest with me when I do need work done. This is where we will be taking our cars now.
Can someone please help me. Ive drove here from dallas to pick up my explorer with a uhaul and now i cant find my keys. Can someone please come up here
They were very knowlegable and HONEST
This place is under new ownership in the last couple of years.Ive had several items done here, including a engine replacement. Their rates are fair and the mechanics are honest and do a great job.
They offer an AC inspection for $32.95. Ill tell you right now, its a rip off. They said they inspected my cars AC and found no problems. So when I brought it home to charge the AC system myself, there was a huge leak right where it gets filled! They obviously didnt even look at the system. And they wanted $83 dollars to tear apart the dash to search for other problems. DO NOT go to this shop. They will just charge you for as much as possible.
Horrible service... Overcharge and dis honest
I made an appointment a week in advance to have two oil leaks fixed, replace an EGR valve and to find and repair an antifreeze leak. The price to fix the oil leaks and EGR valve was to be $600.00. The price for the antifreeze leak to be determined when the leak was found. They called me the day I dropped it off and told me my car was ready, but the antifreeze leak was not fixed but that they had located the leak. It would be another $300.00 to fix the antifreeze leak. The parts were to come from the Ford dealership. I told them that was to much and I would get the parts from OReillys for less than $60.00 but I needed to know whether the thermostat housing was a one or two port. They didnt know and had to go check. They told me it was a two port. I got the parts and took them to them. Of course it was wrong, it was a one port, so I said Ill be right back, (OReillys is a mile down the road.) I went and got the right part, went back to Olsons and they were locked up. this was at 5:49. I live 40 miles away, so, I took the part back to OReillys and asked them to hold for Olsons. The next morning I called Olsons at 7:30 AM and told them the part was at OReillys (already paid for). I called again at 11:30 and was told that they did not pick up parts, that if I wanted to use those parts, I would have to bring them to them. I told them that I had been there last night and they were locked up. The person I talked to (Billy) interupted me to tell me that they were there till 6:00. Once again I tried to tell him that the doors were locked and once again he interupted me to tell me that they were there until 6:00 turning rotors. I said I dont care if you were there till 12:00, the doors were locked. Before I could finish Billy started shouting that I would not yell at him and I could just come and get my car. He then hung up on me. (Had I had a ride into town at that time, I would have gone and gotten my car.) I called back and spoke with the girl, she said that she would have Mark call me (which he never did )and she would call OReillys to deliver the part. I called OReillys 30 minutes later and the part was still there so I asked them to deliver it and OReillys did so. I got a ride into Temple and and was at Olsons by 1:30. When I walked in Billy was up front and turned around walked out and I heard him say Shes here. I asked if my car was ready, and the girl said yes, (they never called me to let me know it was ready.) The bill was $490.00, they did not replace the EGR valve. The thermostat housing still leaks and when I called about it the next day, I was told it still leaks because it was an aftermarket part and not a Ford part. These people are rude, they do not do what they say they are going to do, please dont take your vehicle to them, they will rip you off.
Great service
