I have been trying for about a year to get my AC in my car fixed. Everywhere I went said it was one thing, fixed it, and then 2 weeks later the AC would be out again. Being in Texas and having 2 children, this was extremely frustrating.The people here listened to my frustration and empathized. They got frustrated on my behalf and promised that this time would be different. They were able to get me a quote lower than anyone else, and when I had the funds to get the repair done, they honored their original quote.So far the AC works perfect, and in 2 weeks, I have no doubt it will still be working.Amazing service, amazing prices, extremely helpful and kind.

The people are friendly and professional. Their rates are reasonable, and if something is minor enough, they might not even charge. I dont need to take my car in but once or twice a year and this is where i go.

I have been coming here for years. Very little staff turn over. Always helpful and thorough. Had to return car a couple times for a hard to ID A/C issue and they were quick and complete. No complaints whatsoever. Definitely using again. My go to shop in Temple.

My car battery just went out without any warning. It is located in the wheel well panel so no way for me to change it out myself. I had already had 2 jumps and was Friday afternoon at 3:00. Called and they worked me tight in. They were so busy there was no vacant spaces, but somehow the got me fixed up by 5:30 p.m. I am so grateful.

Previously my headlights had not been installed correctly and they did an awesome job on repairing my lights so that I could pass the state inspection. The customer service is top notch. Kacie at the front desk is very knowledgeable as well as customers service friendly. I will be returning to this shop and will recommend them to my friends.

Temple TX branch went above the mark. I was out of town visiting family, needed to get home to Dr. appt. when brakes began to make loud metal to metal sound. They were able to get me in, locate the needed parts and do repair same day. Amazing staff all the way from the front desk to the mechanic. Highly recommend.

Eric is one of the most genuine mechanic persons I have met he towed my truck to the shop and looked it over and tried helping me locate a decent price moter and since I am a single mother of two he was very knowledgeable and just kind and helped me get my vehicle back home with very minimal charge

I was very unhappy with the pricing of the labor to change fuel filters. Extent of time was way too long. I asked to fix my horn and they agreed to the service but never said if they fixed it. I assumed it was fixed but when I got on the road and tested it it did Not work. They could have explained why they did not complete the requested repair. I will not go back!!

Updated review- I brought my vehicle back for AC work on 8/11. It turned out to be hose that had a leak, which I came back (In my separate car) the following day to confirm On 8/12. I did not take my car back on late 8/12 and gave the shop my warranty info to start a claim on 8/13 (Friday.) The shop was unaware that I left the vehicle there even though I left the keys with the tech on 8/12 I’m more upset about the fact that my tire was flat when I came to pick it up (and pay for the AC work) the second time on 8/14. And it was not flat when I stopped by to confirm the hose having a leak on 8/12. It just magically had a flat sometime after and now I’m out of pocket $600 Apart from my AC which I ended up taking elsewhere for the tire. If they pay for the one tire replacement, I’ll change my review.

Excellent customer service! They worked me in walk-in on a busy Saturday for a much needed oil change, and I was still out in under an hour! Pricing was more than reasonable and the staff were a pleasure to work with. Would recommend!

Took 15 min. for someone to see me at the front desk. Work done on my vehicle is good so far, no complaints yet. All in all ok.

When I started having problems with my AC I went to the dealership where I purchased the car and the quote that was giving me was way out of range of what I expected so when I said I want to look for another place Meineke car care came up on the list and I was familiar with them from a previous car repair I need it so they quoted me a much more reasonable price and on top of that they extend it an opportunity for me to have the repair financed And the lady at the front desk had exceptional customer service manners and I just appreciated the service overall

Hey these guys are the real deal. I took my truck to get serviced on the air conditioning...but before starting work they pulled me to the side with an estimate and explained that the newer wave free on was way expensive so it would have been 4 something hundred! As opposed to the 80 or 90 we usually spend on our other vehicles. Thanks bro! I wouldnt have wanted to swing that so we took it back to the dealer and had them do it no charge.Meineke car care center is an honest operation... My thanks to the whole squad!

Up front, I am still giving this shop 2 stars because the staff is actually customer-friendly.Long story...long. I took my vehicle in to have the muffler repaired. Prior to arrival I called to see if I could come in as a walk-in. There were no issues with that. Fast forward. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk immediately greeted me and asked if I called earlier about the muffler. I confirmed. He explained the process and took my keys. I believe about 30 minutes elapsed from start to finish... which isnt bad if you ask me. He came back with a diagnosis and asked what I wanted to do. I elected to replace the entire area instead of repair. He stated that the part had to be ordered and said I can return the next day for repair. I asked for a time and he stated, outside one other customer, Im open all day. I told him I had to work and asked if the shop was open for lunch. He said that noon is good. We confirmed a noon appointment and I left. The next day, I returned at 11:52 with my lunch and a few other things because he said the process could take up to 1.5 hours...or so. There was another customer there who I assume he referenced the day before. I notified the young man at the counter that the key was in the ignition. Another customer came in about 20 minutes later. I peered outside the door and saw my vehicle was still sitting there. I wasnt anxious because he told me it could take 1.5hrs. The young lady that brought her car in was receiving a diagnosis and yet my vehicle was still sitting in the same spot. I looked up sporadically to see if my car was moved for the next few minutes. I finally looked outside at 12:46 and my car was still in the same spot. I packed up my belongings and started to my car. There was no one at the desk so I knocked on the external door to the bay area. I didnt wait long before I went on to my car. I left. I got a call at exactly 13:37. The gentleman on the line asked, Did you...leave? I paused before responding because I left around 12:50 but hes asking 30 minutes later if I left. I confirmed and then he asked if I was returning.Again, the stars are because they are a friendly bunch. Service just wasnt to par. I chose them because theyre a household name. Lets hope its better for someone else. My recommendation is to shop around before you just go to one spot. You get what you pay for. Indeed.

Super awesome guys work here. Have to have my heater core replaced, and due to the expensive repair, and I can’t afford it, they were able to bypass it for now until I can. They gave me all options available to fix the other issues, like the gaskets and wheel bearings, as well as new tires. I am getting those done today and they have truly been a Godsend to me.

I’m bad with names but the lady at the front desk was the nicest, most communicative and friendly person I’ve dealt with at any auto service/dealership. I thought the issue was going to be the typical 6 hour job that would cost me outrageous monies, but she reassured me that they would start diagnosing with the most likely issue and go from there. Overall, really excellent customer service, would recommend if having car troubles. :)

Eric and James were great! I was passing thru, alternator was cutting out due to engine oil contamination, called the shop 7:30 Sat morning, they had a towing option if my car didn’t make it, I arrived at 8, new alternator, new engine seal, silicone repair of cracked heads, all work completed by 12:15 at a great price. I was provided photos of the cracked heads by text and advised to get them replaced by Honda for free (as they were cracked during a manufacturers engine recall repair.) I was treated like family even though I live 2.5 hours from their shop.

They fixed my problem for really cheap when another place had quoted me really high

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get our car fixed quick. We dropped off the car as soon as they open and got it a couple hours later. I had to get the serpentine belt changed along w/oil change and a couple other things.

Very disappointed with the service. It should not take 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. I also have to take my car back so they can do the balancing of the tires they rotated. Rotation and balancing go hand in hand. This should not have been forgotten.

I did not do business with them because I thought they were somebody else did business with in San Antonio. But yet were going to go the distance guaranteeing me they would not do me wrong and wouldnt charge me for the diagnosis of my AC

I’ve taken my personal and business vehicles to this location for the last 5 years.They’ve always given great service for fair prices & accommodate my busy schedule.

The staff was very friendly and they were very fast about doing my front end.

My brakes and rotors were changed elsewhere yesterday and today it was making a loud clicking/grinding noise. I drove it straight to Meineke’s without notice and they were very willing to take a look at it for me! They had it for maybe an hour and got it right back to me all fixed. Very kind service and honest people.

Jeff Adam ROCKS! I actually commend him because when we arrived at his location excited and frustrated over our situation, he didn’t hesitate to get my vehicle in. Within an hour they were able to make repairs to the best of their ability in trying to correct what the Arlington location had created. He said he couldn’t imagine sending us away under the current circumstances and refused to take any money for making the repairs. This is the type of location I feel Driven Brands SHOULD BE honored to have in their portfolio. For his magnanimous behavior and professionalism, I cannot thank him enough. It’s because of him and his employees that I have faith there are still good honest people in the business. However, I feel this is proof it is the individuals and not the brand that make the real difference.

They saved me over 1,100.00 dollars in repairs compared to the dealership and some of the repairs the dealership stated were required were not! Paid $270 for them to replace serpentine belt, and 12 hours later it popped off while I was driving 70 on the highway and screwed up my engine. I love paying hundreds for them to make my truck worse.

They do great work, but for a high price. I told them what i wanted, but i was surprised to see they were doing the front and rear brakes. They didnt listen

Bought tires somewhere else and they neglected to tell me about getting an alignment, I had a blow out on my rear passenger side, took vehicle to get both rear tires replaced. Eric had helped me with an overheating problem previously and I decided to take the vehicle there. Casey was kind to take me home and pick me up when vehicle was ready. Rueben was very professional about telling me how the alignment worked. If there is any problem with my vehicle, I’ll be sure to take it back to them, even if it’s for tires. Thank you so much!

They were able to see my vehicle rather quickly and were able to determine issue with my vehicle in a relatively short time, when I needed a diagnosis quickly. Fro. There i was able to make a decision on repairing my truck or replacing. Staff was courteous and even was able to give me a ride to my hotel that was a short distance away.

This place is awesome. Incredibly friendly staff that will take care of you. Ive gotten brake pad and strut work done here in the last month and I couldnt be happier with the results.

Relaxed atmosphere...Id just purchased my beautiful 2018 Kia Rio on the 8th of this month -- and had never been to this shop before. Having had some trouble in the past with other shops not doing right, I was literally afraid something would go wrong. The engine oil was dirty though, plus the r.f. fenderwell liner badly needed to be attached more securely. I had driven up over a curb days before, pulling it loose. --At the counter, I learned their price for a semi-synthetic oil change was pretty reasonable... so decided on that. I also asked to be told the amount for tightening the fenderwell liner before it was done. The woman behind the counter said she would check on it and let me know. I tried to relax in the comfortable waiting area... and eventually did... sort of. I talked with another customer awhile... And after about forty-five minutes in all, she came over, smiling, and said my car was ready. Before I could even ask, she explained the tech had said that it hadnt taken very long to tighten the liner, and not to even charge me. So I paid the very reasonable cost of the oil and filter change, and was very glad! I had been so worried. NOW I could relax. What a nice thing to do for a customer. Let me start by saying this is the one place that I recommend any friends to take their car. Jeff is an amazing guy, willing to work with you as long as you hold up your end. I take both of my cars there on a regular basis and its always top quality work. The mechanics are knowledgeable and are able to translate the issue into something understandable for me.
