I was at Don Ringler for about two hours for my oil change and annual inspection - longer than usual. My mechanic was extraordinary. He brought yucky air filters in to show me the reason they needed to be changed. He came into the waiting room to tell me my car was done about half an hour before I left, but he needed to find the inspection person (one at Chevy and one at Toyota, apparently). He finally drove my car to the Toyota side and finished with my car so I could leave. Everyone was very friendly, as always. Although I took away a star for length of my stay, I would take my car nowhere else. I love Don Ringler Chev. because they have always treated me fairly and well.

I love this place! Harold was very awesome and very helpful. I absolutely loved working with him! He showed me exactly what I was looking for and was able to get me in the car the same day! Everyone was very friendly and Im so thankful to be in my new Traverse!

First of all, I want to thank Harold Allen, probably the best salesman Ive ever had for a new purchase. Harold and I worked through the complete order for my new Corvette and then when that order got cancelled Harold and I worked together to get a second order completed. In total this purchase took about 9 months and during that time Harold called me with up dates on the order status. If anyone wants a really good person to work with on a vehicle I recommend Harold Allen.

Sean was just the absolute best! With the low inventory issues going on he kept me up to date on the status of the traverse I was excitedly waiting to arrive. He messaged me anytime he had any information and the day when it arrived he immediately sent me a picture saying look what arrived. Best message ever! Oil Change and Tire rotation. They had to change a tire pressure sensor that has been giving me trouble since I purchased the Truck. The tire had grease all over it when they brought the Truck out for me. The service writer took the truck and cleaned the tire off.P.S. The sensor was not the problem. I have another appointment to check out the problem again.

This was one of the most stress free vehicle purchases I have made. Charlie Cook did an outstanding job answering any questions without being overly pushy about selling a vehicle. Morgan Shrode completed the finance portion of the sale and was very thorough explaining additional benefits we could purchase (some of which we did). Upon completion of financing Charlie took back over and made sure everything was ready and setup (Bluetooth, OnStar) for us before we left. This is the second truck I have purchased from Don Ringler Chevrolet and I will be highly recommending my friends visit Don Ringler and ask for Charlie.

My truck was brought in on 30 March 2021 and the work was not completed until 26 April - 27 days. The mechanic kept delaying repair on my truck in order to work on other vehicles. The manager pulled the mechanic off of my vehicle to work on other vehicles. Granted, the insurance company was delayed 5 of those 27 days to evaluate the cost of the repairs, and it took 3 days for the repair parts to come in, but taking 21 days (which included 5 days for the mechanic to do estimates of the damage to send into the insurance company for their evaluation) to do a 2 day repair job is unacceptable. When the mechanic finally completed the repair job, I believe he did a very good repair job; it just took so much longer than was necessary. The staff at the check in desk of the maintenance office were wonderful and exemplary! Ryan, Andrea and Jermaine are terrific! They were all so friendly, helpful and truly were concerned about my situation. Jermaine was especially kind and considerate and tried his best to keep me informed of the mechanics progress. The Lady at the finance desk when I went to pay for the repairs the insurance company did not cover, was most gracious, considerate and kind. However, the dealership needs to hire more mechanics to shorten the turn around of vehicle repairs. Though the insurance company paid the majority for the rental car that I had to rent to drive during most of the time it took to repair my truck, I still ended up paying several days out of pocket. My truck is the only form of transportation I have. There were no loaner cars available from the dealership for me to drive during the repair time. Bottom line, if you have major repairs to be done on your vehicle, be prepared to wait a lengthy time for it to be done. And if you dont have good insurance coverage, expect a lot of the cost to be out of your own pocket.Everyone was very professional and friendly and treated me with respect. THANK YOU!

I can’t say enough about this dealership. On the 21st of September I bought my brand new 2019 Colorado. We had signed all of the paperwork and everything leading up to that had been honestly one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I was driving my first brand new vehicle home and was cut off from the far left lane causing my truck to T-bone their SUV. My truck had less than 50 miles on it. The driver was distracted and saw the street they needed to turn onto and I simply had no time to react and slammed into them. As you can imagine, I was extremely upset and hurt both physically and emotionally as this was my first brand new vehicle I have ever had. A trip to the emergency room and broken pinky later, I made it back to Don Ringler who, without the slightest hesitation, hooked me up with a loaner vehicle. Everyone there was truly sympathetic to my situation and honestly it felt like family. Thank you Sean Campbell, Alex Best, Kyle the manager, and Morgan the finance guy. You guys have left an impression on both myself and my family and we will NOT buy from any other dealership.

Awesome service department staff. Unfortunately, I went in for an oil change and some warranty work under Cadillac CPO warranty and after it being there for about 7hrs, I finally get called and told the warranty work cannot be done there because they dont have access to view the warranty coverage. To me it just felt like an excuse not to perform GM warranty work. Finally got it into Cadillac dealership and they said they didnt understand why I was turned away for GM warranty work. I was hoping I was imagining things, but after hearing that from Cadillac, it confirmed that I was just blown off or the warranty coverage person needs more training to research and honor GM warranty work.

Charlie was our salesman and he was amazing! He knew his product and knew every answer to the questions that we asked! Jason was also a huge help in the financial department. He was quick and got us in and out without us having to ask to many questions! He answered all of the questions that we had with detail! We will definitely be coming back!

When I asked about the cost of replacing my diesel fuel filter, I was told it would cost around $70. I made an appointment to have it replaced. I showed up on time expecting about a one hour wait. It took an hour and a half. When I went to pay for the filter replacement, the cost was $153. I was not happy about that. When I got in my truck and started it up, the Change Fuel Filter notice came on. I had to reset it to 100% myself. I wasnt happy about that either. When I got home and looked at the invoice, I saw that the fuel filter kit was $76 and the labor was $67. I was not told that I was going to be purchasing a fuel filter kit. I expected to pay for a fuel filter period which I know costs less than $40. Needless to say, Ill be replacing my own fuel filters from now on.

I went there to get service on a truck and it felt like they didnt want to help. Service Rep kept telling me how busy they were after I said I could leave my truck there for a month if I had too. Left my truck, they said it was just an error light and cleared it after having it a week. As soon as I got it home it did it again. Took it to a different dealer. They found the issue that day replaced the part and have had no problem since.

Long wait time, i was not a walk in, i made an appointment for a oil change and waited for one and a half hours. Seems like appointments are overbooked and the techs are having a hard time keeping up, at the expense of the customer.

I enjoyed working with Aaron and Josh. They were open and honest about how best to purchase the car and were willing to beat the prices of the first dealership I went to for our trades. The only thing I didnt like is that I told them what the other dealership offered and they came back with exactly $1000 more so it really seemed like they were only offering the bare minimum of extra cash we negotiated more, but at the time it was a little insulting of them to think I wouldnt realize what they are doing. Other than that it was great and I would absolutely do business with them again.
