These folks replace two studs that were cross-threaded from a local tire dealer. I was there for about an hour and had a chance to observe the front desk and the mechanic says they did business with customers. Im a pretty critical person and I think that these persons were honest did good quality work and didnt try to take advantage of people. I was very impressed with all of them. In my opinion I think these folks are trustworthy and very qualified with what they do and theyre hard workers

Have been to the Temple location twice now and have left satisfied both times. Glenn and his team are excellent and worthy of the high ratings they have here. They have always provided quality work in good time. Communication between them and myself throughout the process was terrific and theyre always very kind and respectful. 4 hrs start to finish. Rotors had to be outsourced along with hardware kit. Outside source not very dependable, hence the long wait. Estimate was accurate. Overall, a good experience; was 2nd time to deal with this shop location.

Friendly service quick and straight forward i needed an alignment done they explained the different types explained why they couldnt provide the one i needed for my car and made suggestions on where i could go and still took care of my wiper blades and oil change for me . love that they didnt still try and sell me a different alignment to make a quick buck 10/10 would recommend, and will be returning .

There’s a lot to like about Brake Check but I need to let people know, about a thing or two. My brake problem does not manifest itself until I’ve driven for about 2 hours. Without no apparent causing event, the brake light and alarm goes off. The brake pedal then feels firm and rough on initial push. Still works, but what is really wrong? I would have guessed electronics since I regard Fords as very reliable, but Ford has never quite mastered electronics. The brake thing is a nearly impossible problem to solve since you can’t reproduce the conditions that caused the problem without a long drive. I said this to the manager,and added, “If you can fix this you get a gold star.” He said, “I prefer five”. I’m sorry that I can’t comply.The fix involved smoothing the rotors. My first long drive a month later showed the same problem. When I returned to get a possible real fix. The rotors were smoothed better (for free) and new pads installed. Now on my trip to the Rockies it happened again but without the change in brake pedal feel.I’d still strongly recommend this place for routine brake work. They are courteous, honest (less than common among mechanics) wonderfully organized, and communicate well, but some diagnoses are are just going to be above their skill level.

I took my car to get a free brake inspection today and they did not find nothing wrong with the car. They just told me to get the brake pads changed out next year if needed. They did a great job checking my car today.

My brakes had been grinding for a very long time. I brought my car in and they were able to assess everything and tell me options. I appreciated being show on the car exactly what was wrong, what needed to be fixed and why, and how much it would cost before I had to officially agree to work being done. I took my wifes car in for a brake inspection. Blake the service tech (mgr?), pointed out the reason for the squeak in the brakes. And told me how much each brake pads life amount was left. He was detailed in his explanation of the inspection and only gave a recommendation for work. Never pushed a sale or used any tactics to purchase something that wasnt needed. So my brake check was actually free. I will definitely return this summer to replace the brakes at his store. Its hard to find good people in good businesses. But I believe he is one of them. I have been to alot of mechanics in my 50 years. Never had one that took the time to actually find what was wrong the first time instead of just trying different parts to see if it fixed the problem. So I was extremely happy that they took the time to find what was going on with my car and explain it to me and fix it right the first time. I have found my permanent mechanic to work on all my cars. I would highly recommend this shop not only professional but extremely nice and dont speak to you like your an idiot.

Took my Yukon here for alignment (which happens to be LESS expensive than the Goodyear next to them), and some steering component repairs. Blake and Justin provided some OUTSTANDING customer service. Great service, just ask that you use seat covers when driving and sitting in the cars, there was oil stains on my leather seats and arm rest on the door. Just did not appreciate that.

They were incredibly honest when it came to work that was needed, they showed me with proof work I thought was needed that actually wasnt, most places would have just charged for the work, then the oil change and filter replacements were prompt and have stayed true.

I could not be more pleased! When I got my oil changed, I was told I HAD to get an alignment done on one of my wheels, and the clock was ticking! But at Brake Check, they put it on the alignment machine, it got the green light, so they didn’t do it anyway. That saved a huge amount of money. Not to mention it was fast work. No my car purrs like a kitten, and runs like a dream!
