Went and got a car from them in August the end of it and by January it was having more problems couldn’t even drive it car was kept till June got it back come July and same problems from back February when they had it so I call to let them know was told they have a car for sell that I can buy because in August the shop was closed because everybody had Virus and they are very backed up and later on in August Stephen finally sent somebody to pick up my truck and I called to talk to someone about the problem that keeps occurring but I’ve only had my truck out of 13 my months not even 6 months and Only reason I didn’t send it back cus I like to keep my credit good and is ahead on my car payment even paid when I didn’t have my car and today I called to talk to them and was hung up on because I was upset that I’m paying on a car that’s a lemon

Customer service ok but they cars looks good on tha outside but Lord Jesus Christ under tha hood was a whole nother story but I had 4 people get cars from them and had to get work done on them ASAP then if they fix the issue....which they machanic dont fix nothen but still charging you....... Wow like I said I can go on n on so anyone reading this..... PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!!!

Seemed really nice at first, but at the 1st test of her word, Jean failed miserably. She denied or changed everything. Car has been in the shop 3 times in 2 weeks. No kind or understanding words.

The place could really use a makeover. The sales people, mechanics, and even the secretary seems like they are only there to get a check. Not very enthusiastic or professional.

Do not trust this company to fix your vehicle. They will keep it for months with no communication! When you try calling to get an update or make arrangements they will tell you your mechanic will call you back which WILL NEVER HAPPEN!! I have been calling for the past 2 weeks to no avail I have no idea where my car is or whats going on. Seriously terrible business practices!!!
