I absolutely love the work that they did on my truck. I was able to come in periodically to discuss anything with them and was updated on everything. I really loved the overall atmosphere of the whole business and would definitely recommend bringing a vehicle in to be repaired there.

The worst experience ever at a body shop. I took my truck to get a paint job and dent removal. I had to take it back five months later because the clear coat was chipping. He said it would be ready later that day but of course it wasnt. After calling him three days later he said again he would have it ready later that day. I picked it up and went to wash it and noticed the headlights and grill wasnt mine. I asked him about it and he said Could I Prove It Since I couldnt he got away with switching truck parts with me. I really dont know what all is missing from my truck whether its the body or under the hood. If I could rate B&G a Zero I would..

He was nice and honest letting me know my options to work with what my insurance had provided to cover the damages rather than just giving me the most expensive option as if it was the only option unlike other places on G ave. What made me decide to go with him was that he at least adjusted my door so that I could get in and out (removing that safety hazard) without even expecting me to get repairs with him; other shops didnt try to help me just to be nice like that. They worked quickly, and I was pleased with the result. No one can tell my car was once dented badly there. When my headlight wasnt as secure after they had to move it to repair the panel, I brought my car back in and they tightened behind it to ensure it wouldnt loosen again without giving me a problem.

The absolute WORST place to take your car! They had my car for 2 months and tried to give me my car back every 2 weeks without it being done. After driving my car around my bumper is popping off and my hood wont close!! They dont care about the customers just making a buck!
