Disappointing experience. I wanted to buy a Toyota Corolla that is currently listed on their website for $15,999 but all of a sudden they “cannot honor” their very own price.I had even spoken to Nancy and the price we discussed was $15,999. But now Carlos is quoting me $1,000 more out of nowhere, unable to honor their own we website price.I have been trying to buy a car for a month but car dealerships and their staff really live up to their horrendous reputation. At this point I rather pay more at caravana than dealing with these unethical people.

I took my Kia Soul in for a recall repair. The repair was completed very satisfactorily in the time frame given to me. My customer service rep, Olivia, checked in with me occasionally while I waited comfortably in the waiting room. Another male employee made sure everyone in the waiting room knew there were complimentary hot and cold drinks available there. Everyone was very courteous and it was a pleasant experience overall. Everything is explained and documented in the paperwork.

Dan Winters was my sales associate. He was so informative, and thoughtful. If he didnt have answers to my questions he found out the information right away. Dan was patient, kind, and really relatable. I was set on leaving with a new SUV and Dan and his team made that happen.I want to add, I had my 3 children with me (5, 10, and 12) and the dealership was really family friendly. They were patient and kind to my kids. As a mom, I truly appreciate this.

Daniel helped me the day I brought my car in and the next day when I picked it up. He was amazingly helpful and pleasant. I normally hate getting my car serviced, but Daniel made the entire process easy and flawless. He, as well as the entire system that is set up in the service department, was efficient and organized, actually treating me like a human being, which is sadly often unusual at car dealerships. This tells me there is excellent management at DCH Kia of Temecula. From Daniel, who started the process, to a very nice girl at the counter next to his, to the very pleasant girl at the cashier counter, to the polite young man who pulled my car up ready for my departure, I felt extremely well taken care of. Perma plate optional warranty fraud.It is basically a extended appearance protection when it already comes with manufacturer warranty of 3yrs. Sales person will tell you it cannot be removed but when you sign the contract in finance department they will list it under optional items. They will charge you upto $1500.

Everyone was friendly and helpful but the mark ups on the vehicles were considerable. The finance guys are excellent and will look for the best interest rates for you. My only negative comment would be the mark ups so just go in there knowing what you should be paying and it’ll go smooth.

Excellent customer service for the Service staff! I’m new to California and Temecula and I was pleased to see smiles and small talk going on with the customers. Jeremy is the best!7/22/21 I went again! Same great service. I was being handled by Dan I believe ! The staff at Toyota DHC is great. They took care of my car and gave me the information needed that I asked for. They answer my questions as needed. Don’t listen to the bad reviews on here. Sometimes one has to understand that maybe people are having a bad day or maybe you came in with an attitude.Sometimes the place is overwhelmed at the service department. Give people a chance to do their job and give him a break since maybe you would want them to do for you . Otherwise the service department does a fine job.

I want to say two persons at this dealership that made my buying a car a very good experience. If you want to go here look and ask for Vee. Vee made my shopping experience a good one not pushy at all. He made shopping for the car I wanted a good experience. He was very understanding, respectful and very pleasant . The second person was the finance guy James! What a pleasure was to have closed the deal with him. He was nothing like other financial guys that I have dealt with in the past. He made me and my daughter feel comfortable and he was just a great guy overall. Now the only not good experience we had was dealing with a manager named Tony. Not pleasant and dishonest honestly he didn’t give me a good vibe and he is not there for the client it’s more for the money. Overall the car I bought seems good . I only had it for a week and I did buy a used car from them . i don’t think they detailed the car and I am not sure if it was supposed to have a full tank of gas but it was not even half ways maybe because I bought a used card they didn’t care to do it. Not happy with this place. I purchased a Kia at this dealership and at 1st they were fine but as time went by, but not anymore. I purchased a lifetime oil change with them and I think theyre trying to get rid of me! They make me wait every single time and usually have an excuse, but the last week I was in on a Saturday and they told me it would be a 3 hour wait for my oil change. They said an appointment just means you have a window of time for them to do the oil change. Nobody mentioned this when we made the appointment though. Jeremy was not happy at all to take my car and was quite rude about it. He actually made a comment like it was my fault for scheduling a Saturday service. I returned 3 hours and 10 minutes later even though they did not notify me that my car was ready. I saw my car parked out front and after I was there about 10 minutes they texted and said my car was ready. I think they actually saw us waiting in the parking lot because we have a rather large truck. If I have any more warranty service I will take it to another dealership.

He is the only reason that I keep going to this dealership for service. The only part that I have trouble with is the scheduling, it’s usually three weeks out for an appointment so plan accordingly.

I was amazed how they guarantee their engines from certain internal problems even after I owned the car for 5 years!!! They even provided me with a free car rental as my engine got repaired for free. All the service staff were also very efficient and had excellent customer service!!!

We saw this 2018 Kia niro online per photo attached, and we contacted the sale rep, Jesse, for its availability the night before our appointment. Coming from L.A. to Temecula early 9:30 a.m, not only the sale rep didnt show up, the car is sold! Its still listed on their website as a bait? I question their ethics behind their listing and their communications.

I was very pleased at how quickly I was able to drive off in a 2021 Kia car and how everyone was just positive and helpful! I was grateful to Damian in helping me find a car and getting it all together for approval and how quick he was when i was try to decide on what to purchase, he was very patient and was able to let me test drive a couple of cars to help me make a decision.... I especially appreciated James the Finance Mgr. He has worked with me before and was able to explain everything to me regarding my purchase and the great discount and awesome information all together... James has shown what true customer service is all about, he has the old school touch and just the respect and how organized and efficient he was! He made me feel very comfortable and confident in what to expect with my purchase, and any other question I may have had, he clarified or confirmed. It just feels great that someone like James can make you feel at home and is trustworthy in what he says to a person, and makes you feel at home that you feel you could depend on his honesty and leave the place very satisfied and proud. I had made several emails with Juan Bautista on specific vehicle came to a price agreement and was told to come down an hour before they close and I am over an hour away. Juan then told me we can’t do the deal the next day and would need to come back Wednesday . I call 1st thing in the morning to find out the car we had an agreement on to sale was sold out from under me from what I can only think Juan was off that next day and didn’t want to loose the sale but instead lost the customer a sale and prob a customer for life.

But I cant...Came with check from bank to buy car that I saw online.Lots of extras added to price and the prices are all thousands more on the lot...They didnt want to make a deal.So tomorrow I will go to a different dealership that wants to sell their cars...cant figure out why they need sales people.?Update...2 days after visit to Temecula Kia who didnt want to sell cars, I walked into Valencia Kia with my trade and my bank check to pay cash and was sold the same car temecula wanted 29,000. for, out the door after my trade (4,000.) for 22,000. In 90 minutes...they loved my check from the bank!!!Why owner/mgr. Only replies to good reviews?

Had to get my car towed to the dealer because it was overheating. As soon as my car got there I was not greeted at all and then Jeremy was the one who helped me out was so rude didnt make me feel comfortable leaving my car at all. Once he kind of looked at it he said “I can’t even get it check out for another 2 weeks or more because we are so backed up what would I have dealt with extended warranties and it’s a hassles and they might not cover the damage what would you like to do?” Um well I live in san Jacinto it’s obviously not driveable so I have to leave it. He said ok let me get your info. Got my info and that was it. So now I’m with out a car till further notice because no one at Kia will help me And I can’t afford to get a rental being a single mother of 3 kids money it’s tight. I got my car in November apparently it’s my fault that my car is messed up.

Our experience with Kia of Temecula was great. Dennis was very helpful and was able to walk us through the process with no issue. Reason I am giving 3 starts it’s because it is imposible to get a good appointment to get our car serviced. When we purchased the car we were sold a dream about “lifetime oil change”. We were told we could walk in and get our car serviced without an appointment and wouldn’t even have to wait. Well now that my car is at 5k miles I’ve been trying to get an oil change and the service center states they are not accepting walk ins and the last appointment for the day ends @ 3:45pm. That is an impossible time frame for a person working a 9-5pm job. They also said we could go to any Kia dealership and have an oil change. That is not the case, the first oil change needs to be done at the dealership in Temecula. So I was finally able to schedule an appointment 19 days from today! Ridiculous!

The entire team that assisted me with my 2019 Kia Sportage made my experience easy, and comfortable. Joey my sales person was non pressuring and offered sound advice concerning my request. Damien and Juan in Finances didn’t haggle me, add hidden cost or pressure me into unnecessary add ones. (I made a sound decision to add an extended warranty because I understand it’s value) I would surely tell people to go here if your want great service, and a New car... They rarely answer the phones.They offer different services ( less items) for first time service than other Kia Dealerships.They offer a special add oil change during contract signing, but dont tell you its good at 3 dealerships in so cal.I hear great things about Kia Temecula. I honestly have never had a good review for a dealership but wanted to make sure that DCH Kia of Temecula gets credit where credit is due! I was in the middle of a road trip with my 3 year old and my check engine light came on right as I was entering Temecula. Gabrial Kotsay was my service advisor, and had me out of there within 30 minutes in a rental car with zero hassle! He had no available appointments for 2 weeks out and they were still able to finish my car within a week. My service was thorough and my car was done before promised time, which was great since they were very busy. You My service rep was excellent!As a side note, covid precautions were in force. No courtesy shuttle, no waiting in the waiting area, masking, etc. At check out, however, a gentleman was unmasked and no one mentioned it to him. Follow through on this is necessary.

Amazing experience, honestly. It was my wife and Is first time buying a brand new car. They were very helpful in walking us through how everything works and also did not try to raise the price on anything. They actually did their best to lower our monthly payments as much as they could. Very happy that we chose to go with them, considering the Ford dealership down the road seemed like they were trying to get us out of their hair. Highly recommended. Finally decided on white, Temecula Kia had it in stock.Emailed ahead of time with Jarret Vallecillos, and set up a meeting time with him. He was nice enough to stage the car in the showroom with a bow on the hood. . . LOL. Negotiated the sale of the car with Joseph Avalos, who was a straight shooter and easy to deal with.After a short negotiation, they matched the best price I had found in the region, and a deal was done. The paperwork process was not super, but less than about 90 minutes (last car from BMW Murrieta was a 20 minute signing time), so definitely could have taken longer.Communication was good, and the process was pleasant.Would do business with them again.

I was upset that I needed service to start with, but have nothing but good things to say about the dealership and Gabriel. Gabriel was very empathetic to my situation. He listened to my concerns and explained what they were doing at every step. He explained everything in a way for me to understand what was going on. I really appreciated his down to earth mannerism and felt like he really cared about me. I may not be happy with my situation but am very happy with the service Gabriel provided.

Will never deal with DCH Kia of Temecula again. DCH Kia of Temecula installed new battery on 9/11/18. Battery dead on 9/23/20. No problem. Just go in and get a new one installed under a pro-rated price. NOPE. They would not pro-rate the battery. Said they only pro-rate the labor and not the actual battery. If I wanted to buy a new battery, they would charge 100% the cost of the new battery and not the pro-rated price. Ended up leaving and going across the street to the Hyundai dealer and they took care of me. Hyundai dealer said Kia was wrong and the new battery should have been pro-rated.

I own my 2nd Kia it is a 2017 Sorento. I was having some problems while turning brought it into the dealership in found out that my joint needed to be replaced along with a small coolant leak. Unfortunately the dealership did not have any appointments available For a couple of weeks. I spoke to Gabriel on the phone from service. Not only was he cheerful kind and helpful but he told me to bring it in and they would diagnose it. Even though they didnt have any appointments he would find a way to fit it in. Once it was diagnosed even better, it was covered under my warranty. Once again Gabriel stepped up and worked with my crazy ever-changing schedule and fit my car in and fixed my car before the day was over. When I picked it up he met me at the door with a smile and helped me further. He also was in touch with me the whole time and kept me updated. Gabriel is an asset to your company and with everything going on the world it was a pleasure to work with him.

So our 2011 Kia Sorento had to go into to the shop and the price of the repair made us start looking at replacing it. So as we were still trying to figure out the best course of action, one of the sales manager, Joe, laughed at us for thinking of still repairing our car. Laughing at customers who are trying to figure out what to do with an unexpected car problems and purchases is horrible customer service. We went someplace else and bought a car.
