This Sonic did a great job even though they didnt have enough employees I cant believe nobody wants to work. They went the extra mile and were so good to us they need a raise

The staff sucked. They cant hear you when your speaking with nothing else on in the background on your side. They forgot to add on half your order. If you ask them to go over the order while at the order area they dont. They got a 1.50 work ethic and it shows.

The food was exceptionally good I would have to admit and give them props where props are due, on the other hand the customer service that I received from the female employee was unsatisfactory. I went to the call box on the main floor and when the female employee prompted that they were only taking orders through drive-thru I responded I only need ketchup and a fork she then proceeded to tell me that she will not help me because she claimed I used foul language. Instead of her taking the time to listen understand and comprehend what it was I was asking for she just dismissed disregarded and disrespectfully ignored me this is why I give this store a 2

Considering it is a holiday, there wasn’t a line and car spaces were empty. Fast service. Ice cream was good. We ordered a plain kids meal and they added mustard, ketchup and pickles. So we had to throw away my little ones food as she won’t eat it. Wasted money. And my bbq wings were soaked in the sauce almost like soupy. Flavors were good and staff was friendly. So they still get 4 stars as minor mistakes happen. Just wish more attention was paid.

The absolute worst. Along with being incredibly incompetent the staff is very rude. Half our order was missing and one meal was completely wrong, after a ten minute wait for our missing and incorrect items they still screwed it up. Go somewhere, anywhere else if you want your food.

Went to the stand where you can sit in order since there was a car event. Cant make an order unless you have a car and go through the drive through only. Like what.If your car is in the car event you cant buy anything from sonic. Not even to park your car you have to go through the drive thru only. Makes no sense.

This server had us laughing. He actually scared us and then handed our order one by one announcing.what he was handing over.. love the fact they still had peanut. Whats funny about this the fact that he scared us because we were in a deep conversation and my daughter just happened to turn as he approached the door

This location is disappointing. I’ve come here multiple times out of convenience and there is always some type of issue. They always forget part of your order and you have to hunt them down to get it. They can NEVER hear you at the speaker, and I am constantly having to repeat myself even tho I’m speaking way too loud to begin with. They are usually pretty slow—it’ll say on the screen they are on the way with your order, but 10 minutes will pass before they show up. The food is just okay. It is never exactly fresh or that hot. Def avoid this one if you’re in a hurry or don’t feel like being annoyed.

Restaurant opens today at 8am (check google, 8am on sundays 7am normal days). So i roll up at 8:35 to order. About 5 minutes later I see the employee get dropped off and RUNinside. Next thing I know they got on the speaker, we dont open until 9. I say oh, Ive been here before 9 before and google says you open at 8 too. Nah its 9. Person was obviously late to work and thats fine vbuy dont LIE to me when the hours are clearly posted and Ive been here before also. If they changed their hours then they need to update it on google would be nice but either way they got me running around for no breakfast because they wernt open when they say they should be.

Really young manager, that could really use some training courses on how to deal with customer satisfaction issues due to their incorrect information, being better informed on correct substitute items and menu knowledge, and deescalation tools to prevent corporate complaints and handle within the store. From the time I ordered to the time I pulled out it was 35 minutes and I left disappointed and withOUT what I wanted and thought I ordered (due to a very deceiving menu and incorrect information), disappointed in Sonic, and being charged for an item that I was told was included. Definitely a turnoff and will use competition for awhile instead, unless corporate reaches back out to me and resolves the issues...

For a Sonic (fast food, inexpensive, etc) the food is pretty good, the service was quick and pleasant, and the place is clean. It was well-lit and everything worked like a charm. I had the chicken slider that tasted great and was not greasy. Also had the banana shake...it actually has bananas in it. My daughter had some ocean water which she enjoyed and french toast sticks! For a quick snack, this is the place.

My onion rings were so over cooked that you could not even see the onion inside the onion ringMy lemonade was so sour I couldnt bring it downThe only good thing I had was the cinnamon cream cheese pillow snacks they have

The food tastes good but the service at this place is awful. The people always have some type of attitude and even if the drive through is empty they still take a long time to answer when you press the red button.

Cant make an order unless you have a car and go through the drive through? Do t understand why you cant just let me buy food like anywhere else?

The staff is the best in town they know the names of their customers greet you with respect and care please go. The service and food are what fast food is all about!

Overall not a bad experience only issue was long wait. I have to assume they were short staffed but the food was good that banana pudding shake amazing.

This was my second time at this sonic. The first time they got my order wrong, I said its no big deal... Ill take it.no apology and thats okay... I assume most employees are new right now considering everywhere is hiring. I was overcharged for my meal, but I was in a hurry.This time I watched them get 5+ cars through the drive thru before anyone ever asked for my order. I dont like to complain, but I was disappointed by the service and the food.

Bad service in the drive-thru. Repeated the order several times, and they still could not get it correct. Ordered 2 large drinks,  but got medium drinks. Ordered a french fry and a tot, but got 2 fries. Tried to get the workers attention,  but they walked off. Even honked 3 times. Knocked on the window, and finally they came. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with mustard,  but when I got home I discovered I got mayo and ketchup instead. Burger King is a better place then this. Did not even get a I am sorry for the mistakes. Nothing. Even though I said thank you.

Sonic with so much air into this thing that they call a milkshake that its barely drinkable... I doubt theres anything that came from a cow and I neither... there might not be any such thing as a milkshake anymore

Extremely long wait times with no acknowledgement of you being there. Waited in a stall for 10 mins after i pushed the button and no one even came on the intercom. Eventually just went thru the main drive thru. Probably due to understaff, but at least acknowledge the customer, otherwise I dont know if you even know I am there. Took 31 mins to get a slushie.

Great food, great prices, always a fun place to visit.

I want to give a shout out to Los who was very polite and answered the questions I had about the slushies. He even fixed my drink order at the last minute with no issue. Very great guy! Definitely good leader qualities.

Tried Sonic for the first time on Dale Mabry in Tampa, cool drive-in concept, but as a passenger, I couldn’t read the menu without having to strain my neck. Why aren’t there menus on both sides?Food came out quick, but they forgot the honey mustard for the chicken. We finally gave up waiting for it and walked up to the window to get it ourselves.Proceeded to eat the chicken and it was terrible - dry dry dry. The burger was ok and it’s pretty hard to mess up a corn dog ... the “large” chili tots was more like a medium...overall a very disappointing first experience.

Super tasty food and you gotta get their Red Bull Slushie!

Awesome place customer service was great!! When the order taker could not hear me she came out to the car even in the rain.

Ordered fries and got tots and they never get my order right when I go seldomly there for that reason. And the workers ( young around the way workers) always have an attitude when you are ordering your food. Its a have to; no other choice going place.

I have been on keto and have been craving ice cream for months. I chose a Snickers blast and could not be more disappointed. It was vanilla ice cream in a medium cup with a sprinkling of stale snicker on top. Nothing was mixed in with the crystallized ice milk. Blech. It was awful. Went in the trash.

I was there for the Super Bowl. Hopefully I can come back for Wrestlemania!

Worst Sonic Ive been to, waited for 20 min to get to window. Once there they didnt have my order, had to order and wait again. Food was cold, ordered a cookie dough shake, poured like water, and everything in it was at the bottom.

The drive thru is incredibly slow, but the food is fairly good for what it is.

We went to Sonic in Tampa cuz its seens to be the only one i got a grill cheese with Tomato and onion the tomatoes werent Ripe unless there not doing there best but i wish it had been Red an good

I went to the drive through at lunch and it was a little crowded but they got us all through in a timely manner. The order was correct, the attendant was friendly and I was very satisfied. I will return.

Service was rude and unfortunately we had to ask for food to be remade... But there are not a lot of Sonics left, so its great to find one... (What we did eat was ok and fresh, the 2nd time), But they definitely need to work on Customer Service.

This was my first time eating at this chain and tried the #2 meal which is thier double cheeseburger with tots and drink also tried a small popcorn chicken. The burger 🍔 was mediocre on its own I would rate it a 3 out of 5. The tots had that frozen not fresh taste and the popcorn chicken was well more popcorn than chicken. So I Just ate the burger and the drink (sprite) was great lol. I encourage people to try for themselves but Im not going to be a repeat customer

Very rude worker that took my order...the anything else....anything else all with an attitude. said regular hot dogs, 6 or 12 - 6 or 12 6 or 12 jeeze...my total was $27....at the window. I said you know what f this, il go somewhere else. not going back there. Last time i was there i overheard the GIRLS taking bad about a customer and how fast he was ordering....get to work. an they want $15 an hour. HAHAHA YEAH NOOOOOO

I hit the order button two separate times and it took abt 10 mins for anyone to answer. I told the lady that brought my food how long i was waiting. She said they were short staffed. She seemed to not really care abt my concern. I usually dont hv a problem with this location. If they are short staffed then management needs to take of the situation so that customers like myself dont hv to wait 10 mins just to put in my order. This is good way to lose business for anyone else who is hungry and in a rush. Luckily i wasnt..just hungry.

Waited like 20 minutes. My son finished his drink while waiting for our food. They gave him another drink to drink with his meal. Very friendly and amazing service. Just a bit slow

Placed a mobile order and the order was wrong. Tater tots where soft and mushy. Limeaids where made wrong...

Yum selections. Flavors are an acquired taste. Slushies are delish nerds are a plus.

It was quickly put together and rushed out so it wasn’t as even close to my past experiences. Take a little more time make sure you add the things that are supposed to be on there and not just sloppily put together I’d rather wait an extra two or three minutes.

The lady who was on drive thru Sunday after was plain and simple rude. She wasnt very professional at all. It was so bad that I stopped ordering after my kids and wife food because it felt like we were inconvenience her. I didnt eat, because I just wanted to be done ordering with her rudeness.

Food didnt taste fresh ...fries were stale & burger was dry...ordered around 9pm for dinner....sorry but bad timing.

My oreo milkshake had only half an oreo in it lol. The pretzel was good. Oh and they no longer have fruit smoothies only slushes. Other things might be good though, just my experience.

Great resturant. Fast service and great food and drink selections. Sonic Blast is great. Drive in is convenient to Raymond James Stadium and the surrounding area.

Maybe they were under staffed but I hit the button and 15 minutes later still nothing and then I see somebody super casually just walking across the parking lot carrying a tray with a few things on it. Every bay was full of cars and yet just this one person casually walking with one tray. So then I stick my head inside the door and its nothing but a bunch of teenagers having a good time phones out and a drive-thru line full of cars. Never again will I go to a Sonic if I can help it.

Never going to another sonic.Worst service. The lad taking my order had no patience at all and sounded bothered and my order was clear and polite. WAY OVERPRICED. 7 dollars for three tiny chicken tenders and fries. They were tiny. The burger was good though but i would still rate 0 stars if i could.

Horrible customer service, 45 minute wait time and received the wrong order. Had to get back in line for 15 minutes for a refund.

Ordered a sandwich and came in with a plastic in it. One star is for Mr. Victor for taking care of us. No star for the psycho lady who cussed us and provoking us for a fight and accusing us for putting the plastic in it. I was so upset because I went to talk to them to just fix the problem by giving me a new sandwich but giving me a fit, well I definitely dont want another sandwich because God knows what are they going to do with my sandwich! My partner also tried to call corporate and they said they cant do anything about the situation. I will never go to Sonic any longer. It will be on my do-not-go list.

The staff was polite and thoughtful. Their drink selection is at times overwhelming, and I couldnt decide so I asked the young lady taking my order to surprise me and instead of just getting me a fountain drink, which would have been the easiest, selected one if the most popular choices and modified it to their liking.

They took forever bringing out our food and then we finally got it it was cold like not even cooked all the way

Parkednext to screen, discussed what to order, then pressed button to alert an employee.. over 30 minutes of sitting and waiting with no response thinking . maybe just short on staff due to virus, but then finally asked a team member who was delivering food to a car,what was the reason for wait time. He then informed my car,and about 3 others parked waiting also that they where CLOSED... That we can go through the drive through if we wanted, of course after it just was rushed and informed of a 40 minute wait process...We felt disrespected, and forgotten about.
