Rude employee! He worked today at 10/21/2021 at 7:45 pm at citrus location, wouldn’t even acknowledge my friend and I and we were the only people there ! He kept cleaning and looked at us like we were dumb ! I’ve been to this location multiple times and have gotten samples and bought ice cream and today it was something different! Wouldn’t let us sample the coffee flavor ! He said we don’t do that here, which is a lie ! Won’t come back here again

The ice creams are very good, but be careful the first time I went I paid for my normal ice cream with Tax included $ 5.42. The second time I return I ordered two ice creams from it and the girl who is there charged me $14.97, I tell the manager, he only gave me the receipt and my refund was nothing! beware of the fraud !!!

First and Foremost I would like to share my experience at the location at the citrus park Haagen Dazs . My young daughter has a disability condition in which certain food or texture of food gives her anxiety attacks. I ask if it was possible for my daughter to test the texture due to her condition of sensory integration disorder. The employee Vanessa was very understanding of my child’s condition and was able to allow test the texture of the ice cream 🍦 she desire . I was very pleased and appreciative. Thank you for your customer service. Keep up the good work.

Stop by today, the girl who took Care of us was super nice!! I ordered a banana split, the pineapple are really bad, like if they are to throw them in the garbage because they have been there forever, management needs to address that issue, it’s a very expensive place to serve not good food.If it was for the customer service I received for the girl you could get 5 stars ✨But the quality is poor.

Overpriced ice cream galore! Want ONE SCOOP of ice cream in a SMALL CUP? That will be $4.00!!!! I understand theyre in a mall but COME ON!!!! If you overcharge for stuff you wont get any business!!! I will say that the ice cream here is very good.
