Sweetheart goes above and beyond to make their customers informed and happy. They have a great product line and many opportunities for a person to make money selling their products. Ice cream has been melted down and refrozen. If you own an ice cream truck then dont go here. They are always out of stock on Fridays for the best selling items. They restock on Mondays. Not good for individual ice cream trucks. There is a much better place who stocks their freezers on Fridays.

Delivering a load to them. Was told HUGE FINES if I am late. Was told to be here 04:45-05:00. Its 05:15. Nobody here. Can I charge HUGE FINES for them being late? What a freaking joke.

Ok I know I gave them a good review. I must take it back.To this day I still have not got a shipment it has been over two week. I called them and Carlos told me oh yes it will there today that was over two weeks ago. The offuce woman she is a rude person if you dont have people skills than dont work up front.Im not counting my chicken (so to speak ) on themThe place I deal with now are great they even did a emergency delivery for me oh wait and tge lovely lady even calls just to see if I need any products. I guess I should of listen to yelp.

Ok place. Small operation, quick service. No parking but easy in and out.

Hard to get price initially. Their customer service has improved a lot. Maybe they have had problems with street venders in the past. I Was able to set up delivery and really good top notch service from delivery man. Would recommend some products for mobile venders. Their gh faces are farely priced, but a little cheapish product wise. I wish gh would of kept weight at 4oz.., but thats gh not sweethart. Thank god gh not mess with sponge bob.
