Come to this location quite often and a majority of that is because of the lady that works there most days I come. Teresa is an amazing worker and knows how to get orders right, and on time. Someone else there was not getting my shake order right, I asked her and it was done right the first time. Nice outside to sit and enjoy.the ice cream as well! Would recommend to anyone!

Went there the other day and had an amazing experience! Kat was awesome at helping me find the perfect treats for me and my daughter! I definitely recommend asking her for assistance if you do not know what you want. She knows what she is talking about! :)

Closed early on a Friday night. I specifically drove to this location because it was open till 12, when we arrived at 11:44 they refused to serve us claiming they are closed. I understand their time is important and they wanted to go home but I drove here to buy ice cream through the drive through, why is my time not important? Very disappointing… if you say you are open until 12 don’t turn away Customers when they arrive before closing time, NOT professional.

They have the best ice cream here and the staff is always so nice! For mostly teenage employees, they do a really good job at keeping the place clean and providing excellent customer service. I recommend this place to all my family and friends and not one of them has ever complained. Love this place!

I usually come through the drive thru every time and order a vanilla cake cone with sprinkles, but this time I came with my pup and decided to sit at one of their patio tables. I was going to order my usual when the young lady at the Register Teresa asked if I’ve tried their chocolate shakes took my order and made my shake, best chocolate shake I’ve ever had! She was very friendly, knowledgeable when it came to the menu and even suggested a pup cup for my puppy! 10/10 recommend this location. Ask for Teresa if you want a chocolate shake!!

Advertise an item with some ingredients.. They give it to me with out one of the ingredients, when I ask them to put it they said, okay give me a 1.50 and I will add it. I told them thats how you have it advertised and the manager said she does not make the advertising. She said get your money back or pay me 1.50 if you want the ice cream. Then she call her boss and said, my boss said that I need to pretend you are not here. She give me a refund on her decision and put the ice cream in trash can. We are visiting some family members in Tampa from Utah, never being in this place before, shocking what kind of management runs this place. Placed video on pictures. Next time apologize and give customer what they ask for.it could costing you 2 cents to make it right.*Get new management* or teach the ones you have to behave like managers and send them to management customer service classes.

A friend and I stopped in for a cold treat after a picnic. After looking at the extensive menu We, we both got blends. I got a small mint chocolate chip blend and she got an Oreo blend. The smallest size is a kiddie cup do we thought that may be too little. When we got our small cups, it turned out they were in a 16 oz plastic cup! They were very delicious but really more than either of us should have eaten. We DID eat them however. Great service and fast.

That girl that attend me by the drive thru was so rude. It was today july 28/21 at 3:25.I alwaysxgo to the one on bruce be down. I was at lowes,i didnt know it was one next to lowes. I love caramel and cheese cake. I always ask for one kiddy vanilla ice cream top with caramel and cheese cake. This girl kept asking and she said look the menu. I said to be honest no other twistee treat made me so many questions. I just said a kiddy cup vanilla ice cream top with caramel and cheese cake.When i went to the window, she gave me a small size cup, i told her that is not what i ask for i said kiddy cup . She said this is a kiddy cup, i didnt want to keep arguing, so i said can you put some more caramel,because honestly it was nothing. She goes it have enough caramel, it have in the middle bottom and top. Hummm it was nothing and then she reply and if you want more you have to pay a dollar more,you need to tell me what you want because i can not read your mind.Whatttt, does she really said that....oh my goodness, yes she did. Ice cream shop with around 20 flavors of ice cream with a few specialty options as well. The staff waa friendly and the service was quick. They have a drive through as well foe those not interested in sitting.Lastly they have a pup friendly smoke free outdoor seating area. We brought our dog and they gave us a complimentary mini service of icecream for the fur baby (dog). An overall enjoyable experience.I would come back for sure and recommend it to anyone.

Been there a couple times at night around 1030pm and they keep telling me they had to close early why advertise 11pm when u close earlier all the time

I went to twistee treat on Saturday. I noticed it was very hot inside and asked the young lady taking my order what was going on. she told me the ac had been out all day. all the employees looked very lethargic an most were flush and sweaty. I could tell they were doing their absolute best but it seems a bit terrible to make all these young people work in those conditions. Five stars for the team, one star for the company allowing this to happen.

This visit was a learning experience for me. I figured out that they served many more flavours of ice cream other than vanilla, chocolate and strawberry which I have been eating all this while. Just name it and the chances are they have that flavour, is what the lady at the counter said.Stay away from butterscotch though, unless you are a hardcore sweet tooth, as thats one hell of sweetness for me.

I guess i was standing at the wrong window to order and rather than tell me the employee just stood there looking at me and talking to her coworkers. if i’m at the wrong window then say something... i decided to order a twirl with reeses and there was barely anything blended in there. basically got a cup full of icecream that didn’t even taste good. if i wanted just icecream, i wouldve ordered it. such a waste of money.
