Super cool (pun intended) place to bring the family or just yourself for a treat. They offer vanilla chocolate and strawberry but you can get some of them swirled too. Lots of topping options and my kids loved that they completely covered their cones in sprinkles. They have lots of other options too like ice cream sandwiches and their version of a choco-taco. Super friendly staff as well. We will definitely be back!

Very rude black girl! Only drive through was open. With 3 people working. We sat at bench to eat and they did not give napkins to the kids it was a mess. Horrible customer service. NC Donald has better ice creamNever go there again. Horrible

An employee was outside playing on the computer while I waited for 10 minutes just to order. Then they were out of half the flavors. Then she said she forgot to charge me extra for the flavor we got and asked to swipe my card again. When I got the ice-cream it was smushed in a cup all melty and messy. Nothing like my experiences with every Twistee Treat I have been to in the past. Will not be back to this location

Me and my girlfriend stopped by this twistee treat recently to get a sweet bite to eat. She got a chocolate cone and I got a chocolate and peanut butter milkshake. Milkshake was very good I asked them to to make my milkshake a bit more than that way I was able to drink a through a straw and they did it perfectly. The girlfriend said the chocolate cone was really good. The area looks really nice in the staff was very cheerful. Were definitely recommend for a quick sweet bite to eat.

Disappointed. This location was my very first experience with Twistee Treat. Initially I was very impressed with their ice cream, despite this being a popular spot and there being a wait. Ive visited 5 other TT locations and none of them have disappointed me as much as this location. Ive dealt with pricing issues, quality (taste) issues, longer waits than any of the others. Ive even dealt with a younger staff. Im a mother and firmly believe in giving kids an opportunity to earn money but not at the expense of providing knowledgeable, competent, and sanitary customer service. I WILL NEVER eat from this location again.On one occasion the cashier let the side of my ice cream touch his arm and he still served it to me. I used my napkin to clear that spot away and just left in disgust.On my last two occasions (including 15 min ago) Ive detected something akin to pest spray in the cones. Last time it was a sugar cone. This time a cake cone.I believe in giving chances but this was their last. To add insult to injury, in comparison to my last visit where I ordered a more expensive cone, I was charged more. I asked for my military discount, the cashier said ok, yet I was charged full price. Not a huge difference in price ($0.63) but thats not the issue. I shouldnt be charged based on whos on the register. I was a cashier at their age. Prices dont change daily.I wish TT the best and hope they fix these issues. I just wont be returning to this location.

Ice cream cones were great and service

Went to this location tonight and order a large cone. It was great, however the cone was very small. I asked the young lady if this was their large. She said yes because we sold a lot of ice cream today the ice cream was packing itself lololol not sure what that meant. I just smiled and walked away. It was cute. I hope she doesn’t say this to a jerk😂😂😂

Donavan was very helpful with our order. We had many requests and this was the first time in three years when I actually understood what we ordered 😅. I honestly nominate him to be the manager. He was very polite and professional and was delightful to talk to. Thank you for helping us 😊

Visited on a Wednesday night with a party of six people. Only one person really liked their order. Most everyone, including myself, thought it was kind of lackluster. I ordered a piña colada milkshake and it was lacking much flavor at all. There was quite the line and it seemed like a rather popular spot. Maybe it was just an off night. But it wasn’t really great for me.

Went here for ice cream. Do to a miscommunication and employee and manager started yelling at us. We tried to apologize about the miscommunication but they double down and used inappropriate language. Most unprofessional customer service I have ever received. Calling corporate daily until someone can explain to me this service.

We use to like twistee ice cream a lot but these days ordering is taking write long and inconsistent preparation... it take literally 20 mins to serve few customers in the line.... pausing the trip to twistee for a while

Delicious ice cream and fast drive-thru service

Last few times I’ve been here I have gotten hair in my ice cream and I wouldn’t bring your kids here because the employees are high.

They have a good amount of choices to choose from as far as frozen treats. I had a peanut butter sundae which was good. I was a little disappointed that they did not have the large size option available for whatever reason. I also had a hard time hearing the gentleman that took my order. He did not speak loud or clear enough. Overall though a good place to go and have a frozen treat.

They have great tasting soft serve ice cream and good service. I recommend the peanut butter with chocolate.

Any item Ive ever gotten was well made. My problem is the slow service. It took nearly 7 minutes for a milkshake with, visibly, 4 people working inside and only 2 people at the window plus myself in the drive thru.

Everybody loves ice cream. And thanks to Twistee Treat Im now hooked on Cherry dipped cones. I had never had one until I moved to Florida but boy thats the best thing since sliced bread.

I must say I look for an excuse to go for a soft cone! ...And then offered my new furbaby a pup cup... that was definitely a bonus! Tipping is a nice way to show these young adults you appreciate the service given to you... Ive never had a bad experience... 😉👍😎 yum!

You get a lot of ice cream for your dollar here. Took my nephew and figured the $7 one was the usual sundae size..nope...it was gigantic and lasted him several days and was delicious.

Speaker was broken so it took forever to order. We chose a banana split only to get home and realize they forgot the banana. After we reached out, They replaced it for another one.

Good young people doing their best. They need to learn a lot from Chic-fil-a about managing the drive through though. The wait will impact my decision making next time if there is a line.

Dont buy gift cards from here, there is no guarantee it will work and save yourself from embarrassment from friends if you planning on giving it as return gifts. Bought a bunch of gift cards, only to find it had 0 dollars when i tried to use one of them, and checked with few friends that i gave this, they confirmed the same. There is no way to check your gift card balance online or they cant tell when it was used. The people that run this place are very indifferent and didnt bother, will never go to this place again.

In drive-thru at 10:45pm, finally make it to window at 11:14pm (nearly 30 min.) and a girl walks out from the back saying they are closed. No apologies, nothing!How hard is it to inform waiting customers 30 mins prior or place a cone in the drive-thru at 11pm to stop incoming cars?!If a customer is in your line well before closing, you serve them. Im impressed but I cant figure out how they can twist any flavors together for you in a cone ... waffle, cake or even cup. I ordered a pistachio chocolate medium waffle twist cone for $4 .. great price for a great ice cream very creamy and full . Not watery at all. Staff is kind. They have a drive thru. This is insane and quickly becoming my new I need out spot.Also mix ins and pints to go with every conceivable candy mix in your faire heart desires.

I love their soft serve. Its so creamy. The coffee ice cream with heath and snickers is my favorite! Plus theyre open later than Coldstone and BONUS, u dont have to get dressed, they have a drive thru so you can drive right thru looking like a bum!

Perfect spot to pull up and get a cold treat on a sunny Florida day. From slushies, all styles of cones, and sundaes you can find the right dessert to meet your needs. I believe they even carry Nathans hot dogs. Love hanging here with friends.

We lived in New Tampa for a few years and this was definitely our favorite dessert stop. The greatest soft serve Ive ever eaten is their German Chocolate flavor. Make it a twirl with delicious brownie bites, cheesecake bites, or cookie dough and wow! One of the most delicious ice cream treats Ive eaten!

Ive enjoyed twister treat icecream for a while. What I enjoyed most was getting fresh soft served icecream thats smooth and flavorful. Unfortunately, that is not what I got this time around. I ordered a quart size and got home to discover it was pre-frozen which created ice crystals and changed the texture of the ice cream. I understand this may be quicker to but it should be an option to get freshly prepared or frozen ice cream. Frozen ice cream can be purchased at the grocery store and thats not why I stop at Twistee treat

Service was quick. They even provided me with a pup cup of vanilla for my fur baby. She is a pit bull and was not discriminated against while dining on the patio.
