We recently had our 6 month A/C maintenance performed by Nuccio. Our Service technician, Matthew, was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained exactly what he did and what he found. We recently changed to Nuccio for our A/C maintenance. They are outstanding and we highly recommend them.

Ronald Nunez, our technician, was on time, professional, and efficient. Nuccio Heating & Air Conditioning has provided excellent responsive care to every call we have made to them. We have been well pleased with their work and with the technicians sent to our home.

Tyler arrived early for his appointment, and with a smile. He was professional in demeanor and attitude, and very respectful of my home - he even wore booties inside to keep the floors clean! He efficiently performed the required maintenance on my AC and answered all of my questions politely and thoroughly. Unlike other service companies I’ve used, he didn’t try to sell me any unneeded extras. Nuncio was recommended to me by a friend, and, based on the service received today, I plan to continue using them in the future.

Company had five fleet vechiles installing all new duct work and new air conditioning unit in my neighbors home. They dropped screws of which two found their way into my and my neighbors tires. When I contacted them their agent, Ms Acevedo, did nothing and denied it was them. I have video cameras that show their trucks and crews working outside.I spent over a hour sweeping up and picking up screws. They made good money Im sure on their work but did not clean up after themselves and paid only lip service to me when I brought it to their attention.For this reason alone I would never consider this company. If this is the way the treat a public street I wouldnt want to see how they treat the interior of a home no less the equipment they install.Response: Yes you did deny it and not only once but two times (chat screenshots attached). Also, it was not a job site it was a home and residential neighborhood. Your approach needs to change.

Nuccio did an amazing job installing my new A/C-heat pump. Not only did they arrive on time but sent out five guys to ensure an accurate and timely installation of the 3-ton monster! The team work they exhibited was amazing, this was not an easy install (in my opinion). I last used Nuccio in 2001 with my new heat pump. Ariel and his crew were on time, very professional (communicated very well) and took extra care to minimize the dirt and damage removing and replacing a 19 year old AC unit in my high rise apartment. The process was seamless from the initial quote to installation.

This business robs people of money. Our AC unit in our house stopped working. For the first visit alone, $318. They came out for that first visit, the guy inspected everything and said that the inside unit was leaking some sort of Freon. He wanted to charge me an additional $150 to check to see if there was a leak. The inside unit did not show any signs of a leak. Two days later, we still had the same problem of no cool air. They gave me a visit window from 11AM to 3PM. They did not show up until 6:30PM to tell me there was a leak now on the outside unit. They charged me $178 just to tell me that. He also mentioned to me that it would be extremely difficult to find a 5 ton unit due to shortage. The guy left and my family and I were left to struggle. I called a different company that night, got a 5 ton unit installed the next day. I lost all this money to this company that is not reliable, not truthful, and doesn’t care about the quality of service to customers.

Tyler was friendly, polite, professional, prompt and had good manners. Scheduling appointments is easy and the text reminders are very helpful. Weve used Nuccio for years and will continue to use them for our hvac needs.

Tyler showed up on time and did an excellent job on both of our systems and was very conscientious making sure to cleaning up as he progressed through the required preventative maintenance checks and cleaning.

Our 2006 unit went out and we hired Nuccio to replace the entire unit. We had a great experience. From beginning to end was professional, clean, informative and we have a really great unit in now. It only took one afternoon to install and the tech went over everything they did in detail and was patient with all the questions. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing Air service.

Our air handler went out last week and I had called Nuccios on Sunday. Because of it being a holiday weekend, I did not expect to get a call til around Tuesday or to get someone out there to take a look at our unit until later in the week. I received a call on Monday morning and someone was out to look at it early monday afternoon. Jacob, our technician, was very professional, personable, and walked us through the process as well as answered any questions we had. After the repair was made, he went through everything again and took time to answer any questions that I had. I will DEFINITELY be using this company again. Thank you again!

The technician arrived on time for service, added refrigerant to one of our units at no charge. We are new to the house. He took time to explain all the components of our HVAC system. Relocated a thermostat, cleaned up after their work. It was immediately noticeable an improvement in the functioning of the system. I am very impressed and satisfied.

I called around 11:00 today to let them know our AC in our 2 month old home was not working. The receptionist asked if the filter had been changed. She was totally unconcerned about the temperature in our home. She responded that the earliest they could come out was tomorrow. I then told her the temperature in our home Was already 80 degrees and by the end of the day she knows it would be approaching 90 degrees. She did not ask about our health to determine if we could tolerate such high temperatures, she did not inquire about whether or not we had pets. I told her this was not acceptableand she was not moved.Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company at all. I think it is very telling how a company treats their existing customers. We are not able to call another company for service without voiding our warranty and they know that. So no hurry in getting to us.Please think twice before using this company.

They retain long-term employees which helps add to the benefit of great service from people who care. Vicki Williams in the office set up the appointment super easy and Ben did great work as well as supplying several tips and answered any questions I had. There are two sides to the story:Steve is a phenomenal technician and has been our technician several times. Tremendous customer service providerNuccio will rip you off, they charged us $1350 to replace a motor that cost them less than $500. The first motor that they tried to put in was built in 2006, yes 2006! I suggest that you do you research before you agree to a price, which I didnt do because I had trusted them previously. I took the time, after I agreed to the price, and found the motor for less than $600 retail. I will never work with them again. BUYER BEWAREYou state that the online price does not include a warranty, actually it includes two years of warranty. An additional year above what you offer. Plus if you are unable to beat the price I can find on the internet then you might want to check the pricing that you receive from your vendors.

We initially hired Nuccio for service and eventually decided to do an A/c replacement through them. The first install crew did not do the best job which required several follow up visits to finish the job to satisfaction and close out the permit. It took some persistence and much more time than expected, but Nuccio completed the job. Overall the new A/c is working well, we just wish the job went much smoother.

In 2005 I purchased twin 14 sear Trane’s and air handlers to cool. My 1850 sq ft home. The 2 two tons units could not handle the job and my electric bill went up, also one of unit needed repair from day one. When KARL the sales rep looked at the unit he knew the problem right away. They had not installed enough air returns and the wrong thermostat. Home Depot had sent me BURGESS AIR TO install the units. Nuncio added 4 hot air returns. And had the best price by far. The installation went well, Now I need a sweater. Thanks Nuccio

Got my 15 year old 11 Seer American Standard AC replaced two weeks ago w/16 Seer Trane unit and air handler. My air handler is actually above the stairwell and as you walk up the stairs, so it was not an easy job. I had been getting quotes and figuring out the best prices for months and NUCCIO came with the best price and did a great job. Quality work at a good price... You definitely need to get a quote from them when you look for new AC. Im very please with my purchase and they came in at a fair price and 2-4K less then some other larger companies in the area.

These guys are spectacular crooks. They wanted $408 for 45 minutes of labor on a warranted item replacement. Don’t use these guys they are so slimy. Every time we call them we regret it. $408?! I am done with Nuccio. Update: oh we received your quote beforehand. That doesn’t make it any less egregious. You were the original installer on a 2 year old high end unit. There is no excuse for the charge. None at all. You are just a bunch of rip off artists.

Truly outstanding companies are hard to find these days. Nuccio Heating & Air Conditioning continues to uphold its extremely high rating with our family. During our annual preventive maintenance visit, service technician David Beck noticed that a capacitor in our a/c condenser was working at half its capacity. He researched the system and discovered that the system was still under the original manufacturers warranty, saving us $200. Also, Vicki in the maintenance department is pleasant and an absolute joy to work with. Weve been customers since 1999—couldnt be happier with Nuccio. Keep up the fantastic work!

Ive had this PM service w/Nuccio for about 4-5 years now and it has given me some peace of mind about staying on top of potential A/C issues before they crash my system. Great Company!!We just moved into our home in Polk City and the air wasnt working. We knew it was a new unit when we purchased the house. Luckily i found the paperwork and called on a Saturday morning. Within 2 hours the tech was at our home, replaced the thermostat, they honored the warranty even though i wasnt the original owner!! The work crew showed up at 8:00 AM and worked straight through till it was installed. Then Jesse showed up and completed the wiring set up. And even showed my Dad how to work the thermostat which was very simple to use.This is the second time I used Nuccio Air, Joe Nuccio, And they were awesome and would recommend them anytime.

**LET THE BUYER BEWARE, THE DIAGNOSTIC VISIT IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO ANY WORK THAT GETS DONE. I paid $283 for a tech to do a small pvc line repair, and clear the line. Also, the Tech did not clean up after himself. I called the company about both of these concerns. They were not willing to yield on the diagnostic charge removal even though work was performed. I have been using Nuccio for several years now, and they have great and knowledgeable techs. But apparently they have taken a different track on their pricing, so I will consider this before I hire again.

Pablo was wonderful. Very professional and friendly. I enjoyed talking with him while he serviced my AC. I will recommend him to everyone and hope he will be back when the system needs servicing next year!!!

Called for emergency maintenance because my A/C shut off in the middle of a hot night, was told that they wouldnt be able to make it out until 16 hours after I called it in. The next day I never received any phone call to confirm that the technician would make it out to me, and when I called to make sure, the woman on the phone interrupted me several times and was only focused on getting me off the phone.All in all unless you have plenty of time to spare I wouldnt personally recommend this company, and you also should be prepared for some rude employees.

Very honest company, did an excellent job, was on time and very friendly. Making the appointment was easy, they utilize email confirmations, setting appointments electronically etc. which is my preferred method of communication. They even email you the techs info and a photo prior to his visit so you know who to expect. Very professional and well done. I prepaid for my 2nd service because I know I will use them again.

Thank you for all you did to help us get our system up and running. After a multi-month ordeal of our relatively new system crashing, 4 companies attempting to fix it, Nuccio was the only one that came through in a knowledgeable, professional, and prompt manner with excellent customer service. We had our AC unit serviced a couple of days ago and we paid a pretty penny to have that done. A few days later, the thing starts freezing up requiring another visit from Nuccio and, guess what, another charge! This unit is less than 2 years old! Do not use these guys.

This serviceman was excellent. He spent a lot of time doing the annual system checkup, and was more than helpful with regard to assisting us with changing the filters and explaining why we could use an extra filter inside the HVAC. His advice was spot on.
