Upon arrival, not a soul was ready to take my order, I waited about 5 mins maybe I minute less to be helped.When the 20 yr old boy came out to help me he had a look on his face as though he couldnt be bothered, and walled out with both hands in his pocket.Now I have had the opportunity to tell him what it was I wanted, and he grabbed some papers without indicating he knew what I was there for then walked away without saying a single word.Ten mins later he comes back out from the wearhouse with the same incendiary attitude, as though I had ruined his day by breaking up the monotony of sitting around finger twiddling.No customer wants to be treated in this manor and companies used to have strict policies that prohibited this sort of behavior.PatheticThe problem was promptly resolved by the corporation head honchos.Good work baker you have reinstalled confidence in your establishment.
