Really cool little paleta shop in the Hyde Park area. Tons of cool, unique flavors to try. I had the Mexican Hot Chocolate which was pretty good. Definitely want to try some of the other interesting flavors available on my next visit.

Simply one of the no-miss places to pick up a treat with friends, laugh, and be amazed. Dozens and dozens of familiar and exotic popsicle flavors made of fresh fruit. So much fun!

Decided to end date night here. What a cute little spot. Very intriguing variety of flavors. The attendant (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was super friendly and knowledgeable. We tried 3 flavors. All of them ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. And great pricing too. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I have never been disappointed in any pop I try. The blood Orange cheesecake is the best, but seasonal :( I also love the strawberry cheesecake which is out right now. Perfect mix of sweet creamy cheesecake flavor and fresh strawberry juice pop. They have basic simple flavors as well as weird combos for the adventurous to try. Wish we had more stores than tampa or st Pete only so we could visit more!

This was a first time I went to this ice cream shop. I ordered Strawberry ice cream. Was good. Especially with the hot weather.

I like the hyppo in st Pete better. I think the overall aesthetic fits a bit better there. This doesnt change the fact that they popsicles were as good as ever !

Really good Popsicles made of fresh healthy ingredients. They really put an emphasis on their ingredients. They are a bit on the pricier side but you can taste the quality in their popsicles. They have several hundred flavors that they rotate through.The placw is a bit tucked into the corner (by LA fitness) so it can be somewhat easy to miss. I definitely recommend this place.

The pistachio coconut flavor is the best!

Great dessert place! Each frozen bar has its own unique flavor. While they do sell classics, like strawberry, they also sell very unique combinations and 21 and up bars!

Im so happy they have a Hyppo here now! Even though its definitely a treat (as its a bit pricy), these gourmet popsicles are delicious. Their pistachio coconut thats always been my go-to but their charming counter girl introduced me to blackberry goat cheese and it was really refreshing, yet creamy! The whimsical artwork by a talented local artist is a plus!

Cute little natural popsicle shop in Hyde Park. A vast variety of flavors to choose from. So many that I wish they had samples instead of it being you pay for one not knowing what youre truly getting. I had the Phoenix which was a layered popsicle with raspberry, mango, and banana coconut. I opted for this since I could try 3 different flavors. It was delightful but Ill be trying something else next time around. My husband had the orange cream which was delicious. Tasted like an orange-sicle. My daughter had the chocolate cheesecake which was also delicious. Tasted like a fudge pop. I think my recommendation is to have one with the dairy as they are more creamy and less fruity. They are also much softer to bite into and enjoy. The average pop is around $4. They also have a punch card available so you can earn free pops after so many purchases. There was only 1 staff member working and there was really no order to people walking in and being served. We were the second family to walk in....the 3rd person to walk in, walked right up and ordered his flavors before us. There was really no greeting upon entering or any ask for recommendations. This was our first time and felt like a weirdo when I asked if they had any recommendations on the top sellers or most popular. Was just told all of them sell good and a brief description of the color coding they use on their labels. Like green dots mean no added sugar and red dots are spicy.We will definitely be back to try more flavors.

I chose one of the popular pops which was the orange creamsicle, I remember having these as a little kid. It was really good great balance of flavors. They have so many options and it’s worth trying a few.

Simple, but delicious. Great for a hot day. Inside was a little cramped but not terrible. Try the blueberry acai!

You kinda figure a place like this is gonna be at the least decent, but it was definitely worth the stop, especially on a warmer evening. I tried the pina colada version, and it was perfect. Also tried the walnut version, which was surprisingly creamy and had spot on flavor. Exceeded already high expectations. Definitely recommend. Itd be a great date stop!

Try the Spicy Mexican chocolate dipped in chocolate

It’s a different concept and it’s really cool! Did not appreciate other reviewers’ comments about the “concept” rather than the actual quality of the product they sell. I guess some of their competitors are loosing business over this amazing place. I recommend the Hippo to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic shop in Hyde Park village. A great spot to stop in and check out on a hot day while window shopping. Large selection and always friendly. Love the art on the walls. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I love The Hyppo! The atmosphere and staff are great! And the flavors are amazing. Some have been hits and misses for me though. I recommend the Double Dog to any coffee lover! The Horchata is also a favorites of mine, such a sweet treat! The shop is very photo/ instagram worthy.

They have so many incredible flavors it’s almost overwhelming. Make sure you get outside your comfort zone and try some of their crazy creations like blueberry lavender or spicy chocolate.

I just love the Hyppo so much. The staff is always so friendly. Stock and selection always on point. Flavors and quality always amazing. This location is doing great. Keep it up guys, your brand is going places.

I had a brother come into town and he asked me to go back here.

First thing going there and I must say it’s really chill and simplistic however the popsicles are very very good. I got the mango habanero and it was very refreshing and not too spicy. It had a nice kick too it but nothing to overwhelming. VEGAN OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE!!

Best popsicles in the entire world. Banilla Vanilla makes me wet. If you dont get fudge dipped, youre doing it all wrong.

Each store has different flavors in addition to there common flavors.

Great place! Been here many times and tried different one each time, never had pop not like.

Too much pressure from the staff to made me choose a flavour, and when I finally did mamey doesnt taste like mamey at all. Maple mamey is very cinammony and pretty much 0 mamey. Quite disappointing.

After spending $20 a week here with my family, we got the stamps program which says you get a free pop. Went to get the free pop and the lady working charged me a $1 for it being dipped. I said well Ive got it dipped every time with this card so why would I pay if it says free. Its not about the $1 it was how rude she was and its silly after spending a fortune here you couldnt have dipped it for free. Customer service 101.

I came here this afternoon for the first time I thought I could grab the popsicle from the freezer right in front of me but the lady was very rude turned around and smacked my hand off she closed the freezer and said very rudely I’ll get it not you also not to mention the total was 7.49 and she rounded it up to 8.00 she very rudely took the money and kept the 0.51 cents I will never come here again!
