Customer service is a bit intense: specially since covid. I think they should have put the glass wall between the machines and customers so the reps don’t freak out over samples. Also, I wish their prices were more Adjustable on delivery services instead of a flat rate and not being able to adjust the ounces of how much you get of each item; Also being able to mix and match.

First time we visited & we love it. Really good! They also have sugar free items.

We went after 10pm (they close at 11) and dined in since no one else was, it was a quiet service since it was a serve yourself situation. The kids enjoyed their frozen yogurt and toppings after we visited Julian Lane Riverfront Park.

First time here and the direction we came we thought it wasnt there with the empty space next door. Clean location start had their mask on. I wasnt a fan of the vanilla flavor, tasted fake.. kind of a vanilla milk water taste but the Oreo helped mask the flavor. My mom enjoyed the chocolate so not a bad visit. They had a lot of topping selection and that was nice. Whole twix bar - yes please! Were not normally in the area but might give another location a try to see if its any different.

Great choices for ice cream and non dairy yogurt. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. I would highly recommend this place.

A huge variety of tasty toppings to choose from, I was impressed. The selection of the yogurt itself was slightly disappointing although flavorful and right texture. A little pricey.

The fruit is always fresh, love all the yogurt flavors. We didnt care too much for the new menu item. Ice cream sandwiches were okay.

The product was good, the cleanliness of interior and exterior was poor.

Arrived at 9:48 tonight and half the toppings were put away. We asked for chocolate syrup and the gal with the pink highlights said, nope, it’s out away… my advice to management, if you don’t want customers, just close earlier.

Delicious yogurt. The caramel salt flavor is very good. I splurged and ate it with a reeses peanut butter cup.

A family of 4 went inside just ahead of my daughter and I. They were not wearing masks. Yogurtology did not have a sign requiring it. This means they breathed on the machines as they served themselves ice cream, then breathed all over the toppings as they leaned over the topping buffet to make their selections. Not to mention that the yogurt machine handles and the topping serving spoons were not cleaned between customers. In another post, I see they were offering gloves at the time. I did not see gloves in the store nor were gloves enforced. No hand sanitizer in site either. Yes, if we don’t like it we can go somewhere else, and we will. But a high percentage of people prefer masks to be worn so the loss is really to the businesses who don’t enforce it. Customers have other options. I’m leaving this review to alert those customers who prefer businesses who appreciate customers and enforce masks for safety.

Went on 5/20 to church street location in Tampa FL @ 730om. Girl at register, rude, acted as 8d she hated her job, unprofessional, not pleasant, snatched bags when I asked for bags. Didnt offer me my receipt. 1st visit 2 yogurtology anywhere. Will never go again & will spread word of horrible service

Ordered through Door dash and was not disappointed. We really appreciate how they prepared our yogurt and really took care of the fact that it was running behind. I am planning on visiting this location to express my gratitude. Yogurtology is on my and my familys list to go and enjoy.

This is my first visit and I am impressed. We pay for the yogurt and toppings by weight so there’s freedom to try whatever you like. This was my first experience with their flavors and I stuck to the fruit flavors. They were just right; not too tart or too sweet and packed with flavor. I’m surprised they didn’t have the standard yogurt flavor coming through. I liked that. I didn’t have any toppings so I could just try as many fruit flavors as would fit in my small cup. My only complaint? No A/C and it was in the 90’s. I was thankful for the huge fan they had going! I will be back.

Great place. Cozy, cute, romantic if you want. Decent flavors, since Ive been there twice I believe they rotate flavors. The girls there are OK, maybe not the friendliest bunch, but definitely not the worst. The prices are OK as well. The ambiance is nice but unfortunately those chairs need to be replaced. I understand that they wanted something cheap but decent looking, they are however terrible. Since all these things are minor, they get 4 stars in my book. Thats mainly because I believe 5 stars are remarkable and that is simply not the case here.

Updated early Jan 2021: there were gloves, hand sanitizer and felt much cleaner generally. Keep this up!Sign says, wear a glove pointing to an empty box of gloves. Hand sanitizer out and apparently had been for a while as acknowledged by the staff when I asked about it. I suggested Publix is open next door, hopefully they get a new supply. Self serve with an open area for toppings, without changing spoons for each customer during a quarantine is also a terrible idea. Gotta adapt to the situation here, guys. (Honourable mention to the several people inside without masks.)

Just went the other night and got 2 cups that were filled halfway. Paid $14. Seems like the price has gone up and the flavors we’re nothing special. They actually seemed a bit off then normal. Was not impressed for the price.

This place has good frozen yogurt. Sometimes Flavors at different locations are different. There is a good chance that the flavor you might be looking for is not present. Their rewards program is pretty good. You get you 13th order free.

One of the best frozen yogurt places I have been to in YEARS. They had many different flavors and toppings, and best of all, if someone just gave this to me I would think it is ice cream. It really is good.

This is my favorite in the chain despite also being the busiest. The line moves in the blink of an eye and the staff greets you instantly. The salted caramel is probably my favorite. Plenty of indoor seating and two outdoor tables.Local froyo chain is superbly clean and efficient. Sold by the ounce. Loyalty program available. They have a classy art deco design and bottoms and toppings for your treat you might not have expected.

A great ice cream shop for anyone looking for a unique and rewarding experience. With at least 10 amazing soft serve flavors at every location I have been to, you cant go wrong by trying them all until you find the perfect combination. Tonight I just wanted the Salted Caramel which tasted insanely delicious & my son mixed a few citrus flavors. The beauty was the baklava that I submerged below the creamy treat. I then added another sampling of chocolate chips, almond slices & a few more. Jr hit the gummy bears and 2 others. It was fun & and quite tasty, but best of all it was exactly what we picked and we loved eating every bite, together! The quality was never a question, the establishment clean, the staff alert & helpful & the choices abundant. In the end, the cost was not a factor bc we were not rediculous w our portions but the product was well worth the exchange. If you havent been, then get in line and treat yourself. Enjoy.

Good compromise for a health conscious wife and an ice cream freak. LOL. This place has great flavors. Better than most frozen yogurt places Ive been too. Wide variety of toppings to mix in so its more decadent. Staff very friendly. Stephanie was great! 4 stars instead of 5 simply because its on the expensive side.

Tried it for the first time last night and I think I am hooked. Frozen yogurt was very yummy, I also love that they have no sugar added frozen yogurt as well. I was pretty impressed with the topping choices although most of them are not healthy. They do offer almonds, coconut, carob chips and few other healthy toppings.They have a rewards card you can get and the staff was very friendly.I will definitely be returning often!

The choices and quality of the yogurt are very good. No one will complain about all the toppings unless you are on a diet. Since most people have eyes bigger than their gut, you may get a shock at how much your yogurt will cost. If you have a group of kids, you better bring the card.

They are consistently clean, and most of all friendly. The staff smiles, greets you, and is kind. The selection of toppings is diverse, and new flavors are frequently introduced. It is a real nice after dinner treat some evenings.

I recently visited this location with my kids and I was very impressed. Inside the shop it was very busy and the young staff still managed to be friendly and ensure every customer was happy. Great place, definetly recommend!

The flavors change monthly and the turtle flavor this month is the best Ive ever had. Just amazing! Their vanilla is also always a hit just add Nutella and youre in business. Love this place.

My favorite yogurt spot. Theyre always changing up flavors. That with the many toppings and bottomings, the variations are huge. Must have flavor when available is the Captain Crunch.

The sorbet was fresh and delicious! I wish the other toppings had covers to prevent dust and debris getting into the food but as far as taste, service and overall experience I LOVED IT. My first time there and it was great.

Would rate this place a zero if I could first the woman who was behind the counter came from behind the counter cleaned all of the machines that the yogurt is in with a rag and then proceeded to wipe up the floor with the same rag, and continued to clean the counter, then after it a little child came in and stuck his fingers in several toppings and the hot fudge machine all she did was squeeze a little of the hot fudge out throw it in the garbage did not change the toppings the little boy put his hands in. Then as if thats wasnt enough she proceeded to pull a paintbrush from underneath the counter and brush all of the nuts and coconut topping back into the containers after people had their hands all over the area they were in. Also she offered samples but the sample cups she held in her hands and kept putting her fingers inside of them. This establishment is rated a zero for me for sheer uncleanliness and unsanitary practices

I just went to Yogurtology on church st and I am impressed. I rarely take the time to write reveiws but I am also rarely impressed with such high quality food and customer service. This place ROCKS! I took my wife and daugher and we are now addicted! I made a healthy choice of tart yogurt with fresh fruit. (Im on a diet) My wife however loved their exclusive Oatmeal Cookie and the Cup Cake Batter... and enjoyed the variety of tasty toppings. The store was super clean... the staff was very friendly. I am taking the family back here for sure! Thank you Yogurtology!! Very impressive!
