Grassroots Kava house has a great ambiance and the host is very friendly and warm! I usually go there to read because this place isn’t loud and can focus. I tried the Orange Dreamsicle and it was the best. I would try it again.

Nice kava cafe. Casual mature vibe. Great place to come study/work. Kava is very good and coffee is as well. Prices are very reasonable! Definitely will come back!

Perfect little coffee shop around the corner from where we stay in Seminal Heights. Lattes were made perfectly and taste better than the chain shops. Must try when you are in the area.

This place is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Very good service and excellent coffee house coffee. They have all of the things I like, espresso, cappuccino, and pastries. The refreshing change from Starbucks for Dunkin Donuts coffee.Also, I enjoyed the Kava and Kratom. Its very well made and potent. Fast and free Wi-Fi adds to the mix to make this my favorite work from home site. Make sure you dont take one of the prime window seats from me!

Cozy new location for grassroots kava house. Per usual, family-like vibes everytime Im there. My favorite is the Nitro coffee with hazelnut, caramel, and new to me.. peppermint! With oat milk, perfected by the always fun Claire! Doggo friendly as well!

Only went for a coffee stayed for the folks. Awesome staffs and coffee.

Had the Kava Mule and it was excellent ! The owner, Ken is super nice too. I’ll definitely be back soon !

Im a long time customer of the Saint Petersburg location, and Seminole heights its spot-on for the flavor I love. The patio is pleasant enough, though the traffic on Florida ave makes conversation difficult at times. Also like the Saint Pete location, this one is surrounded by excellent restaurants if youre planning a longer session.

Good Vibes, Cuban Coffee was Excellent 🤩, and I was able to get a lot of work done. Wish parking was better but they cant do anything about that. Ill definitely be back!

Very cute place!! I’m was extremely impressed. Came over for the day from Orlando and was killing time while my husband played poker at hard rock lol. After grabbing lunch in ybor I was looking for a nice place to get some work done and get a tea. Decided to walk over here. Nice seating option and A++ for sustainability. They had my new obsession, oat milk and served it in a mason jar with a compostable straw. That’s my vibe right there. Excellent playlist too, the Smiths, There is a Light that Never Goes Off was playing

I have been looking for a local coffee place near me happy to support my community. The inside is very spacious so you dont feel like you are side-by-side with others. The barista I had was Heather and she was extremely friendly and very informative on my questions about Kava. She kept her mask on so if anyone was concerned about Covid, this is a good place to go. They have a large variety on their menus of coffee, teas, kava, and snacks. I havent gotten a chance to try out there Kava, yet but I will definitely be back for it. They are also dog friendly! Did I mention that they have kombucha on tap? Very chill atmosphere with great music. If you have a tried this place out yet I recommend going.BONUS: they have coffee punchcards. After your 6 cup of coffee you get a free coffee. Who doesnt love free coffee?!

This Kava House is my new favorite spot in town! It’s such a nice and cozy vibe and offers a great place to work on my laptop. I tried their Kava and it was a great experience - very relaxing! They carry Blind Tiger coffee and the baristas are really knowledgeable. I’m excited to have this spot in my neighborhood and I definitely recommend it!

Stopped by this new location today and absolutely LOVED it! The space is beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of room to social distance. The kava tenders were friendly and welcoming. There were lots of cool kava cocktails to choose from and delicious treats from a local bakery. We live St. Pete but will definitely make the drive again and come back.

This place rocks! Great place to study and to unwind at night... friendly staff, great coffee, tea, & kava... they also have rad vegan pastries. I could spend an entire day here and not even realize

Stopped by tonight, the Kombucha was fantastic, and there is a quiet, peaceful vibe to the place. Definitely would recommend.

Just an incredibly chill environment. If you’re unfamiliar with kava/kratom, they really take the time to explain and cater to your tastes. Even if that’s not your thing, they have great coffee and a huge selection of botanical teas.

Grassroots is a great addition to Seminole Heights! Awesome spot for remote working - they have free wifi and theres plenty of space to spread out from other people. The outdoor seating and the open garage door was nice today with the weather being so comfortable. I had a great Blind Tiger latte (with oatmilk) and my friend had fresh kava. Next time Ill try one of the kava cocktails. Its fun how this place is so dog-friendly! Highly recommend!

Best kava bar in Tampa. Very similar to their locations in St. Pete and Ybor City. Coffee, kava, kratom, and more is all top notch. Great place to go and work from to get out of your house! Not to mention they have everything to get you through your day:)
