Food was delicious. Selection was minimal. They were out of quite a few bagel selections. You would assume a company who prides themselves in something they would not be out of so many options. I went with a garlic bagel instead of an everything bagel which I would have preferred. I added Avocado and bacon, I had them sprinkle a little everything seasoning on top of the avacado though to make up for the missing flavor from the everything bagel I was craving.

The place isnt what it used to be. The bagels are still pretty good, but the sandwiches have gone down in quality and the price had gone up. The coffee is still pretty good. The staffs friendly and helpful attitudes is what will keep me going back.

The staff is always super friendly and they are always busy and still remain kind and helpful. I go here regularly and would recommend! It’s the perfect stop for my late breakfast during the week when I’m too busy to cook for myself!

The bagels here at Einstein’s are great. The staff is polite and seemed to be going as quickly as possible with the large volume of people in there. My only complaint is that the parking situation during a busy Sunday morning is an absolute nightmare. There are very limited spots with at least three cars in the very small lot at one time. You can’t even make a turn with a car in the other lane because you would hit a pole. Made the experience much more stressful.

Between trying to order the delicious food they have here, I was harassed by the manager that is now on leave. She harassed 2 other customers that day and we all became friends since the incident, because we had never experienced such a B before.There were 2 people in the entire store the first incident. I ordered my food, she was generally nasty and reactive the whole process. I stepped to the side out of the way including 6+ feet from where the next person could order. There was no one waiting at the time. In a nasty voice she said, sir, I need you to move to the other side designated of the railing, so I did. I need you to move further back, thanks. I held my contempt and kinda laughed it off.Up comes my new friend Graham. We introduced ourselves after he was berated for calmly waiting next to the coffee machine, which NO one was near nor waiting for. The big woman manager said, sir, Im going to have to ask you to step away from the coffee machine. Graham said, what for? Im not in anyones way, theres literally 3 people in here now. I spoke up. I said, this lady is whacky, dont listen to her. Her heads all screwed up. She replied, sir, Im going to have to ask you guys to stop talking. At that point, all bets were off. Me and a couple people started talking about how people are becoming nutty and irrational, like this manager. Completely disconnected from any sense of humanity.Today, Friday July 2nd I had a decent cashier and told her that shes more pleasant than the other woman and I need not say anymore. She replied, oh, she was pregnant. and gave me my change. If this is what excuses piss poor customer service at Einstein Bagel, may that woman go pay a visit to Planned Parenthood. Disgusting that this woman was allowed to vent on customers.Update: 8/18/21They must have a bot that replies with an email address for customer concerns. They do not respond when you actually write the email in their review reply.

Food was good over a month ago, this morning ordered two sandwiches and both got sick from it after eating, very disappointed

I went in on a Monday morning and bought a bakers dozen. Was charged about 12.50. I looked at my receipt where it clearly sated, with no reservations or qualifications that on Mondays a bakers dozen was $7. When I querried this I was told only for club members. I got a refund.The bagels? She told me to throw them in the rrash! I left them on the table, I am sure someone else took them. I wrote to corporate. As you would expect there was no reply!

Holy hell........1 hour wait for sliced bagels. Nothing heated, nothing to prepare, just slice and serve. Sad

Get the deal on smoked salmon Lox bagels for brunch or breakfast here! They don’t serve alcohol so it’s not a full brunch though.

Service was pretty slow. Took more than 20 min to get my order. Quality was ok but I felt the bagels were a little undersized. If you are in this area I try Nosh right down the street. They have a much more unique bagel.

Got two bagel breakfast sandwiches. Both bagels weren’t toasted, the cheese was cold, the eggs undercooked and had shells in them. Staff was unprofessional and we ended up throwing out our food before we even ate half. The worst Einstein Bros Bagel location I have been to.

I placed a mobile order & there wasnt an option to add extra cream cheese. I called the store and asked that it be added to my Lox bagel. When I ran through the drive through I paid $1.75 for the extra cream cheese that WAS NOT on my bagel. Next time Ill order it on the side. The time b4 this they forgot my salmon lol a huge part of the Lox bagel Id say!

So I came in about 6 months ago for the first time and I was disappointed and left a 3 star review. Today I decided to try again to see if anything was addressed and it most certainly was! So in all fairness I decided to leave another review well deserved for all the improvements. I couldn’t help to notice more cars in the parking lot then before. As soon as I walked in I notice everything was clean including the window frames and yes clean windows. The dining room was nice and organized and very clean. There was plenty of help on the front line and the drive through and since everyone was getting their food in a timidly fashion there was plenty of help in the back. Everyone was working well with each other I also notice. The cashier greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. My breakfast sandwich was delicious and my chai tea was wonderful! Hats off to all of you on staff when I came and those who worked hard to getting things right. Outstanding! Thanks!!!!

Delicious as always. I love an onion bagel, toasted, cream cheese and lox. One of my favorites. The counter service is good unless you catch them during a really busy period which is often since they are so popular. I dont mean that negatively - it just takes a bit longer. The clientele is always friendly. I look forward to my next time there and try to make it at least every few weeks. Yum!!!

Granted its a chain, but Ive been to these before and the bagels here were quite doughy and subpar. The cream cheese spreads tasted very processed and indistinguishable from another other than color and flavor.

Five star rating when I walked in at 6:40 this morning and placed my order with Steve he was the only one running the show. He kept his composure, kept his politeness and his professionalism. When his team showed up they worked diligently to complete the orders. I am still impressed by the teamwork that was demonstrated this morning by Steve and his crew. I will definitely be returning more often to this location to this Einstein for my breakfast option. Seeing how these wonderful people pulled together this morning it was worth being a little late to work. You guys did an awesome job!! So I decided to give this Einstein Bagels a second chance as I LOVE their bagels. This place has disappointed on service before. Much to my surprise they have gotten worse. Ignore upon entry. Takes forever to get food. Staff wandering around talking aimlessly while customers look at each other waiting for food. Dirty floors, broken tables, wobbly chairs. You guys need to get with it. I love Einstein food but this place is run horribly.

It was Einsteins. There isnt a lot I can say. Bagels are great. Service is fair. The got rid of the good coffee years ago, so you have to get your food to-go and get coffee elsewhere or bring it from home. One of the guests ordered coffee today and when he went to get it, the urn was empty. He was told they didnt make all of the coffees today. If you love soft bagles like I do, Einsteins are perfect and the have a lot of flavors to choose from, just get it to-go.

Still the best place to get bagels in Tampa simply because there are not any top level bagel bistros here. Their service here is terrible though. You have no idea where to order and the staff does not actively help or interact with you. Food took forever. Lots of people complaining to each other as we waited about 20 minutes. Absent ownership at this store probably? If so they need better managers.

The bagel was great. I had a whole wheat and honey. I was disappointed when the only decaffeinated option available in coffee was barely warm coffee in a carafe. They have no decaf espresso so no latte for me.

Always great service with a smile. My boss and I stop in through out our work week in the early morning simple because of the friendly staff and the food of course. Fresh bagels, good coffee, and a friendly staff. Theyre doing something right.

A couple of suggestions: make it so people understand where to order. There was a place right by the door where customers were speaking with workers and there was a place farther down where the register was. We didnt know where the line started and the register was blocked by a table so it was difficult to get into. Place an order here sign for convenience, we were cut in line. Also, please toast your bagels more so cheese melts and the bagel is actually toasted. Great cold brew coffee though,and decent service. Good parking as well.

This place used to pop! There used to be a manager there Lucito who was visible and stayed on top of long lines, and really catered to customers by name, and made sure bagels were available and fresh. During my recent visit, it looked understaffed.

This place is now a disaster. Used to go here all the time. Must be an ownership or management change. Service is poor. Time to get orders is ridiculous. The restaurant is always dirty. Anyone at corporate listening? You need to clean house.

I know it is only some change. But when you do not offer the reagular bagel a sandwich comes with and i HAVE to choose another and do prefer to choose another kind and you charge me for it. I do expect to receive the bagel i paid for. Unfortunately that was a mistake here and it does deter me from coming back. Because it was not busy, so i cant chuck it up to hectic making. And like i mentioned, it may only be some change, but it adds up every time i come if simple mistakes like this continue to happen.The sandwich Italian chicken was mediocre, nothing special, nothing great. Plain flavor. just plain, plain. Kinda disappointing.

Hello there, I’m Ahmad, and I want you to know that I work at this location almost 5 years, still employed, don’t believe those negative comments from old employees, they post the negative comments because they hate this place because they’ve been fired, but they’re not saying the true story behind why they get fired, also we are trying our best to keep the store clean and healthy, I promise that I put all of my effort in to this job for the customers, I work almost from open to close, a 12 hour shift just to make sure we try everything to make it look good, also if the store is filthy, it’s probably because we’re so busy and trying to make food, also we changed our systems from ordering to taking orders at two cashier registers is because a lot of customers would walk out with the food and not paying for it, that was for the old setup, now that we have a new setup I understand that is complicated and creates more issues but if your running a business and not making enough and working a lot and not getting paid for what you do is not fair

I would definitely come again, and I recommend it to everyone.the breakfast here was Excellent and staff so friendly.

I was in Einstein Brothers asking for assistance regarding a large Coffee and Bagle order for work. Next thing I know is Im waking up in the middle stall floor of the bathroom, side bandage up and missing a kidney. I will say Einstein Brothers has the cleanest public Bathrooms Ive ever seen!

Came in here today and ordered a bagel toasted with butter. I sat waiting for my very simple bagel for over thirty minutes. This is pretty ridiculous when there were three women working the counter. Upon waiting further it became very clear. The women behind the counter were in fact not working at all. One of the these women actually walked out to the fountain drinks to grab a drink for herself in the middle of the breakfast rush. After making a large order completely incorrect for about five people in front of us it took them another fifteen minutes to remake those orders. Completely ridiculous and I will not be returning to this location.

This review is for the Tampa #2083 location. I was the first customer in the door after they unlocked it 10 minutes late and I was the 6th person served. Because of this delay my food was cold and I did not accept it telling them that they need to process a refund. I contacted the store manager a few days later when I saw the refund had not been processed and they told me I would have to drive to that specific location(40min away) in order for them to fix their inadequate service. I have filed a claim with my credit card processor.

Besides forgetting the cream cheese, it was as good as it could be without cream cheese...

Where do I even begin.They didnt have enough food or coffee. They were out of a lot of things. They were a bit overwhelmed and could use more workers.Its definitely a great place, but they need to either plan better or expand

They just dont have an efficient setup. Two registers 15 feet apart - you never know which one to go to. Mix up today by staff had us waiting for service while others behind us were being helped. Bagels are good, but hard to justify making the trip.

Bagels are tasty! But make sure you get there no later than half an hour before they close, because they like to lock the door early and throw out the extra bagels. And they genuinely dont care that they should still be serving bagels.

Slowest.... Location.... EVER!! Took 20 minutes for one bagel sandwich with no substitutions. And no one seems happy. Wish they had a drive through but it would likely back up traffic on main roads sue to the slow service. Also, out of many things normally. Have asked for dairy free lattes and and they were out of soy AND almond milk. Disappointing....

Very disappointed. The bagels today were super uncooked and gummy. Huge waste of money. The two stars is only because the staff were friendly but by the time Im at the house chewing an undercooked bagel their smiles arent with much. Over $30 wasted.

Excellent variety of really good bagels, and the coffee is even better. Lucito, the manager, and his team try very hard to make each customer feel welcome. Yes, it does get busy, but you can tell the workers are trying to keep that line moving.

At least I didn’t get food poisoning.This location is a dump. It’s dirty every time I’ve been in the last few months. The floors, tables and counters are all dirty. The garbage cans over flow with trash and the tables are strewn about like a windstorm blew through. In my most recent visit, it took 18 minutes for my order only to find out they were out of some of the items. I cannot tell you how they tasted because my family left with no food and a full refund. It usually takes 15-20 minutes for the food, but I can no longer come back until this place cleans itself up and learns how to operate.

Line was extremely long. Was standing At order here spot, but they werent tAking orders there and never said anything. Very slow and unorganized unpleasant service. Went to pay here line to order. Was there for 30 min for a to go order. Customers were keeping it more organized then employees. Sandwich was decent though.

In an age when people start closing 10 minutes (or more) early, these guys actually answered the phone 22 minutes after closing. He told me he reopens at 5am 2morrow but I said I was just passing though after getting work done on my car, he asked, how close r U? I was like 2 minutes away. He told me 2 come and knock on the door! He is then all smiles and asks if I want it toasted even. Super sweet - and this was after being there since 6am he told me . And then he didnt even charge me!!On a day when I was not only craving an Everything bagel but some compassion and connection as well, this guy really put a smile on my face as well as a snack in my belly.Thank U, whomever U r, and I hope U know what an angel U r

Coffee is definitely NOT my favorite here but I sure love some bagels.

I really like the bagels and cream cheese here, but the service is always terrible. Either my order is wrong, it takes 30 minutes to get a simple bagel with cream cheese, or the staff is rude. The music is always playing extremely loud, and when mixed with the sounds of the good prep, and the soft spoken cashiers, its nearly impossible to hear them

I usually always stop by this location before work and get the same thing every time. Avocado toast on a classic bagel. It’s typically a mess in the dining room and the staff always seems busy even though it usually empty when I’m there. This time, Patrice or Latrice took my order and seemed very short with me and overall just unfriendly, almost as if it was a hassle for her to come from the back to take my order. Good breakfast stop, horrible customer service.

Their bagels are always great of course, but the service at this Einsteins was awesome. Their system was down but they were still quick and very apologetic. Will definitely be back
