Spent roughly an hour at this location today intending to purchase 3 yards of fabric but they were short on what I needed. A gal named Ms Ashley assisted me and I could not have been more grateful for her time and attention with me. She located the fabric online and assisted me in making the online order. Unfortunately during this process we found while attempting to place the order on my phone that two coupons were incorrectly being denied. She suggested I contact Customerservice for help, which I did. This simple phone call was anything but and took the bulk of my time in the store. The customer service rep appeared to not be very knowledgeable with the entire phone inquiry. Ms Ashley had multiple additional customers during the time I was on the phone, BUT she also remained with me, providing the item and coupon info I needed throughout this 39 minute call. Talk about multitasking, this gal has perfected this task! In these times I found her to be an absolute diamond in the rough! Thank you :)

A couple issues with today’s visit. On September 13, 2021 at 5:15 PM, I was the fourth person in line waiting to return some fabric and there was only one teller. There was multiple other employees walking around the store that I do not know why they could not become a teller and help the line move along faster… Especially with a store like this where everybody uses coupons it takes a long time for the line to move. So after waiting about 10 minutes, the teller tells me that I have to get the fabric measured at the fabric counter. I went to the fabric counter to learn that you cannot return fabric if it’s not the same exact length that you bought it at. They said it is used once it is cut… Except they cut it when they give it to you so it’s automatically comes used… I bought 6 yards and wanted to return 2 yards. It was not like I was trying to only returned one foot or something. It would be nice for Joann fabrics to put this comment at the bottom of the receipt and I could’ve saved 30 minutes of my life I’ll never get back…

I have been seeing for a long time and have always gone to Joann fabrics. For some reason this store cannot seem to get people checked out in a timely manner. Every visit is painful when it comes time to pay. Otherwise, great store.

I love Joanns. They always have a great selection of seasonal items as well as the craft items I am looking for.

Clerk was very helpful. She went to the back room to find the quantity of the items I needed. Also, she was wearing a mask. Such a good thing in these crazy times.

The way JoAnns should be is this store. A true sewing 1st misc crafts 2nd. Found EXACTLY what I needed, a good simple plain weave linen and a sweet light print. The staff are delightful!

Excellent place to shop but they had a 3 day sale and unfortunately I went on last day and everything I needed had been sold. However will go back plus I registered on-line as well.

I always love going here. It is a great store with so many options for anything DIY that you could think of! Only complaint, I would love to see more yarn choices and colors....

Got some beautiful fabrics for a quilt Im making. Had a wonderful employee who really took her time in assisting me reach and compare materials as I am in a wheelchair. She was busy but really went above and beyond to help me.

A wide variety of fabric items and other related items are available at the store. The store is well maintained and the staff members are helpful and courteous. Prices of fabrics are a little bit expensive but there are so many offers at the store. Parking is available at the property.

Atrocious restroom. Smelled like a room filled with old rodent bedding from a pet store. No soap in the dispenser on the wall. No soap in the bottle on the sink. Filthy in general.

A little something for everybody. This location has a large framing department, good selection of fabrics, but their button selection is limited to one aisle. Besides that, the customer service was on point, everyone followed social distancing.

Havent been to a Joann Fabric store in over 10 years. They have so much more than fabric. Just wish there had been more selections to choose from but I am happy with what I got.

Never enough cashiers (1). Same complaint years ago. I and others put our stuff down n left. Ive asked to bring up another cashier n told me dont train them on the registers??? Our toy store trains everyone so they can cover for illness, vacations and the occasional rush. Lost sales today

I find all my crafting needs here! And theres always a coupon available!! 🤗 And when Im in a rush they offer order online and pick up in store which is super easy and convenient!

I’ve shopped at JoAnn fabric for years and years in Washington state. We now live in Land O Lakes. My husband and I are refurbishing some bar stools for our new home which we bought at a thrift store near our home. So we needed fabric for recovering the seats. This is large bright and the staff was helpful if not particularly friendly. It could have been an off day. We will definitely go back or rather I will. He only came cause we’re working on this project together.

I love Joann fabrics. Not only do they have some of the best seasonal décor they have really good prices for the area. If youre into crafting this is the number one place to stop. They always have the seasonal items out before the seasons starts so you can plan your decorating early and get what you need. Plus the employees are super friendly and very helpful. All around a great shopping experience.

What great prices and variety! I love creating diys and this is one of my go to places. It is so clean but the only one thing is that some staff be a little more friendly... but everything else is wonderful!!!

This store is very under stocked, understaffed and unsafe.My boyfriend and I went for felt twice in a week. Both times she was rude and didn’t attempt to help us look for what we need. She simply expressed if the product was not in x-area then they don’t have it. So apparently it’s not possible to stock to be in the back nor miss placed.Luckily I left my service dog in the car, because when I went to the area with the glass ball jars there was glass micro, small and large shards.We also witnessed the register boy, Nathan. Give the shopping basket back to the customer to put back. Which we found very inappropriate and disrespectful. She doesn’t work there, you do Nathan.I found this place terrible unsafe, dirty and disrespectful.

This is a great fabrics and crafts store. If you see and do arts and crafts they have great stuff. Staff is helpful and store clean. They also have holiday decor

I love Joanns. Sometimes its a bit hard to get help, but when you do, staffs are always courteous and try to be helpful. This is the place for all your sewing needs.

I went to research a large frame for a picture of The Divine Mercy Chaplet. Lots of empty shelves. What was there had seemingly high prices. In the frame area a clerk working there wasnt able to discuss or price a frame for me- although she did offer to get someone else- I declined, not having the luxuryof that additional time - at the time. I had to clean the white bottoms of my shoes after going here - they had black residue all over them. CLEAN THE FLOORS - and the parking areas !

Exceptionally clean and organized. I only gave it 4 stars for the following reasons.1.) Isles are very narrow. Most stores have expanded their isles to coincide with Covid-19 6 ft rules but this store sadly has not. Given the large space i dont see why they have not yet2.) Employees, while very friendly and accommodating, are not familiar with store items and on 2 separate occasions have not been able to point us in the right direction. They will usually radio each other for help but again twice now they have been unable to help me locate something. I did end up finding the items on my own and again they are very friendly and keen to help its just something that needs improvement onAll in all great location

This place has it all! And if they dont they are very informative about when it will arrive. The staff were very helpful, especially in the fabric department. I had tons of questions and but have visited them at least a dozen times before deciding on the fabric I was going to get. Most definitely will be returning for all my crafting needs. 10 outta 10 would do again!

I ordered my first online order for pick up from this location. It was super easy. I was able to pick up my things and bypass the line. I did look around the store and it was clean and well presented.

I really liked this store. Its less traveled so the lines arent long. The staff was helpful in my requests. My only wish was that I lived closer to it. The selection may be smaller but I didnt miss anything.

Great place to shop for craft supplies, home decor, framing, and my personal favorite, daily planners! Checkout lines are usually long but they have ample staff and are very efficient in getting everyone taken care of. Joann offers great coupons as well, which are not only at this location, but thats just a side tip from me. Sign up for emails or get the app!

Awesome workers there that help me get some fabric for a costume when I was in a hurry.

The clerk was very rude when asked simple questions about the rewards program(which I am already signed up for) she insisted there wasnt no other way to get the points other than having the app( which Is a lie,you can look it up through email) all in all the best thing about this store id the lady at the cutting table with the pink hair who is beyond verse in her trade she was awesome.

They had exactly what I needed and a little more 😍 I feel like the store should feel newer but thats just me. Smaller than Michaels and smaller than the one that is/was by University mall down from USF.

Getting fabric cut can take patience. Staffing levels are kept to a minimum.

This was my first time going into this store, (I am a Michaels frequent customer) and I was very shocked how similar they are with each other.They even have the same sale signs and discount signs, down to the lettering! Its actually quite odd but the differences are easy to spot.For me I do find JOANNs to be much more easier to save money, they offer a lot more discounts, especially on their APP which I was instructed by an employee to download and take a look.They also do have the same kind of Holiday item sales where certain things will be 40% or 60% off so its very competitive which I like cause I dont feel like Im missing out on anything that Michaels may be doing.The selection to me is their biggest downside, I went there for Chocolate Molds and they had but the selection was nowhere near as big as Michaels. Now, I did check online and it seems like they offer more things online like most companies do but I was really in a hurry with needing these molds and grabbed what I thought would work the best.Although Michaels has a bigger selection their molds can be anywhere from 12.99 to 14.99 for one mold! Thats very pricey if you decide you want 3 or 4 if youre trying to do a certain event or make holiday treats.At the checkout the staff was very friendly and I even was offered a free gift! I choose the Basil growing sack which I hope will prove to be a good choice. My total purchase was about $80 but with discounts and a first time APP download I got an additional 5 bucks off so my end total was &64 which honestly isnt bad for all I got.I also do want to mention they had about 2 sales going on yarn which is super exciting to see because yarn is expensive depending on the brand.To sum this up I had a wonderful experience and I will be going again, might even check out what online has to offer. This craft store is worth checking out! Ill be back :)

Such a variety of fabrics and lots of sales too! I bought 2 yards, think it would cost $14+...it rang up for $7! Plus, the app has great coupons! Make sure you download it before you go. Ask the cashier if more than one of the coupons can be used. My purchase of 2 yards and a spool of thread would have been $25, but with the sale and using 2 coupons ($5 off purchase and 40% off a regular priced item) I spent a whopping $4.31!!

This place makes you want to throw your money and fill your cart. I doubt there is anything they do not have. My hobby is crochet and I wanted to scoop everything off the shelf and get it.

Great merchandise, but such a big store and when I went yesterday they only had 3 employees. Not their fault but whom ever does the schedule. Check out lines were 10 plus customer with two cashier and 5 or 6 customers in fabrics with only 1 employee. The poor employees are being set up for failure.

Joann fabrics, needs a makeover, they also need to provide classes for each section of their store. A weekley craft classes for adults and kids. Sewing classes from creating a patron to making a dress, skirt or pants. Creative cake classes. Knitting classes. Making a blanket class.. the store needs to be interactive.

Attempted to return merchandise, however it was showing as returned when it was in my hand. Assistant store manager Stephanie stated that they had a long line and insisted that I leave everything with her so that she can complete the transaction later on that day and call me when its done. Never received a call, went up there this week and spoke with another manager Kat. I advised her of the past event and she contacted Stephanie over the phone. They attempted to give me a gift card when I was due money back. Long story short I asked for corporates number and was given the wrong number. I returned back into the store and was told by Kat that I could have Googled the number for corporate.I will not be returning to not another Joanns however I will still file a complaint and get my refund that way...its the principle.

This location is convenient for the area. Customer service is amazing but they didn’t have the selection of fabric that we had been hoping for. Good stop if your not looking for something very specific.

Not enough help, I waited on line for someone to cut my fabric choices for about 12-15 minutes and with still 2 people in front of me I left and when I asked why one of the numerous people I saw walking around the floor couldnt help, I was told they had their OWN Jobs to do???

Aside from my aunts crazy driving and almost getting into accidents. I had a get few minutes in there it had cool air which is great in florida. Then a nice lady helped me with the fabric.

My most favorite Arts and Craft store. I can literally live in this store.
