Purchased balloons for a birthday party. Even though the manager was busy, being the only one working today, with calls and other customers he helped us pick out the perfect balloons for the occasion.

Overweight, middle aged, miserable, rude woman named Leslie removed an item from my little kid’s hand and put it back on the shelf. A tiny princess wand. This wasn’t a breakable item. Then she explained herself to say I wasn’t watching my kid, who happened to be right next to me picking items for her bday party. No wonder this place is closing. What would’ve been a $100 + purchase ended up in just tears.

Worst service ever!A big blonde female employee with a very bad attitude. Super rude and seems tired of her job. Such a person cannot work in a store dedicated to celebrations.The owner watch everything on mute and didnt even intervene.Is so obvious who wears the pants in that store.

Horrible customer service. The owner is rude and when asked what is the price on an item not price, seems he makes up the price on top of his head. Overly priced!!! I will no longer support this business. I rather take the drive to Fowler and go to PARTY CITY.

Middle aged woman super rude working counter! Lots is attitude. They raised their prices a lot! I use to get all of my party needs here, but will be going to a different place now. Definitely not coming back.

First time visit. Glad to have a store this large in this area! I was greeted by (I believe?) the owner and when he learned the theme of our event, personally, walked us to that area and made a point to let us know about current sales. I needed a very large balloon that I bought elsewhere, online, inflated with helium... which he was able to do and made sure it was properly weighted and secured. My customer service experience was exceptional. Based on today’s experience, I would definitely recommend this store!

Low inventory, hiked up prices and the middle aged woman working up front is short with you and I’m just disappointed overall. And I agree with another review I am pretty sure I was charged more than what was the poster price but unfortunately I was in a rush and didn’t have time to review that closely

Be careful while checking out from this store, The guy who runs this store is a fraud, he displays a price on the product shelf and sells it for a hiked-up price if you are not attentive while checkout, (almost 4times the product of price,”when i noticed that i confronted him on that and he arguably denies that saying it showed up in his system and never bothered to apologize for the difference . He even was more arguably denying to change that on the display. And was very rude in his behavior.

Love this store! Always helpful, creative and have what I need. They helped me with my daughters baby shower and were fantastic.

Excellent service and balloon delivery... the sesame street balloon bunch were exactly what I envisioned for my sons first birthday.... super friendly and great prices

Horrible service, if you go there make sure you know what you want otherwise the guy at the store won’t show you great attitude to give you options. Apparently he was exhausted and closed the store right after we left, not even 7pm on Monday. Stay away from that place.

Not sure if the guy with the glasses is the owner but most horrible customer service I’ve ever received. I came here because it was close by save me some time instead of driving all the way to party city but maybe I should’ve because he was so disrespectful. He huffed and puffed the whole time just asked him a question because obviously it’s my first time being there. But never again.

Wow! I felt so disrespected in this store. The creepy owner follows his customers around the store. He really made me uncomfortable and he didn’t care to whisper to his workers to follow customers. How does he run business like that?? Unreal!

The person working that day was so helpful...it was a delight seeing such great customer service. They have a great selection of party supplies..I will be back.. I was able to complete my catering table with a football theme...

I use this place for everything! Birthday parties, BBQ, holidays, etc.. The owner is super passionate and I love buying from here. He does the BEST balloon arrangements! So creative!!

I’ll be honest. I was scared of the bad reviews. But given that this place reminds me of Party City, I ordered balloons for my daughter’s party. It is now 3 days after the party, balloons are as alive as when I got them! Customer Service was good! If people expect OVERLY FRIENDLY customer service, you won’t get that here. This isn’t Disney World. I was able to find my own items for my order. When I had questions, they gave answers. And that’s what matters to me, personally. We definitely will be using them for all my party needs again!

I decided to give this store another chance since I needed some items for a birthday party. I say another chance, because I had been there before and wasn’t satisfied with their service. Well, same thing happened and now I’m not given them another chance. They never have the items I’m looking for, which are usually common kids theme birthday items. Customer service is not the best. When asked for help the people working there (which seemed like the owners) never offered to help even when they saw me looking aisle to aisle. When I asked for help, they pointed to where they items should be but never helped or offered to help me find them. The gentleman and the lady kept talking within themselves. At the end I just walked out of the store and went to Target (where I found the items).Great concept but disappointed with the service. I like to help local shops but in this area I guess I’ll have to continue going to big store chains or order online.

They should put a sign outside sayin “KIDS NOT ALLOWED”. Rudest guy at the register. He insulted me by pointing me to go out of store. I don’t know how they are still in business with the way they are treating their customer. Sales rep had issues with Kids.Be aware of this store.

I see mixed reviews on this place but Ive been there about 3 times and they have always been great to me. Ive only had interactions with the guy (seems like the owner) but he always comes over at some point to help. Yeah if you wander around it may take some time for them to come over and talk to you, its a HUGE store. I come here to find things that are different from department stores. They never disappoint and the prices are very reasonable. Sometimes they give you a discount! Never had a problem with this place, and I definitely dont have a problem with customer service. Not sure why the reviews are so different from one spectrum to another. But I recommend it if you want different stuff than target and Walmart.

Wow! An awesome party store located just behind Burger 21 on Bruce B Downs. The customer service was outstanding, and the owner even greeted us at the door. Very helpful staff, huge store with a great selection and prices. Will definitely be back!

Bought several balloons for a baby shower, he promised me the balloons would be good through the next day. He was right! I was so happy to have 1 less errand the morning of. Very helpful. More color choices than publix.

Ive been planning my sons birthday for a long time, so I bought everything online months in advance just to find this store right next to my house with the same exact products at the same, if not cheaper prices. Service is incredible and locally owned!!!!. Went down the street (I didnt know about sweet party then) to get an estimate to fill a bunch of helium balloons and lets just say all set and done I paid HALF of the price they gave me at Sweet party. I will be going there this weekend for more helium balloons and DEFINITELY going back there for any other party needs.

So they are really good with their arrangements here. Very classy work that is on point and on time :)Would recommend to anyone looking for parry needs.

This is my go to store for all celebrations. Maher is amazing, always so welcoming and willing to help, and his art, imagination and expertise when crafting ballon arrangements is mind blowing, the guy can do ANYTHING!! Bring your ideas, he will help you making it a reality. I am so happy to have such amazing store in the neighborhood, no need to go any further. Great local business.

Over priced

I had to get a big assortment of balloons,same day, and the staff here were great! The owner was super helpful and our balloon arrangements were incredible!

Customer Service was terrible by what I believe is the owner, not helpful at all made me go find my own balloons for the balloon order. also I ordered some mylar number balloons and they were flat by the next morning versus I had a balloon delivery by another company a week and a half Later and the balloons are still full. They are Closest party store in my area if you can take the drive and go somewhere else. The stores make a lot of money off these balloons so the order should be great along with the service

First of all their customer service is HORRIBLE! We bought something for my nieces birthday and we ended up not using because it was raining in the day. We went to return it and the owner asked us if we used it. We said: “no, we didn’t. The package is still closed”. He went to the back of the store and got the same merchandise and starter to compare to the one I brought to see if we really didn’t open. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. We are never going back there again.

Horrible customer service. I called today to inquire about tables and chairs and asked the man who answered the phone to identify himself so I could properly address him over the phone. He declined and thought I was some sort of solicitor. I told him I was looking to rent tables and chairs and at that point decided this is not a company that I would feel comfortable doing business with. If you cannot answer a phone properly, you should probably be working at McDonalds or Burger King as a fry cook.

If I could give a negative star I would. Super rude owners and customer service sucks, the blond lady (I think she is the owners wife) was at the front desk when I walked in and she never looked at my face or said hello or asked if I needed anything. I went to her and told what I was looking for and she looked at me and said it’s all the way on the back to your right so I went to look and couldn’t find and went back and asked her if she could show me, only for her to give me a face and walk down the isle with a poop face and attitude 💩 she barely got there and said there you go and before I could ask for something else she started to walk back. When I went to pay another lady walked in with a graduation balloon she just got 1 hour ago and was already half flat, the lady went to her and said she needed a new one and she gave her the poop face too and said well this was not supposed to happen, what did you do with it and the lady said nothing I went straight home and few minutes after I got home it was already half flat and the store lady said, ARE YOU SURE YOU DIDNT LEAVE THE BALLOONS INSIDE THE CAR? 😒 the customer again reassured her that she didn’t and that she needed either a refund or another balloon so she told another girl to refill the balloon and the other girl found a hole on it but instead of giving her a new one she put a TAPE 😱, ARE YOU SERIOUS? They look very greety and are horrible with clients, I asked her if I didn’t use one of the items I could return and she gave me another poop look and said WELL IF You DONT NEED DONT OPEN OR WE WONT ACCEPT (not in a nice voice). I ended up not using and went to return only for the owner(man) to give me a hard time so I ended up exchanging for something else for my other daughter bday party, I just got something so I wouldn’t have to deal with him doing a return since he made it clear he wasn’t happy. This place sucks, stay away.

Super expensive. Only party store in the area other than Target and Walmart. Has a variety of things to choose from but SUPER expensive.

This place will charge you to blow up the balloons and you will pay twice as much. We bought balloons for about 10$, we had to pay 20$ in order to have 3 balloons with helium. Go anywhere else, they do it for free.
