I’ve refered at least a dozen satisfied friends who have been customers for either collision or custom work.Many of them have refered others as well. When a company is receiving 2nd tier referrals I would say they are likely doing things well.This is a before and after photo of my truck before taking it to Reality Customs and one I took after picking it up.The BMW is a friend’s vehicle who I refered to Reality Customs for a minor collision repair.

Mark handled all my needs and went above and beyond on service. Highly recommended. Paint and body work were like factory and couldnt tell there was ever even damage.

I let this shop do some body work and do a spray in bed liner. Today I discoverd that the bed liner is peaking off in sheets. As for the body work I had done it was done very poorly. I asked the owner to do some other work and he never got around to it. I would say my reality has been nothing but a nightmare and the shop owner is very dishonest. Do yourself a favor and beware. As for custom work.... well I didn’t see any of it!
