Randy and his team are just absolutely fantastic. The first time I had to leave a vehicle here they got it done within days and did a phenomenal job.The second time Randy actually said that he recommends someone else to perform the work on the deck we had. This says a lot about them because they declined to work on our vehicle even though it was going to be a loss of revenue for them and recommended us to someone who ended up doing an amazing job.My third experience with Randy and his team was just as great from a customer service perspective regardless of the fact that my vehicle ended up being a total loss. Randy walked me through the vehicle and pointing out the various reasons why the insurance company was considering it a loss. He also attended to my many phone calls and was always polite and friendly and very customer service oriented. I will always go to Bedrock for anything else I may have related to my vehicle.

Great experience from start to finish. I had a fender bender in my new car. They open early for convenient drop off. The manager met me on my arrival and explained the whole process in detail. My rental was waiting because Enterprise is on site. Both the front desk staff and the Enterprise agent were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Only took about 10 minutes to drop off and get my rental. I received text updates on my car repair status. They called me as soon as it was done. The repair was seamless, they washed my car and my rental drop off was quick. Pick up took about 5 minutes. Delivered on the date promised. Definitely recommend and will return with any other collision repair needs. Never felt like I didnt know what was happening.

I recommend this place, good service and everything that they repaired in my car I am satisfied but although I am missing a part in my car that they did not put and it stayed in my trunk although it is not something important, the treatment is very good

This place needs a complete staff overhaul. The shop guys seem good enough, but wow, the office staff cant be more rude and disrespectful (oh, and dishonest). The negative reviews on here are very accurate to my experience. They texted me that my truck was complete, and I picked it up the next morning (well within 24 hours). Dropped off the rental at Enterprise, and the next day I was charge for multiple extra days. When I contacted Enterprise to tell them that should be billed against the at-fault insurance, they told me they did not receive an extension. Bottom line, after dealing with this for days, was that Bedrock had 2 4Runners in the shop at the same time, and they sent the wrong completion dates to the shared system. Using Bedrock for covered work actually ended up costing me money!! When I tried to get Bedrock to take care of the rental issue, I was ignored, hung up on, and laughed at. The GM was the worst. He would take my call and immediately hang up. I met the owner early in the process, and he seemed like a decent guy, but he is entrusting the wrong people with his business.

HORRIBLE work! And even worse customer service! I don’t know what kind of putty these con-artists applied to my bumper, but it did not stand the test of time. Within several weeks the same damage magically reappeared and I get accused of trying to get some sort of free service I assume after being told I was rear ended again. I suppose I should go buy a lottery ticket...I’m one lucky person to be hit twice and surprisingly have the same exact damage. Same shape. Same spot. Same color.

Nothing but 5 star service. Fast and yet courteous. I was greeted by a representative who had all of my paper work ready. Enterprise rental was at the site to provide me with a quality rental vehicle. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The repairs to my Subaru were excellent, and completed in a very short time. I could not tell that I had been hit.I would recommend without reservation.

This place always keeps their customers in mind. They are friendly, helpful, cost effective, and most importantly they do great work.

If you want an honest place to work on your vehicle look no further. I would not trust any other place with my vehicle. I’m happy I pick this location to do my repairs. I’m sorry but I hear a lot of complaints on here saying they took to long, but I rather them take long and have my car done correctly for the safety of me and my kids. ~ok job, but Didnt do a thorough job.~Didnt give honest completion dates (multiple times)~Promises follow up calls and texts than did not do so~they missed a part on the repair and only needed to submit the supplement to insurance, yet no one did, no one followed through,, so ultimately i just went to another shop to get it done.~they will flat out lie, be it about when youre vehicle is ready, or what stage of completion it is in, assuring they will look into something, once they hang up they dont make sure what you talked about gets done.~i recognized the voice and the girl claimed shes gone for the day yet i knew it was her. LiesThis list goes on. This shop isnt good enough to recommend

Very good body shop. They are a GEICO Express shop. You drop your car and a rental is waiting for you. Very convenient. Staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. Paint match was excellent but need to leave the car two additional days after being told it was ready due to miss aligned bumper and door molding. All good the second time around.Overall 4/5.

Poor communication. Had my service done with them through Geico. They claimed to have detailed the car from inside when they actually Didnt.Definitely not going there again.

I came here for a repair estimate because they have a Geico adjuster on site. They got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Being in the service industry for over 30 years our company has a fleet of vehicles that have had everything from minor fender benders to factory paint defects to nearly totaled and in 20 years Bedrock Collision has handled every single vehicle that we’ve presented and returned it on time, every time and if I could think of a single problem we encountered I’d post it. They always deliver a top quality job and communication has always been great. Office staff very friendly, geico AND enterprise car rental onsite! I don’t like accidents but if you have one you’ll need these folks!

Great shop! We have used them multiple times and every job has been excellent. The bodywork and paint matching is beautiful. Tom even helped me once with a DIY project on my son’s car. The shop is clean and people friendly. We are glad they are there to help fix all our mishaps! Just got our college student’s car fixed while on winter break and they got it all completed under a tight deadline, on top of that, the car looks better than ever. Thanks Bedrock!

These people went absolutely above and beyond on repairing my recently bumper-less Honda Fit. It took a little bit of time (as one should expect), but they did such a thorough and over-the-top job that I almost *didnt* cry when I had to return my pretty rental car.Overall: 5/5 - Would not mind getting rear-ended in traffic again as long as these guys are taking care of my stuff.

My car was in an accident beginning of July and had it towed to Bedrock, At first they seemed very attentive and caring. Told me my car would be ready in 2 weeks, No biggie 2 weeks pass by no phone call or follow up, so I called in and talked to the receptionist she apologized and told me it would be done in 3 days. So again I waited not thinking much of it and 3 days past. No phone call or message so I give it another day and nothing. This process repeated for another 2 weeks straight. Finally they call me letting me know my car is done and ready for pickup. So I head to pick up my car and the work is not great but it also isnt horrible so I just let it go. I go home to find out that there is over spray on my whole car and some spots have horrible paint flaws and I am missing a mudflap that they said we will see if we can find it if not ill call you back its been a whole month now and I honestly dont want the headache of dealing with them anymore so honestly if you can AVOID this place and go somewhere else I will never recommend anyone or any dealer to take work to this so called shop.

They did a good job almost 9.5/10.... but it took months(not exaggerating). When i finally got the car back, one wheel wasnt bolted up completely. Some interior trim wasnt clipped back on, and it had grease marks. If you have another back up car then go for it, youll need it.

They turned my bad experience of an accident in a rental into a wonderful experience! Excellent, fast, top notch work. I will have all my fender benders taken care of here.

Very good customer service. Two weeks gone by and still very happy with my repair; has seemed about good as new. Their Geico one-stop experience (with enterprise, etc) is pretty great if you have Geico.

Geico sent me to this body shop as Im new to the area and didnt know of anywhere else to go after I had an accident. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They were quick with repairs, answered any and all questions, the car looks like new and is cleaner than when I bought it. Staff was very polite and helpful as well. Bravo, Bedrock!

They have fixed both of our vehicles. First they fixed a spot on my Jeep Wrangler in 2012 and now they have fixed my husbands Nissan Xterra roof rack. They are the greatest!!

I will never take my car here again or recommend any of my friends to do so. I had to take my car back TWICE because they failed to fix very apparent cosmetic damage from an accident. After they finally fixed the cosmetic damage, there was a rattle every time I opened my door on the side that they fixed and my window stopped working. I took it back to them and they solved the issue. Apparently someone placed the appropriate pice inside my door without actually installing it. The icing on the cake was when I had to have a headlight replaced. I obviously took it somewhere else but because of the setup of my car, the front ire had to be removed this to do so. Upon arrival, I was informed that whomever fixed my car the last night had cut wires and left random pieces under the hood.

5 Star service! Highly recommend.

My car was hit in the parking lot at work, amazingly the man that hit the passenger rear side and scratched and dented it all up, left a post-it note on my windshield letting me know he hit my car and gave me his name and number. I called the man and got his voice mail so I left my number. He reported the accident to his auto Ins, Geico. I had a Geico person call me and set up the appt. to get my car fixed. When I drove up to Bedrock Collision on Sat morning I was approached by 3 people, the Bedrock person, someone from Geico and someone from Enterprise Rental. In less than 10 min. I was driving off with a 2013 Camry rental. I was so impressed at how organized they were. I wasnt even home 30 min and Bedrock was calling me to let me know they had my bumper off and there was no damage underneath. I picked up my car today was in and out again in less than 10 min. This whole experience was so amazing. I love the way Bedrock, Geico and Enterprise all work together. I was very impressed and highly recommend Bedrock. They matched my paint exactly. Thank you for making the damage to my 9 month old 2012 Camry so easy.

Terrible costumer service among the staff. They Show No Interest in helping you they are a money hungry company who sits around does nothing for the car. They had my car 40 days and it’s still problems with it

Was called to pick up my car on two separate occasions and the car was not ready either time. I found obvious damage that had not been repaired. Poor communication between staff as well as between staff and customers. They had my car weeks longer than anticipated. Will not be back.
