I wanted to say thank you so much to the team at Autopros for doing such an excellent job on repairing my car. I was involved in a hit and run (my car was unoccupied) and the entire front of my car was destroyed. My insurance company recommended Autopros for repairs and I am so glad they did. When I picked up my car, it exceeded my expectations. The car inside and outside were washed and detailed and they made it look like my car was never in the accident. Seriously.. it looked brand new.I wanted to also thank Tim Ingram for providing me updates with parts, estimated completion times, etc. He made the entire process for me stress free as I knew my car was in great hands. Thank you so much Tim!If I could give Autopros more than 5 stars... I most definitely would!

Took car into shop a week prior to Labor Day Weekend. Anticipated at least 3 weeks, but received my vehicle in less than 2 weeks. Above and beyond on the repairs.

Completely horrible. I happened to leave about $300 cash in my center console and came back in less than 24 hours and it was gone. Along with my other belongings I left in the truck being moved around suggesting someone had most definitely rummaged through my vehicle. Then when I confronted management about it politely they acted as if I was wrong for leaving money in my car, and when I presented them with facts, even from their pictures they took of the vehicle before they worked on it, you can clearly tell things were moved. Completely and utterly unprofessional. Being that my insurance sent me here is the worst part about the whole situation. Disappointing, avoid this place at all cost. Actually considering a class action lawsuit for OUR belongings since I see other bad reviews about bad service and other reviews about thefts!!!

My mom had her car fixed here and they stole my 2 michael kors watches from the car would give 0 stars if possible. After months of calling and them telling me they dont speak english I had a friend call that speaks spanish and they told me they gave the watches away and offered me money for the price of one watch meanwhile there were 2 and who are they to take something out of a customers vehicle and give them away

Lifetime guarantee means nothing. Was sent there by State Farm 6 years ago. Will be contacting State Farm, maybe small claims court depending on State Farm.Just a note, I was extremely happy at first, but after recent events, including being told to get the f... out of here while just asking about what options he had in mind to fix my paint that was damaged by double sided tape his people used on my car that was unnecessary. I mean my trunk needed to be painted and I was going to see about paying for that while getting the broken part fixed at the same time.This place can not keep its promise over time. Avoid.
