I came here May 26 to get my tire & rim replaced and I was told it would be ordered and I could get it replaced the 27th, I did not expect it to be ready by the next day, but I was hoping it would be ready within the next few days. I finally received my tire and rim June 3rd. Waiting over a week for a rim and tire is not the issue, the issue is the lack of communication. I NEVER received a phone call from anybody who works there regarding my tire/rim and updates. On Tuesday I called & was told I would get a call back in a few minutes, I never received a phone call and when I called back I was told “sorry I couldn’t find your number on my watch” SO WHY WOULDNT YOU USE YOUR ACTUALLY CELLULAR DEVICE ? Annoying & ridiculous! I had to call each time to see what was going on & when my rim came in I still did not get a call. I called to get an update and they told me it was here. & I’m like ???????? So nobody was going to tell me ? Very annoying. Besides that, the price point was very affordable. If you want to deal with lack of communication for a low price definitely go there!

EZ is the only place I will take our vehicles for repair. Fast service and fair prices. Kenny and David never let us down! Our vehicles run GREAT thanks to the service we receive here. If you want your vehicles repaired correctly this is the place to go! They are men of their word. Dont waste your time or risk the safety of your vehicle with other mechanics. These guys do it all and they do it right.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had my brakes completely replaced and flushed. They installed the pads incorrectly causing friction and heat on the calibers. I brought my truck back in, they said it was fine after taking it apart. still have issue. I finally get my truck fixed at a proper mechanic, call to explain THEY INSTALLED THE BRAKE PADS INCORRECTLY CAUSING $600 IN ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. Kenny was very unprofessional and refused to take ownership of the shops faults and refused any sort of compensation. I even had the mechanic of Midas speak with Kenny and Kenny agreed that it was wrong on their end, but would not fix it. a $400 job turned into $1500 for me, all thanks to the poor service at this location.

We were hesitant about using EZ Auto based in the reviews but Kenny assured us they would do a great job. They did a phenomenal job on our van! We are shocked to see the results. Cheapest tire change ever i thought i was going to break the bank. they had some special going on. They were quick and offered to give me a ride to work if needed. they also noticed the timing belt was wearing and offered me a great price to do it, which i told them i will come back and do another time. May not look the best or be the fastest but they work with you, Give you fair prices an do a quality job. Hard to find mechanics you can trust but these guys I do,never ever have had a problem. Like the first guy said they are slow, but if your in a rush let them know. Cant be mad if you sit there an say nothing an expect speedy service. If not go down the street where the guy will bang everything get it down in 15 minutes an your back there in 2 weeks getting something else in that same area fixed. Quality work doesnt come fast people.

Fixed my car but left so much bolts loose then when i asked about the noise they said thats how i brought it in that way when I definitelydid not. My engine mounts was loose. I cant make this up I almost died while driving because part of my axle was loose and middriving the bolt fell out and my entire car turned on its own. No bs

Nothing but a bunch of thieves. Took a deposit from me to order a new transmission because mine was supposedly broken and needed replacing, was told by someone else that the transmission is fine ... I asked them to return the money I paid before they installed the transmission, they kept saying they will and never did. Its been a year and still fighting to get reimbursed for my deposit ... If you like be screwed you can use them otherwise go somewhere decent....

Bought a vehicle for a reasonable price and soon after had many issues. They were quick to help when we came back to have it fixed but continued to have issues after. The staff are friendly and willing to help but we ended up with a vehicle that wouldnt run in the end.

Auto repair shop did not repair my mercedes as requested, used used or after market parts. Car Failed DMV inspection. They claim they repaired the A/C compressor, valves and fan. I paid a total of $3800 for all services. They also repair the front end and paint the bumper which i was already partial done in which they where paid $700.00. I found out the parts they used are not authorized Mercedes parts nor are they an authorize repair shop. I found out by taking my car to Tampa Mercedes 4400 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33614 and MidTown Auto Repair after i failed my vehicle inspection at the DMV. Both confirmed the work was not properly done and the parts were after market. The fan roars at a high rate non-stop, the a/c does not blow at a constant level and has to be set at low to even work properly, and there are no part numbers for parts they replace listed on the invoice to verify where they got them from. i went back to his shop to confirm what I had learned and that he lied about the repairs and parts then ask him to repair and replace the parts with Standard Mercedes parts or give me a refund, Kenny started getting defensive and refuse to do anything then ask me to leave.

I have nothing but good experiences in my visits, yes more than one visit. I received nothing but honesty and ethnicity that we as consumers should expect and receive from those we trust with our processions.Thanks so much EZ, keep up the good work!!!

I have been in Tampa my whole life & can honestly say that this place of business in regards to mechanical work is a top pick for me, my family & friends.EZ Auto Repair manages all my fleet vehicles & having my commercial account with them has been a wonderful experience.I was referred to them by multiple business owners in the city. They are very professional & stand by their word. I always get credited back when theres parts that have been found cheaper online (of same brand) & they hold to it for 30 days. No one does that in this city & am willing to bet throughout the country.If I had to leave a review for every time they did good service or repairs to my fleet vehicles there would be hundreds of reviews.

I called for a price quote over the phone and when I got there the price I was given was different. I was very upset and asked to speak with a manager. The manager apologized and gave me the price I was promised. Overall service was ok but I wont refer my friend there.

My boyfriends truck has been messing up ever since he took it to these people.We never had this many problems with the truck until we till we took it here.We needed a transmission and then they said we had a coolant leak and then the transmission messed up a week later and we took it back and all of a sudden they said the radiator need to be replaced and it wasnt there fault the transmission they worked on did not work a week after they fixed it and they charged us $70 for transmission fluid .Then they said if we didnt let them replace the radiator they wont give us a warranty .The truck have not been driving good ever since we took it to them .We wasted a lot of money with these people .I feel sorry for whoever has already been ripped off by these people .They are very unprofessional and do very mediocre work.They are all about money not quality .We hope they get shut down and we are never going again .

These guys went out of the way to correct my problem and make it right. The first time. Even if something takes longer or is not going to plan, they will make it right. Really friendly and down to earth.

They quoted my a significantly lower price when I called, then after working on my vehicle, charged me far more. Almost double. Then when I inquired, they told me theyd quoted me the higher price. I disagreed, they essentially said prove it. This is not a trustworthy mechanic. I should have known based on their bad rating.

Worst place i have ever been to. They mistreated my truck and broke my mirror and didt say anything.They took more money off my card then the price the told me it wold be.My truck kept having problems that it never had before i took it to them and they would always say it wasnt there fault.They are cone artist do not go there i will never go there again .They said it would only take a couple of days but it took a couple of weeks and when i got there they said it would be ready in a few minutes but it took an hour .They brake things while they half ass fix things so you have to come back .They only care about money and they are not that good at what they do .I liked them at first until they started ripping me off over charging me and not telling me exactly why my truck kept messing up soon after i took it to them.My truck ran worse after i took it to then i had to get some one els to fix my car .Dont Waist your Time and Money.

Where do I begin, purchased a Groupon brung my car in for tint removal asked specifically will there be damage to rear defroster or any other issues. Kenny said no asked how long as I was going to be waiting, shouldnt be more than 3 hrs. I arrived around 8a didnt leave until 4 but thats just the beginning. As Im waiting I watch more than 6 or 7 people bring their cars back because the messed repairs or tint jobs and Kenny tries to reassure me that those people are lying (Im a bit skeptical at this point but my cars already been back for like 5 hours. So what can I do) finally my cars done, my leather seats scuffed where it wasnt before, Windows are extremely dirty, no effort made to even clean them, and the back glass still has tint, the third brake light is cracked/broken and the bulb now doesnt work as it should and finally the rear defroster is now broken which if that was the case I could have done this myself. Kenny promises to make this right and he says they take full responsibility so they will order the part which was lies on top of lies 4 months of calls and him saying he was down on his luck and then Mohammed taking over the issue who gave his name as Carl which was a lie and then he in turn not taking care of it mind you this is 4 months later and its winter now and I cant get my tint done until this issue is fixed. Finally I stop in for like the 4th time (Im not local either) and Kenny apologizes again and states hell order one from Clearwater Hyundai and have it here today he calls later says its in I come in the next day (today) and he brings the part out no box no bag part is scuffed up doesnt look the same isnt the same part number part is for an older Hyundai and (found this out after he fully destroyed what was left of my existing brake light) and argued with me that this is what Hyundai gave him, mind you I work on my car all the time in my spare time so I order from Hyundai they dont sell parts that have uv damage and scuffs and bulbs blackened from use. After calling him on that he went inside and Mohammed says hes just going to refund my Groupon which doesnt cover the cost of my brake light, I then see the situation escalating so I call Tampa pd and this angers him he then says we didnt break anything this was a courtesy and yells at me at the top of his lungs(poor old man) after saying Im talking loud (I wasnt) customers looking at him like he was crazy police saying just take him to court its not worth it but thats crazy at least we know where not to bring our cars. I didnt even take the refund if they needed it that bad I let them have it if the additional 25 dollars required would have hurt their budget that bad then they really are on their last legs I will be consulting our lawyer about this though because companies should not be able to get away with this he also seemed mad because it was a Groupon purchase, if you dont want Groupon purchases Dont advertise on Groupon bro.. Believe the negative feedback on this one save yourself a headache people I now have no third brake light and as I was waiting for the police I ordered a new one from the Hyundai dealer, another fun fact Mohammed totally proved me right as he was yelling the truth came out Kenny ordered the part from a junk yard as I was telling him not a dealer I honestly wouldnt have cared if it would have fit and been the right one but when it didnt fit and he was talking about we can get it to fit I just need to cut into the base board and adjust the bracket I was like no bro you good just order the right part and thats when things went south they cut too many corners no pun intended 😂 witness standing right there when you demolished it which makes it even worse!hey Mohammed/kenny lookout for the suponea #comingsoon

I never give anyone a 1 star. But this had to be it. Muhammad the owner of this shop is completely a fraud and preys on poor people. People please look up the reviews before you trust this man and his shop. My car was having knocking issues. They quoted $150 and by the time they were done racked up a bill of $1200 and the car is still doing the same thing. $181 for speed sensor that I looked up on Reillys for $30. $250 to program that sensor that you can do yourself watching a 2 minute video. Now its still knocking and making noises that it did before I took it in. I am afraid to drive it. When I went to pick up my car, they wont give the car back to me because I cant come up with that kinda money on short notice and I needed the car to get to work. They then started charging STORAGE FEES of $45/day. When I went to pick up the car, it was broken in and handle broken and they blamed it on me for leaving it there. Muhammad is a cheat. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP.

My 99 Ford Mustang needed front and back brakes. Been out of work for awhile and front brakes were metal-to-metal already and very dangerous to drive, but we had no choice but to drive the car for doctor appointments and grocery stores, etc. Went to one of the chain brake stores and they quoted me $350 for the front pads, rotors and calipers, and $250 for the back brakes! Called Mohammed at EZ Auto Repair and he quoted front rotors and pads for $200, including taxes. Researched EZ Auto and saw that they had a good BBB record, so gave them a shot to earn my trust. After they fixed the front brakes they came back and said that I needed to do the back brakes as they were very thin. Mohammed said that he could do the back pads for $60, but I told him I only had $200, and couldnt do the back brakes until I came up with the $60 later. Now, this never happens at dishonest shops. I asked him if he would be willing to take the $60 over time. He agreed, and fixed the back brakes on deferred payment. Ill be forever grateful to this man for allowing us to get to needed doctor appointments and such and trusting us that we would pay him. Well be back to EZ Auto Repair for all of our repair needs from now on and recommend that you give them a shot to earn your trust. I know how difficult it is to not be skeptical of many of the scam shops and unscrupulous mechanics out there, but based on my experiences with EZ Auto, I highly recommend you give them a shot to earn your trust.

This place does very poor mechanic work I had a transmission put in while we where on vacation (we where broke down so we had to) and when we got home I had to take it to my mechanic and he had to tighten up bolts and fix a noise that was going on all the way back to Ky . We didnt know if we where going to make it or not. Then he promised to send me the money back to that I had to pay my mechanic to fix what he missed up And charged me $1718 to do this . I would not recommend this place at all in my opinion .

These people are con-artists and thieves!!! Do not bring your vehicle here. They charged me for cv axles, oil change, and throttle pedal... they didnt replace anything on the car! They didnt even change oil or filter... I took to Toyota Dealer immediately and found out there was nothing wrong with my car and that this place had not done any repairs to car. I am suing them for the $2800 they charged me. If you ever wondered if there are still evil thieves out there, you can find them at EZ!

I will never bring my car to them ever again nor recommend them to anyone. About a year ago I got in an accident and brought my car to Kenny to fix it, & they pretty much half assed my car. The paint started chipping and cracking. He said he put a new crash bar on and when I brought it to another shop a year later they told me a new one was never put on, my bumper wasnt prep correctly which is why the paint was cracking and chipping, and the frame was still bent. Mind you my insurance paid for all of this to be fixed. So I was just ripped off & he kept putting the blame on someone else that he claims he fired. this place is just all about the money!!!!!! WORST SHOP EVER!
