I had the worst experience with the repair shop!!! I was in a bad wreck in june and didn’t get my vehicle back until august. My vehicle I loved and took pride in. Now I hate and wish I never had. It doesn’t drive the same it makes sounds that it never did before. Pair job wasn’t completed. I had 2,000 extra miles out on my vehicle when I got it back and no gas in my vehicle. I regret going to this shop now I’m in the process of finding a new repair shop to Correct what they what they was suppose to fix. I would never trust them with myVehicle never again.

This place has great customer service and took care of me right away! They told me how to get the part I needed the most inexpensive way possible, which I greatly appreciated as they could have ordered it for me and uncharged if they really wanted. They are honest and quick, and their waiting room and bathroom are both clean and quiet. Def recommend!

This is the best shop I have ever worked with. They are both very kinds people, they helped repaint my bumper. Johnson gave me his honest advice about what needs to be fixed and what would be a waist of money to fix. The price was great compared to other body shops without taking away from the quality of the work. I would highly recommend them and do business with them in the future.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Unfortunately I was in an accident in which was not my fault. I have a brand new VW so I assumed the dealership would be the best place to have my car repaired. I couldnt have been more wrong! The people that work at this place, specifically Rich, Melissa and Jeff are unprofessional, rude and completely incompetent. Accounting and records are sloppy and communication is non-existent. No one is on the same page. I am very unhappy with my experience to say the least and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. By the way, my car is still being repaired as it has been there since Aug 20. It was returned to me on September 13, and told it was done. I went to pick it up and could tell right away it was not done. I returned it immediately and come to find out, it was never actually done and needed another $2,000 in repairs. Someone didnt do their job to make sure I was returned a vehicle that was repaired correctly and safe to drive. You would think this would be of their highest importance but clearly it is not. No one has apologized or even acknowledged this significant mistake. Please spare yourself the nightmare and avoid this place at all cost.

Kuhn Collision Center made the process of repairing my Honda, which had extensive damage following an accident on an interstate, much easier than I had anticipated. Jeff communicated with my insurance company, kept in touch about the progress on my car, and made pick up and drop off of my rental car very easy. The rental folks picked me up to take me to the rental car lot, and I was able to drop the rental off at Kuhn so I could simply leave the rental there and drive home in my repaired vehicle. I should also mention that Kuhn did a great job repairing my car-- it looks even better than it did before the accident!
I went to Kuhn to get my car repaired. The people inside were friendly and gave me the time frame on when my car would be fixed. In addition, they contacted Enterprise to pick me up so I could get my loaner. Technically my adjuster explained what ended up being repaired, but Kuhn did it all. Car looked as good as new, paint was a perfect match, not one ding or scrape. Car was also ready on same day I was told. No vibrations when driving, car looked great, so I am ranking this place as great. I would recommend if I ever go back for any fixes in the future. Please note- as of this review, their location is on a one way street (that portion) and they are currently doing construction on the block to connect to them. I would HIGHLY recommend, do not go during any type of rush hour or you will regret it.
Excellent repair work and superb customer service
Absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. When I went in for the initial estimate I was rushed by Rich immediately like he had better things he had to do. He walked out looked at the side of my (my entire driver side had been side swiped it was visible down the entire car) and said “this side” I said yes and he pointed me to the lounge to sit while he wrote the estimate. He looked at my car for about 2 minutes and went in to get the numbers. This was an insurance claim and being young, a female and unsure of what I am to do in this situation I never gave him my estimate from insurance and he never asked for one. I took the car in for service on a Monday and was told it wasn’t given an estimated time it would be ready. I called on Wednesday when I didn’t hear anything and was told it would be done Friday. I was always redirected to Rich because he was “dealing with my car” but when I asked him questions he always had to “check with who is working on my car and give me a call back” it would take 2 hours to call me back or I usually had to call him back. I called Rich back on Friday because I hadn’t heard from him and he told me it wouldn’t be Ready until Monday. I got my car back finally on Tuesday. When I went to pick up the car he didn’t do the entire back end of the car. He told me I didn’t point it out so it wasn’t put on the estimate. But when he took the estimate he looked at my car and asked me if the side needed to be done. Yes, the side. Got into it with the manager Mickey where he blamed me for not giving the estimate when his “professionals” didn’t ask for something that they deal with daily. Finally, Mickey understood that the shop was in the wrong and had me send him pictures of the remaining damage. Pictures were sent along with my insurance estimate and he asked me to bring the car back in and it would all be taken care of. Go in today and they YET AGAIN missed a spot that was RIGHT INFRONT OF THEIR FACES the entire time they were fixing the back fender. When I spoke with Rich he told me I would have to get another estimate for the damage because they would have to take apart and repaint the part that wasn’t fixed. WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THEIR VERY FIRST ESTIMATE TO BEGIN WITH. Spoke with Mickey again he said it would be fixed but tried to again blame me for not initially giving the estimate saying this all could have been avoided if I did that and that I was at fault from the beginning. He then tried to make it seem like he was doing me a favor by even fixing the parts he did fix. Saying that he replaced by door but the estimate only said to repair it so he lost out on money. Not my fault. I will never ever in a million years go back to this shop and I highly recommend to everyone to STAY FAR AWAY. This place is far from professional.

Not a place you plan on going to nor are you excited when you need to. However, Michael and the whole staff make sure it is as painless and smooth a process as possible. Ive had 2 Honda vehicles repaired there over the past year, bad luck both times I swear! Mike and the crew did a spectacular job making everything factory fresh.

Followup..I again had to use Kuhn as was victim of hit and run in parking lot while shopping inside..Incident happened on Saturday...Took car in on Monday morning and talked with Melissa who informed to bring in and again Jeff appraised, called Enterprise for me, and 3 days later had my car looking great again....Jeff and Melissa excellent and very customer oriented as well as Chaz who I dealt with when picking up my car. They are now converting to Caliber Collision and I have one around the corner from me, but if in future I have any auto body needs will drive the extra 10 miles for Melissa and Jeff to handle as in my 3 dealing with them all about quality customer service and workmanship.They stand behind their work and they make a stressful situation much easier ... I went to Kuhn Honda knowing what I wanted, but I was also prepared to walk away if I didnt get a good deal. Frankly, I couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience. Demetrios was an awesome salesperson. He was truly helpful, and never pushy. The sales team and finance team made everything simple and reasonably quick. I highly recommend Kuhn if youre shopping for a Honda.

My experience with Kuhn Collision was painless and the end results were excellent. I took my 2007 Honda Civic in for warranty work and some touch-up painting. The paint had prematurely dulled and began flaking off the car in certain areas on the hood, roof, trunk and quarter panels. The shop techs at Kuhn Collision put on a base coat and two coats of clear that made the car look brand new again. They also cleaned my interior and detailed what didnt get painted.Rich was my customer service rep and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions thoroughly. I found everyone to be courteous and professional and the quality of work was superb.

I was rear ended at a stop sign and my bumper suffered minor paint damage. They were very professional and did a good job repainting the bumper and detailing my car.Their paint work comes with a “lifetime of warranty” (always skeptical with these). They gave me a ride to pick up a rental and were very courteous in their dealings over the phone.It has been 9 months now, and I’ve yet to encounter any issues with the paint. Overall, a positive experience stemming from a very negative one. Would recommend.
I dropped my vehicle off Tuesday morning and was Thursday morning. Someone hit the rear of my vehicle as well as the quarter panel. My bumper looked brand new. They did such an amazing job. Not only that, they wiped down the inside and vaccumed it too! Melissa the receptionist was nothing but helpful and welcoming from the day I walked in to the phone call when my vehicle was ready.

Overall, Kuhn did a good job repairing damage to my automobile from a rear end accident with the exception of trimmings. Its usually a bad sign when you have to return your automobile for repairs to recent repairs. I am a paying customer and a stickler, so the little things matter as much as the big things. That said, impressions are lasting impressions. My first impressions were not comenserate with my expectations.
Took our nearly new 2018 VW Tiguan with less than 2000 miles on it, here after it was backed into in a packing lot, as they are the ONLY VW certified body shop in Tampa Bay. Had a TERRIBLE experience, This place acts like they are doing you a FAVOR in doing business with you. Terrible communication all throughout the repair process, 3 day repair took almost three weeks, and the repair was then hastily done after complaints. Results shoddy on a nearly new VW. Lady in the office was very rude on a Friday pick up after having our car for three weeks, rude saying right out of the gate, be here before five because we leave right at five! Communication was nearly non existent from Rich unless a message was left for him asking what was going on. And every time was another delay. Blaming the insurance company, but never giving me ANY unsolicited communication. I had to call or email him every single time to find out what was going on with the delayed repair on our car. Very unprofessional staff in their words and actions. When I finally spoke to the Director Mickey he just gave a flurry of excuses for his people especially Rich telling me how they have worked there since the eighties. Then started calling me two to three times a day with car updates! This place is expensive, with bad service and quality of repairs. Our car was quickly snapped back together and the trim is lifting, and the paint repair is rough and poorly done. STAY FAR FAR AWAY, until their ownership wises up and makes major changes!! We recently used Kuhn Collision Center in Tampa for repairs on the back bumper our VW Tiguan, after an accident. I can’t say enough about the customer service they provide there. Since I have two children who work at Lexus of Wesley Chapel, where the customer service is exceptional, I know how important customer service is, and how it should be performed. From the moment I walked into Kuhn Collision Center for a quote, until the moment I drove off the lot with my vehicle after the repairs, the treatment I received was exceptional. Everyone I spoke with at the collision center treated me with upmost respect. They turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. The quality of the work they did to my vehicle was exceptional. They kept in close contact with me via email and phone calls, during the whole repair process of my vehicle. Had a hit and run incident. Got my vehicle back days later than expected, but was due to them finding more damage than we thought to start with. Had to take it back after it was fixed because the wheel was vibrating, but they fixed it and retightened everything good as new. Id say my experience was trustworthy. You get what you put in. These are nice people, be good to them and they will be good to you. Thank you Jeff kokocha and others for helping me along the way.Edit: found out the parts they used were after market. Not surprising for a repair place but at least tell me instead of making me believe I bought real parts.
My car got hit on the passenger side, I drive a Honda so my first instinct is obviously to take it to the Honda Body Shop. The damage was originally estimated at close to $3,500. Due to their lack of competence in completely looking over the car and getting the job done right that number steadily rose. The first time they tried to give me my car back with the driver side door still not put on the hinge correctly, the second time they forgot about all of the scratches on the back of my car which if i forgot to mention it, they were supposed to repaint the entire driver side of my car. Ive now tried to claim my car 5 times from them with no end in site, they just cant seem to get the job done correctly. We have decided to drop them and allow a company who can get the job done correctly to finish the job i wish they never started. I would never recommend this body shop to anybody because they do an awful job of repairs and try to play it off like they never even saw the issue. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I took my s2000 after I was ran off the road and hit a pole at a gas station, Kuhn customer service was great as well as their body work and paint you could not tell the car was in an accident but I went back and fourth over 5 times to get some issues fixed, when they took off my convertible top to fix my rear quater panel they did not assemble it back properly so I would have puddles of water in my trunk everytime it rained/washed the car, and everytime I pressed the brakes I would hear a sound (that was not there before the accident) (It was a 2003 S2000 with 30k original miles I was the first owner) I babied my car so much and they told me you need to get your brakes changed ( I had just done so 1 month prior to the accident) they would always give me excuses and would leave my car over night to fix the problem but the noise would still be there! To this day I regret taking my car to them, I eneded up having to get rid of my car because of the issues I was experiencing, just giving everyone a heads up, because unlike most people my cars are my pride and joy, and Im always wanting the best which I did not get by going to them.
