I have nothing but great things to say. The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. My BMW came out great. They provided me with a free car rental and quoted me $900 for job that other shops wanted $2,500. They have a loyal customer for life.

Ive had to give this review a lot of thought. My car was finished November 2020; after nearly 2 months of not having my vehicle. The customer service has been good mostly; although I had to call for updates each time. The car was initially painted back in September, but there were so many issues with the paint that the whole job needed to be reworked from the ground up. They lied about this; I was told they would sand the whole car down and repaint. Later on I noticed chips that existed beforehand, looks like they just resprayed. This took about 4 weeks. Now about 7 weeks later there are notable issues on each panel painted. Hood, bumper, roof, trunk lid, and both fenders.Most of the issues have to do with the paint chipping off and primer showing underneath due to fish eyes. Also there is primer showing underneath paint in several areas. Theres also a large scratch on the bottom of the door. My windshield is ruined; they wet sanded the whole windshield because there was so much overspray. The chips were claimed to be rocks; even if that is the case, you can expect 30 or more chips within 300 miles of driving. They did not deny damaging the vehicle; theyve offered no options other than a small discount for the front bumper.Buyer beware: this paint does not hold up. Four months later with normal driving; I have easily a hundred paint chips all over the bumper. This was the biggest waste of time and money. Over 2 grand for just a simple repaint. These guys werent even close to the cheapest option, but they absolutely cheaped out on their quality of work.

Came here to correct some damage caused from a mishap inside a parking garage. John was very professional throughout the process. His team corrected the damage so well that it looked like a factory finish once complete. Very impressed. Thanks Carsmetics!

John Wobrock met with me when I first came in to get a rear end collision repair looked at. From the beginning until the end John provided exemplary services. They gave me two choices for the repair one less expensive than the other which I thought also was unique. No sales tactics. John was excellent in communicating the progress and the completion and even arranged for a rent a car at a steep discount for me. Hopefully I never have to use their service again but if I need body repair, John Wobrock will be my first and only call. Carsmetics technicians did a great job. Looks like new. This place earned a customer for life and future referred business. Kawika and John were full of class and friendly professionalism. The quality of the work, the fair and honest pricing, and the customer service were all top notch. The entire process was seamless. They completed paint work for my brand new Civic after a local dealership damaged it during installation of custom emblems. The paint blended perfectly with the rest of the car, they did a clean install on new emblems, and they priced it better than anyone in the area. I couldn’t have asked for more. Their high ratings and positive reviews are all well-earned.

Best experience ever. My car needed quite a lot of front end work. Ken was patient, helpful, and quick when it came to my car getting taken care of. They said drop off Thursday am at 8 am... ready by friday at 6. Car was done Friday by 3pm! I wish I had before pics to share with the after pic but imagine the entire front end being held up by 2 rolls of ductape. I was in awe with the great work they did. I will return if needed in the future and will recommend to everyone.

I was initially skeptical of the suspiciously high reviews, but now I get it. From Start to finish the customer service is top tier. I think we can all agree that when it comes to vehicle repairs we sort of hold on to our seats when it comes to pricing, but with these folks, everything is laid out.Took my car in for some minor bumper damage, and when I say they made it look brand new, they weren’t playing games. They guaranteed factory paint, fixed the damage and that bumper looks better than from when I bought it. John, the Assistant General manager took good care of me. Hopefully I never need to go back lol, but in the case that I do, they’ve got my business.

Outstanding experience with quality of repairs and service. John and Barry both went above and beyond to make sure my car was thoroughly inspected and brought back to original condition. They also assisted me with an issue I thought might have been occurring when I got it back. John was able to coordinate with me to drop off the car over the Christmas weekend and have it ready and waiting for me to pick it up (even though they were closed) on Christmas Sunday when I flew back in. I had taken my van to this location of Carsmetics a few weeks ago for a rear bumper dent repair. From start to finish, Barry and John especially provided terrific customer service from providing the estimate in a timely manner to keeping me updated on the status of my van. It was unbelievable how fast the repair was done so that I was not without my vehicle for long, especially for my transportation to and from work. The repair was absolutely flawless, my bumper looks as good, if not better, than when I first purchased my vehicle! Amazing work on my car, and they gave me a great deal on the repairs! They did need more time to finish the work and didnt let me know, but it was worth it. I was also able to leave my rental with them to get picked up, which was a big help.

I recently took my Dodge Challenger to Carsmetics on Dale Mabry for some front bumper work. My car has a bright red pearl type paint job. I was incredibly impressed with the completed job. I was provided with terrific customer service by the manager Barry and even a free rental car. I hope I never have to return, but if I damage my car again, I will go see the good folks at Carsmetics.

Simple one day small job on my vehicle with no damage took two visits and double personal time to get it right. Quality Control issue with employees as the 1st time the paint was not consistent and the clear coat was covered in bubbles and blemishes. I had high hopes due to the previous reviews but the expert level for a small job was not evident.

Nice people but theyre incompetent. Paperwork was wrong, work was so-so, and I found paint in the interior of my vehicle. They were well intentioned, but next time Ill pay more for a better experience.

These guys do good work and are very communicative. They worked with the insurance company directly and handled everything. The insurance company was a real pain and Carsmetics handled their business.

If you really love your car, I wouldnt recommend taking it here. The repair was fast, but the quality just isnt great. I picked up my car after sunset so I didnt get a chance to really inspect the paint properly. The following day, I found polish all over the bumper that I could not remove. To this day, I still cannot remove it. After a week of having the car repaired, the paint is looking foggy in 2 areas. To top it all off, they did a very bad job of masking off the rest of the car before painting. My taillights and parts of my rear hatch and rear fenders are now extremely rough due to their overspray and lack of proper masking.Overall, pretty amateur and sloppy work.

Carsmetics fixed up my car good as new! John & Barry were very professional. I hope I never need any more body work done on my car, but If I do, Im taking it back to them!

I went here a few years ago with a damaged front bumper and side panel and several scratches on the paint. I didnt have to replace the bumper or the side panel; they were able to get them back in shape and repaint them. They did a great job blending, everything looked good as new. Before I came here I priced out the same work through the dealer I bought the car from and 2 other shops. Carsmetics was half the price. Im headed back there this week to get all the scratches and dings fixed that have accumulated over the last several years. Highly recommended.

The work here was similar to that of someone who restores cars in their garage. Its passable from a distance but when you look at it up close, you see flaws. Improperly matched paint, textures where it should be smooth, etc etc. Just rushed. Id go elsewhere.

Walked in for a quote on a front bumper for a 2007 dodge ram. That was was my first mistake. I knew something was up when this guy repeatedly kept saying he was gonna save me a bunch of money. It was anything but that. It was ridiculous how many different charges were accumulated just to take off a bumper and slap on a new one! oh yea, aftermarket too. Here we go..$489 for the part, They wanted 50 bucks to replace the bumper and another 55 bucks to remove and install it, and this was all before labor! hmm..replace the bumper vs remove and install... whats the friggin difference? i got online and looked up the part number, guess what?...found it less than half of what these guys were gonna sucker me for.what was that about saving me money?? riiiiiiight. buyer beware!
