Brought my Toyota 4Runner in to get a dented, front bumper fixed. Received a fair estimate and got the work completed a couple weeks later. The car was ready when promised and they did a great job. Tony and Mike were great to work with. Highly recommend them.

Tony, Mike, and team are amazing. Ive used them twice and have nothing but praise and thanks for them. It quickly became clear why they are rated at the top through my insurance. They worked quickly and kept me updated along the way. My car looks better than brand new. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing some work done!

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Mike was awesome and very professional. The owner who I forgot his name give me the confidence I needed to go ahead with the repair. But all that aside. I only speak for myself when I say this. Im very pleased with the work done. Its like it doesnt have any work done to it at all. So happy with this repair. Definitely recommend his body shop to anyone who is not sure about them.

This is a little bit overdue but everyone needs to know how amazing this place is! I was in a car accident back in May and wasn’t at fault, being it was my first serious car accident I was unaware with the process/claim aspect/etc. Well, Mike went above and beyond for me and helped me through the situation, which I’m forever grateful for. Not only that, I had to clean out my messy car so they could work on in it and Tony even helped me clean out my car! (Thank you again Tony I know I had a lot of stuff). Top notch service all around and happy that they were able to fix my car completely. I included pics below!

I walked in for a estimate from drew brothers and The person I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional for no reason. I didn’t not negotiate a price with them or anything, all I wanted was an estimate just like my insurance company State Farm advised me to over the phone. Saying I want to defraud my insurance company sounds silly.

Drew Brothers was a local Honda dealer recommendation that was the best auto body experience yet. Mike and Tony handled all the insurance paperwork, and gave a 15 day timeframe but finished in 11. The workmanship is absolutely great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a truly Top notch, best value and professional shop.Great Job Drew Brothers Team!

In terms of quality of the work itself, I have zero complaints; they did a wonderful job. They detailed the car as well which was very nice of them to go that extra mile. The car looks fantastic.I’m rating 4 stars for a couple of reasons. When we picked up the car there were trim pieces and tools left in the car, and there was something (wax/paint residue maybe? Idk) on the fender they replaced. This was brought to their attention and they addressed all of this swiftly and apologized for it, which was nice. As we’re pulling out of the parking lot, I noticed in the reflection of the window that the brake light they replaced was not working, so I go and tell them and they replace the bulb, no further issue.Fast forward to a couple days later when we first drive the car at night. The passenger headlight is way out of alignment. The bulb is pretty much aimed at the ground. They didn’t replace that headlight but the fender on that side and the front bumper were, and the headlight is mentioned in the report they gave us so I’m not sure if it was removed or what.This was no big thing and I was able to fix myself it in a few minutes since I work on cars. It’s just a bunch of small inconveniences that should have been noticed and corrected before the car was picked up. And we picked the car up 3 days after it was done, so it’s not like they didn’t have time to do a once-over.I’m very very happy with the quality of the body work, but whoever’s supposed to be inspecting the cars at the end needs a talking to.

I checked the ratings of five automotive body shops listed by our insurance, and all but one had lower than average ratings below 3 to 1. I checked insurance ratings, Google review, better business, Yelp, insurance commissioner. Drew had many reviews that were five stars and maybe two-three iffy poor. My Subaru was side swiped as it was parked in front of my house. A long gash went along the side. The car looks as it did coming off the manufacture line.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Tony and everyone that works at Drew Bros is so very professional, honest and all around nice people. They have taken care of my son and myself a few times and are terrific😊If you ever need anything fixed with your car, go there first. They will treat you right.

I dont have the strongest background in car frame, engine, radio and electronics but more then enough experience to cause myself expensive repairs.With the help of Esurance and the Drew Bros I received simple easy to understand instructions of what my options were along with what was necessary or critical concerning repairs.Both could have easily added to the stress level already being experienced.

I have never had such an easy experience at an auto body shop! I called when I was 20 minutes from the shop and they provided an estimate as soon as I got there. The estimate was honest and more than reasonable and Mike and Tony spent time telling me exactly what needed to be done. Once I approved the work to be done, they ordered the piece and scheduled a day to do the job. They made my car like new again and exceeded my expectations! They are friendly, honest and do impeccable work- especially on Hondas! You will not be sorry if you go to Drew Brothers!

I am BEYOND happy with the service I received from this establishment! Exemplary service from start to finish. I have so much to say but I’m going to narrow it down as much as possible.I was in a fender bender on June 19th and my insurance company gave me a list of 3 different shops I could take my car to.. Well I always check the reviews on many places to make sure I get a clear idea of who or what I’m dealing with. After reading the reviews of Drew Brothers I decided to give them a try and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision! I spoke with Mike first and he was not only professional but assuring as well. When I dropped my car off we met Tony. Again very professional as well. Not only does my car look great but it actually looks better than it did before I took it to them!! Tony even painted the red trim on my tires that I scuffed up from parking in the past for free! I’m so careful with the way I drive and park now it’s hilarious. Hopefully I won’t get into another fender bender but if I do.. I’m going straight to them. I HIGHLY recommend them! Drew Brothers forever has my business along with anyone I know may need them.

I was referred to Drew Brother’s by a Honda dealership that wasn’t able to do body work after I got rear ended. They were quick and friendly when they put together a quote for the damage and helped me through each step of receiving the money from the other insurance, scheduling the appointment, and they even helped me with picking up and dropping off my rental car. They were fantastic through and through! I will definitely be coming back the next time I need any work done!

6/5 stars no doubt. Was rear ended on the highway and referred here by the Honda dealership. After everything was said and done my vehicle looked as if it just came off the lot when i bought it. They detailed the inside of my car and thoroughly washed the outside on top of everything else. Mike was very genuine and easy to work with along with the entire staff. Overall 12/10 experience. Go here (was not paid to hype them up like this)

I highly recommend this place.Tony and his staff at Drew Brothers are great. I’ve never worked with any car shop that was this friendly, attentive, and transparent.They did an amazing job on my car. They were able to get my car looking and running like new again.

I initially chose Drew Brothers because they were recommended by State Farm. Tony and his crew were very nice, timely, and made the process very easy. The car itself looked perfect, and I personally appreciated them walking me through what they did. A lot of the other shops I visited felt forced, Tony was honest and I felt good leaving my car in his hands.

I have been here twice due to two accidents. Both times I got my car back looking as good as brand new or better. They detailed my car as a surprise and did perfect body work to the car. They picked me up from home to get my car returned. The driver was real nice and friendly. This place deserves 6 stars. Will always go here for my car.

This place was amazing! The shop was clean and customer friendly. The office was kind, considerate, and very thorough. I swear my air conditioner works better since I got my car back. Fender bender caused damage and they made it better than new.

We had our 2010 Honda Accord worked on by Tony and his team after a bad fender-bender. They were recommended by Tampa Honda and did an excellent job with the car and dealing with the insurance company. I had to take it back for some very minor rework and it was no problem. Today I called Tony about fixing a door issue from having a locksmith open the car. He walked me through the fix over the phone and now that issue is resolved :) I HIGHLY recommend Drew Brothers and Tony and his team. THANK YOU!!!

Great body shop. It is obvious they care about there work and making are you are happy as well. They handle insurance companies very well and dont put up with there bullshit! They do excellent work.

Tony and the entire staff were friendly and very accommodating while exceeding my expectations beyond measure. My vehicle was finished ahead of schedule and my vehicle was returned to me in great condition, that included an exterior wash and vacuum. Great service!!!

I was involved in a little fender bender on a Friday. I called the Honda Dealership where I purchased my vehicle and they recommended Drew Brothers. I took it in that afternoon, the estimate was prepared and submitted to my insurance company the same day. I had the vehicle there Monday afternoon and picked it up today, Friday, as promised when I dropped it off. It looks fantastic, just like new! Very professional! I would definitely recommend!

My husband was in an auto accident on 10/8/2018. Our insurance company assigned El Mostrou Towing to tow our car to their holding lot. The man towing our car recommended his friends body shop but I told him I would think about it and to tow it to El Monstrous holding lot. Instead Xavier towed it to this body shop when I specifically said no. This is very questionable business practices. Mike, the employee at the body shop, also told me that he would charge us a lot fee for keeping our vehicle there overnight because I chose not to have my vehicle repaired at his shop.We specifically informed Mike and Xavier that we are following Progressives instructions to ensure our vehicle is repaired in a timely manner and at their approved body shops. Rather, they took it upon themselves to basically steal my vehicle and not listen to my request of leaving it at the towing companys holding lot. Mike will tell you otherwise because thats what he did on the phone with me. He clearly has questionable business practices and believes he is above the law.Unfortunately for Mike, he is not above the law and his business has been reported to the BBB. I feel bad for the people who have fallen for he and Xaviers questionable business practices. He also seemed to enjoy telling me I was wrong with his previous experience. Well, he was wrong for arguing with me, because now look where its going to take him...
