I have used this company before. I have had a great experience each time. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Michael Kipling was very helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs to my automobile.It was comforting to know that the work is guaranteed. I would use them again.

I was involved in a hit and run collision my Insurance company sent me there the staff was nice and easy to talk to, they explained hiw long it will take to finish and what will be done. They finished aheD of time and I have no complaints about the job they have done.

I would not recommend Ferman Collision! I’m giving them one star only because you can’t give 0 stars. There is some positive to my story, like the receptionist Sonya was very nice and professional and Alex did a great job keeping me informed on my cars progress. My words of advice to anyone bringing in their car for a rear bumper repair not only make sure you take everything out of your trunk, which is common sense but also make sure you take out your carpet and spare tire cover (particle board) as well because I didn’t and they took the particle board piece and then claimed it was my fault and that it never came in with it. Cause why would I do that? Exactly!!! Then when I spoke to the manager, Jason about the situation he spoke to me with such a rude and condescending tone, basically telling me it was my fault. When I called my dealership to get a quote of the price to replace the part, I was told it was $384. They don’t just sell the cover; it is sold as a pair along with the rug. So now I’m out $384. And the best part is my car didn’t even make it a full week before I had to bring it back because I had some part under my car that came loose and was hanging. Yes, they fixed it and once again Alex did a great job in making sure the tech was available but I would have thought since I was bringing the car back to have it fixed that at least a manager would have come forward and apologized for my inconvenience let alone their lack of quality in fixing my car the first time. Seems to me like management, especially Jason, needs a retrain in Customer Service!

I was in an accident and freaking out. I took my car here to be fixed bc I asked my insurance company for someone that was close to where I work, from beginning to end the process was a breeze. I had to bring it back for a minor touch up but that too was incredibly easy. I was treated very well and the service I received was exceptional. Sandy was absolutely awesome! She made life so much easier! I will def be brining my car back there if something else happens. Sandra was awesome! Kept me up to date and was very informative. I just had some touch up painting done and it took almost 2 weeks which was a little odd but I’m not complaining. My car just smelled funky and seemed dirtier than I left it, as I just bought it 2 weeks prior so I know it wasn’t me. Maybe this is normal? I would go back for service! It was quick and easy in and out. Oh there was also a mark on my car after as well that they said was probably there when I bought it, but I just looked at pictures from when I bought it and it was not there. I’m not someone who cares much about marks and such on my car, but it’s a little odd they blamed it on me.

I worked for this company not even a week, I did not feel very welcomed by two ladies that work there (sandy & sandra)I sprained my ankle on Sunday & I was told to not go to work until the 25th. But my foot has gotten to the point where I cannot even walk on it. I still showed up until I could not walk on my foot anymore! Then the supervisor text me saying he didnt think it was working anymore & he no longer needed my services i feel so upset.... Like they didnt care that my foot is hurt. They even saw how it was turning black and blue and swollen ! Never once told me to go home & rest! Not a good company to work for at all.

Sandy was my contact and she is excellent. She kept me informed, dealt with the insurance company, and answered all of my questions. The damage to my car was more extensive than the original estimate and she worked with the insurance to ensure it was all covered - the whole process was invisible and seamless to me. The team that did the body and paint did a fantastic job and were able to get it done earlier than originally estimated. I chose this Ferman because it was an Acura certified collision center, but I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Disappointed in my most recent experience. We have used Ferman for years and things usually go smoothly.We brought our car in after a minor accident for superficial repairs. They were easy to schedule with and we got in quickly.When we went to pick up the car we realized that the back half of the vehicle was still damaged and was not included in the repair. When we called they stated it was because it was not part of the initial evaluation from the body shop approved by the insurance company. Apparently it is very common for additional damage to be found by the repair center and all that needs to be done is to submit a claim addendum. I explained that, and they were willing to take the vehicle back quickly. This is something that probably should have been caught by the body center and not by us, but they were otherwise courteous and willing to fix the rest of the car.My negative review is due to what happened after we picked up the second time. We picked up on Friday. My husband drove the car home and it sat in the driveway Saturday as it rained all day. When we went to use the car on Sunday we realized the entire ceiling and interior were soaking wet. My husband discovered that the moon roof was slightly open causing the weekend rain to saturate the inside (and cause a terrible mildew smell).All I can say after this is our word against theirs...We have never used the moonroof. We have no need to. The vehicle was in their shop for over 2 weeks and the day we got it back it was open and subsequently led to water damage to the car.When I called there was 0 willingness to work with me and they were adamant that it must be our fault. I know this is a difficult situation to prove blame, but I was completely dismissed, and told it was not their problem. At the very least, an apology for the possible mistake and offer to recommend a good detail service would have at least lessened my frustration, and at best an offer to help cover the cost would have rectified the situation. But I was told it was our fault, they couldn’t have possibly opened the roof in the over 2 weeks they had it and that there was nothing to be done.Disappointed at this treatment especially because we have been customers for years.

I had a horrible experience. They dont explain anything to people. And then bill without your knowledge. And they cut corners on the job to save the insurance money and the job is not done correctly. The customer service is horrible. And they lie a lot. when ask for a manager you get put on hold and dont get a response. will never go back there.

I asked when I dropped my car off if all of the parts were in (because otherwise I wouldve kept my drivable car until they all came in) and was told that they were. I was also told my car would be about a 3 day job. A week later, I was told one of the paint blowers had blown out and it was delaying the car in paint. I was understanding of that because its an unexpected issue. The next week I was told that 2 of the parts were on backorder. I asked which exact parts those were so I could look on my quote to see if they were additional parts..they were not. They were from the original quote..meaning..when I was told all parts were in when I dropped it off, that was a lie. I waited around a few more days and then spoke with the manager, Jayson. He told me the backordered parts were from additional damage they found. That was also a lie because he reiterated what the 2 parts were while I was looking at my original quote. If they hadnt told me in the first place they didnt have all the parts in, I wouldnt have been without a car for 2 weeks. I finally asked for a rental, so they did get one for me. Once my car was done, I came to pick it up and Alex started going over paperwork with me, asking me to sign, etc. before even going outside to show me my car. Luckily I asked to go look at it first because I found that a piece was broken. He said it mustve happened in the reassembly process because it wasnt even on the side that was damaged. I left for the weekend in the rental only to be called on Monday for them to ask me to pick my car up and drop off the rental while they wait on the new broken piece to come in. I made the trip again, just to be called a few days later to have the piece put in. I live an hour away so these trips back and forth to save Ferman some money on the rental were very inconvenient. The work was done well. My problem is being lied to twice and poor communication. I understand parts on new cars are backordered. I have worked at a Chevy collision center before. I understand how this process works, and my situation was handled poorly.

Expert care of my trucks for both paint and body work. There’s no better around. I’ve dealt with other shops in the past and had to fight to get my repairs done correctly. Ferman on Florida has been my go to for over 17 years. I trust them, they’re fair and the best workmanship I’ve ever seen. That’s important, especially when you need a reliable car to get you and your family around town. Not only that, but the paint color matching and body repair are better than I’ve ever seen. Took 4 months to get my vehicle back for a 30-day original repair time frame. They didnt get the car repaired back to OEMs standards. I am now using an attorney to figure out how to get this vehicle fixed. Will never use them again.

I got my car back within 6 days and I was so happy with the results. I would recommend going through this company because they do great work! Had work done on fusion after an accident. The shop is clean and easy to access, plus very easy for insurance purposes as they handle it all. Staff is friendly, but communication is subpar and takes a few tries to get a call back. Had to bring my car back after original repair due to poor quality on first repair. Timelines given are not very accurate and takes follow up to ensure you are updated on where vehicle stands.

Dont take your car here. I had to pay over $400 dollars on a piece that they tampered with under my hood. They took a piece from under my engine and their response was they didnt go under there,when I ask the manager if he watches my car twenty four hours his response was Did You? My car is in their facility and they committed a crime tampering with my engine, somebody has to look into whats going on at their shop. They wont return your phone calls nor give you the human resources department phone number. Monica the consultant was horrible,the assistant manager should be the manager hes the only one thats empathetic. Not to mention I bought my car Brand New from ferman Nissan and they were the only ones whove worked on it.

Someone backed into my car and dented in the driver side door. I dropped my car off at Ferman Collision I Center on Wednesday morning and it was finished Friday evening before they closed. When I arrived they greeted me immediately I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and was on my way to the beach to enjoy the rest of my day. They were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them, they did an excellant job.
