Im sorry others havent had a great experience, but I would recommend them especially if you are stuck at the airport. Our roadside service contacted another company and they were horrible. After being there for over 4 hours (with our son), we finally decide to stop believing their lies (they also took their phone off the hook.) I wish I got the name of our Automotive Towing guy, but he was supposed to clock out and they were close to closing and he said he would help us. Our service provider personally called them and explained our situation. They informed the rep the airport policies and Im glad they did because once they confirmed they were on their way we were going to hide the key and leave. You have to be there to verify with the airport its your vehicle. I really cant thank you guys enough. Please tell our driver how thankful we are!

Put a 24 hour towing warning on my car saying it was inoperable they had visibly opened my hood and tried to break into my car via the front doors as they were both popped open. My car is operable. Idk why i got this 24 hour notice, and when i called to figure out why my car was given the warning nobody answered for hours. Horrible and shady company.

I still do not know how this company is in business.They towed a friends car unlawfully from our apartment complex WITH A RESIDENT STICKER. They Also towed my vehicle from visitors parking as I was heading out at the exact time limit. They did not want to set my car back down to try and get more money out of my pocket. I truly believe they are running a scam with the apartment complex as they try to unlawfully remove vehicles all the time. Very shady and unprofessional staff. Extremely rude when you try to reason with them and heartless.They also have several pending cases and police reports against them. DO NOT USE OR SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!

Almost got killed just now by a tow truck driver on S MacDill Ave - its 35mph and this driver was easily going 60mph. It’s Sunday. Slow down before you kill someone.

AAA used this company to tow my car. They didnt seem to treat the car properly and left my vehicle at the wrong dealership for service. With the car not running... It will have to be towed again!

As a fellow business owner, including a towing company up in Georgia, I am very familiar with the job description of a towing dispatcher.ADRIAN, Adrian, Adrian........the dispatcher for Automotive Towing was terrible. Advice from a fellow owner within the towing industry, you DO NOT want this guy representing your company. VERY RUDE person on the phone, hung up on me and refused to answer when I called the business back.If AAA dispatched this company on your behalf, good luck. If you have options, look elsewhere.

I needed a tow. Was told 1.5 hours. Didn’t shoe till 3 hours later, and went to the wrong house at that.

Deserves zero stars but you cannot post the review without giving them at least 1 star. Worst towing company ever. The drivers are nice but they do not know what they are doing. If your insurance company or AAA tell you that Automotive Towing answered the dispatch ask them to contact another company even if the ETA is later. You will save time in the long run.

Dispatched via manufacturer roadside assistance. Took two hours to show up after numerous lies about ETA! I think their scam is telling the contracting company or customer they will be there within the required 60 minute ETA, just to get jobs and then they just make everyone wait two hours! Crooks! Dispatcher provided false ETA times and didnt know where his driver was at one point. Driver himself was good once on the job.Zero stars for the dispatcher and company as a whole!

So glad this company was who came to my rescue today. The driver was a really nice guy and super patient, and the person I spoke to on the phone was so patient and helpful. Driver was there right when they said he would. Such a great experience.Will definitely recommend this company to anyone

Absolutely horrible customer service! I will be telling my insurance company to make sure they never select this company again. I can’t believe how uncaring they are and VERY, VERY LATE. It’s ridiculous to be in a worse situation with ZERO communication when you’re already stranded somewhere. I had a unsettling experience with the driver which left me uncomfortable and unsafe. I would suggest anyone to use a different service to save them time and mental well-being.

My battery went dead on my car and AAA sent this company out and since it was Covid 19 I had to get someone to come out in order to get my car home. So the car that was waiting for me was behind my car, and the driver started loading my car and the line broke my car rolled off the truck into the lady car and we were on the side of the interstate. Lucky for me we hit her car instead and of my car going on the highway. Bad experience 7/10/20

This was the worst experience I have EVER had! My initial call to AAA went in at 6:17. I was told the service would be there no longer than 45 min. First the driver tells me he’s in traffic but about 10 minutes away. Twenty minutes pass, I call back and he doesn’t answer. Another 20 minutes and I’m told it was mapped incorrectly but it was within the area and AAA agent tells me to stay on the line while he calls the driver. He comes back and assures me no more than 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes pass and it is now getting dark and I call a friend to come stay with me. I can not go to the dealership as it closed at 7pm. I call driver leave a msg. He calls back and is asking me about where I am?!?. Once he finally gets here (8:40) he says he needs a tow and if I don’t have one he can’t put the car on his truck. I don’t know where the liability falls here whether it’s AAA or the towing truck company who my first call to AAA they ask you what type of vehicle, here and make. The tow truck company should know whether they have the proper equipment or not for that specific car. He also stated that he got in a police car and had to go take care of the police car. I can understand if this was an emergency, however, why didn’t he call me or AAA called me? He goes into the trunk of my car and start looking around move things that I have, goes back to Where he was originally looking finds the tow and just leaves everything that he messed up as it was. Was the most unprofessional and socially inept person I’ve come across in quite a while. My friend started speaking to him in Spanish and the next thing I know he’s telling me he’s going to take the car off the tow and leave it here that he doesn’t have to take it?!?!? Over 2 1/2 hours and this BS. Didn’t even attempt to help me into the truck. I am writing the better business bureau next.

Theft of vehicle keys. My insurance wrongly sent these guys out for towing my motorcycle around Christmas, and an hour after the truck had picked up my bike I got a call from the driver saying he had my ONLY key, and left the bike where he picked it up. I had to get another tow out to take my bike. The driver wrongly told me he was working for AUTO TOW and its taken me a month to track down WHICH ACTUAL tow company it was, since my insurance had scrapped the initial report. I am -STILL MISSING- my only key, the driver and office have ignored my calls, and I will be looking to file a police report.

I have AAA and they texted me that the tow truck driver would be at my house at 7:30 am and they arrived 7:15 am. Took great care loading my Camaro! thank you Roberto!!!

This company also tow cars at night. They took my car from my apartment that I just purchased. They towed it on 11/22/18 . It was legally parked. Ruined my thanksgiving and black friday. I will let a very one know how heartless you people are. Its all about the money with them.

WORST COMPANY EVER my insurance referred me with them so here is the run(around)down: I called for a tow request at around 7:45pm-8pm and get an ETA to my location of(10:02pm)okay so I waited I then get a call from this towing company the dispatcher stated to me that it would be another 30 minutes for a driver is at my destination. So now it’s 10:35pm no one here so I call to verify where the driver is and was told it would be another 30 minutes so I get a call saying the driver is here. He wasn’t another 20 minutes later he shows up it’s 11:20(1 hour and 18 minutes after per assigned ETA)at this point so he looks at my car and says that he can’t tow it cause there was no address for my car to be dropped off CLEARLY common sense I’m going to have a destination for my vehicle. So then the driver tells me he won’t be able to tow my car and that it was my insurance fault for not putting that on the record for his work. So now I’m on the phone calling my insurance I verified all the correct information for my car to be towed to the designated address with it on speaker so the tow truck driver could also listen. HONESTLY just AVOID this place if ever brought up or recommended either it be by family friends insurance providers.AUTOMOTIVE TOWING JUST SUCKS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ACTUAL LABOR AND ANY PROVIDER WHO REFERS THEM ISJUST SETTING THEIR MEMBERS UP WITH HORRIBLE NON-ACCOUNTABLE SERVICE.Thank You and God Bless on y’alls awareness of this company.

Terrible customer service. They come out at 4 am and put stickers on your car for parking in your drive way that is privately owned. Then you call the guy working the phone was so rude and said it was a notice and they would be back In a couple of days and tow your car if they see it touching the side walk. I guess the reviews are true! Beware of this company it sounds like they scam a lot of people to make money...

I honestly can’t rate anyone working here, because after 2 hours no tow truck has shown up. Stuck at an intersection in heavy traffic less than One. Mile. from the business. “Should be there in 45 minutes.” Nothing. “Should be there in 30 minutes.” Nothing. “Should be there in 20 minutes.” Well, by now the officer kindly waiting with me has called another circulating wrecker, so at least I can get help. Not to mention all this communication was through insurance reps, since this place won’t answer my calls. Pointless is about the only word that comes to mind.

This company will lie repeatedly about arrival times to you, and they also lie to AAA about when they arrive, etc. Two times, this company reported the driver arrived on site and he was not there (he actually wouldnt arrive for hours, yet this business was located less than 5 miles from vehicle and kept saying 20 more minutes, which was more lying). If AAA contracts this company to tow your vehicle, insist on another provider and save yourself hours of run-around. This business lacks integrity and doesnt even pretend to care. Theyre running a game. Its the most dishonest service Ive experienced from any business in as long as I can remember. I dont usually post reviews, but it was so terrible I took the time. Please stay away!

Most incompetent and condescending people. being quoted an ETA of 60 min, I waited. That time passed without a call. 2.5 hours after my original call, they still had not shown up even though I had been promised 15 minutes earlier that honey, sweetie 5-10minutes top. luckily I managed to get a ride home and called to cancel the service. 2 hours and 45 min after I originally called (& after I had cancelled the job), they finally showed up. I wouldnt trust them to tow a hot wheels car

Doesn’t answer phone calls and shows up late for towing. Received a message at 1:21 a tow truck will be here in 60 minutes 2 hours later still nothing and can’t get anyone to answer the phone!

Just got my car back today doors were unlocked, purse was in backseat when it was originally in the trunk $50 missing from the armrest area, they smoked Ll the cigarettes and stole all the change. (Police report tomorrow) never the less they charged $375 for me to retrieve the whip. I hate that I had to hit one star to rate this business . Wondering how many people are taken advantage of this way 🤬

My car got towed for a minor electrical issue and it gets to my house 2.5 hours later with prybar marks on my door and a flat front tire!! Dont right horrible service and people. Complete low lifes

Just read all the reviews and unfortunately I have to agree. My Auto Insurance company called them to help me tow my vehicle. The original ETA was set for 6:30 PM. Its currently 9PM and they havent arrived yet. My insurance company called many times and we continued to receive different ETAs. Needless to say, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Im not one to leave bad reviews but this is truly disappointing. Im surprise theyre still in business.

I had a major car issue. I contacted my insurance company who called these guys. I received status update texts with an ETA along with a phone call. The driver showed up on time and seemed to really care about her job. I really bad day turned into a better one. Thank you, Falcon!

What a complete waste of time and hassle. I would not recommend them to anyone. We both discussed needing a flatbed and yet they send a non flatbed after waiting over a hour. Then he says it will be approx. another 55 mins, so after giving them an hour, I decide to call and they are not even on the way yet and dont know when they will arrive. The he suggest me just leave my vehicle with the keys in it and they will get it later. I am surprised they are still in business with the way work. The guy was rude on the phone and hangs up on his customer. Worst experience ever!!

These business men are complete scam artists who have no respect for their customers. They towed me out of the parking lot that I was lawfully parked in because I live at the apartment complex. They charged me 200$. I am a college student, and I clearly didnt have 200$ to spend on getting my car back from them, but they threatened me with a 25$ a day fee for storage telling me that the longer I waited the more money that I didnt have I would owe them. These are probably some of the worst people anyone will ever have to deal with, they only take cash and are crooks and thieves. Words cannot describe how hopeless and miserable there company is. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS EVER!

Ive now been sitting on the sidewalk of a busy intersection at night for over 2 hours because they are worthless.

This place runs a scam with the apartments I live at. If you are a visitor and you do not park in the visitors spot they will tow. That is the policy of the apt so fair enough but you do not need to charge $200 for your services.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never dealt with a worse tow company than this one!! It took the driver 2.5 hours (1.5 hours late) to arrive only to tell me he couldnt tow my vehicle with his particular type of truck. I asked to speak with his manager who was even more rude. He told me he was doing me a favor (however this is a service I PAY for) by having another driver come out in an HOUR. When I explained the extended wait was unacceptable he basically said too bad and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! If AAA or your vehicle warranty service selects them as a provider you might as well cancel ... as this will be the end result anyway.

Horrible. Just horrible. ETA less than 45 mins. Almost an hour and a half later, I call them and they say the driver is refueling and will be there in 15 mins. 30 mins go by and nothing. Honestly not even going to let them tow my car.

Hands down the worst service. Motorcycle broke down, my insurance company contacted Automotive Towing. I understand their services dont tow motorcycles but they should have called to cancel. When I called them two hours later, they were rude and useless.

Totally suck original eta was 7:27pm from a call that was made at 5:45pm called several time they dnt answser i then proceeded to call my insurance provider and i was told 15mins waited an hour i called them they answer then they say they will arrive in 5 mins after that i wait another hour I calland they say they should be here shortly another hour pases buy i call insurance and they told me that the towing company said that there is a car ahead of me and that it can take awhile for them to get to me bussiness is bussiness y u lie to your customers knowing u cant get there like moowhat type of bussiness are they running here its 10:pm and called insurance back and went with other company im not one who put bad reviews but u guy TOTALLY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience! I called them after my car broke down at gas station nd was told theb would be there in 60 minutes. An hour passed and callwd for an update, said they were running behind and would be there in 20-25 minutes. Waited 30 minutes called again and was told it would be another 90 minutes or I could leave the key in the car. Obviously not an ideal choice being at the gas station. I called another company, Auto Pros and they were with me in 60 minutes.

Just got cussed out because the guy said i bent his sign and then he came by rhere and proceeded to cuss at me more and said tell ur mom to bring 200 instead of 150 because he thinks i bent his sign.... Originally told me it would take 45 min and turned into a 5 hour wait while they told me they would be there every 35 min I called. Dont count on them to do their job. Also wouldnt even answer half the time or would hang up on you

Terrible joke of a company. Please save yourself the time and hassle and do NOT do business with these people. Unprofessional. Its what you would expect from a group of high school dropouts who decided to one day open a car shop to screw people out of their money the mechanic way.

I do not recommend them, they are people with very unprofessionalism, I asked to speak with Adrian who is the owner and the response of his employees was that Adrian did not have to make decisions that he was the one who sent there and his treatment was very rude with obscene words including my daughter, a minor under 13 years old. Be very careful my people.

It is not worth the service bad attitude with customers and abusive prices better call another company I really do not recommend them
