I cannot say enough about Jim and Chris. They really go above and beyond for their customers and they WILL NOT scam you like a lot of other mechanic and body shops do. I was in an accident back in July and had to go through a long battle with insurance that left me high and dry and needing to pay the repairs to my car on my own. I got quotes from many a body shop here in Tampa and I was being quoted well over 3k. When I was speaking to someone at Caliber Collision the gentleman said I should call Jim at All Makes. I called and Jim inspected the car and quoted me a fraction of the price other shops were charging. As a woman that knows virtually nothings about cars this was a scary process and Jim and Chris made me fee comfortable. They made my car look good as new again and the price was so reasonable they have a client for life!* i also want to note that I purchased some parts online in order to try and save what the body shops were charging I ended up only buying the bumper pieces. Jim and Chris did the rest.

After being hit on the front driver side I was unable to fully open my driver door. Also a previous poor job on my car before I owned it left it ashy and its color fading. My experience with Jim was fun, honest and transparent! He was recommended by a friend, Ill never go anywhere else in Tampa. Only thing Jim doesnt do to your car is oil changes, the rest leave up to him!Was hit twice this year by two different people and brought both damages to Jim, he sent me updates of the progress along the way and had my car back to me within a week! My expectations were blown away. I had some cosmetic issues that needed fixing. I went in on a Saturday and just asked for a rough estimate, Jim gave me a roundabout price and I told him I would be back. I didn’t want to rent a car so I needed a quick turn around. I was in a car accident recently and found Jim on the internet. I selected his shop based off the reviews I read and I and so happy that I did. Not only did Jim make my car look beautiful again, he fixed an issue from a previous accident where I had taken my car to another shop. The other shop never did get my car right but Jim fixed the issue with no problems at all. He thought he could supplement the work from the previous accident with my insurance company but they denied the payment. Jim told me he fixed it anyways at no additional charge. He said he would rather earn my business for the long term that to charge me anything. There arent many people like him in the world anymore and he has certainly earned my business for life! When I took my car to All Makes Collision for body repairs, after a car accident, Jim was very comforting and reassuring and told me not to worry that he will take care of everything, and he Did. So I relocated from NY down to Tampa FL and was brought to attention that cars from upnorth would be plagued with rust and rust related issues. As was the case for me, had a broken windshield with rust around the trim of the windshield. Went to at least half a dozen body/collision shops and not one of them were interested in doing the job. Went to All makes and spoke to Jim the manager who without hesitation said he would do the job. So gave the job to All makes collision and in three days had the new glass installed and all traces of rust removed. They did a fantastic job, as if there was never an issue to begin with, and the detailing of outside and inside the car was a bonus. If you want to be treated with respect, honesty, and fairness than Jim is the man you want to see for your auto repairs and body work. I brought my car in to have a clear coat removed from front and rear bumpers, head lights, hood, and side mirrors. The clear coat was terrible. It was dirty and cracked, and pealing. When the work was completed the car looked brand new. Jim was true to his word with the first quote he quoted me. Since Jim was not able to salvage the front bumper, he replaced it with a brand new bumper he paid for himself. Even completed the work one day earlier than had promised. Jim even had my car waxed and detailed. Jim goes the extra mile for his customers. I dont usually write reviews, but Im totally satisfied from start to finish! SAVED MY BABY!!!About a couple of years ago, my beautiful car which I have grown an attachment to through various life experiences, was nearly a total loss and I was devastated...Oh wait... IT WAS A TOTAL LOSS... Got my car repair here two months ago. They did a amazing job fixing my car. They are very nice and very hard workers.

Took over 4 months to repair damage / paint car. Was told a month. LIES, many lies. Several unresolved issues. Refuses to fix/ communicate. NOT to be trusted. Paint looks good. Alignment off, missing parts, radio now defunct ( glass / antenna issue ) fog lights now dont work. Billed insurance for MANY parts / services not needed or bought / completed.Only one star because ZERO not an option.

Mr. Jim is a Godsend person. He is so polite courteous and has exceptional customer service. His prices are great... but his work is awesome. From minor scraps and bumps to major collision, Mr. Jims collision shop is the place. My truck drives great now.

I didn’t ask him to. When I arrived at All Makes Collision Center for a quote on my out of pocket repairs and his computer system was down, I didn’t ask Jim to call three different places to get quotes on each of a myriad of parts and patiently wait as he was put on hold as if a customer himself. Other places checked once and simply gave me their quotes. I didn’t ask Jim to patiently explain each step of repairs required, the costs involved, and the time it would take so that I could make informed decisions and plan accordingly. I didn’t ask Jim and his team to rush work on my vehicle during the week of Christmas so that my rental could be turned in sooner and I would be charged less. So if you prefer being treated as a human being and not a paycheck, and prefer someone rooting for you with deeds not words, then Jim and his team are your choice, as they are mine in future.

Bad management. Bad paint job. When we spotted a small nick on the paint, we immediately brought the car back to fix it. They agreed to fix on the spot, but somehow that nick in the paint turned into a line. We asked them what sup with this line, they blamed on the bumper which is bs. They forgot to check my rear lights as well because we spotted 2 dead light bulbs on the rear which is 1 on stop light and 1 turn signal light on the back.

Jim was awesome . He got to work right away, went above and beyond even washed my car and vacuumed it . He had to fix my 2 window motors and I had taped plastic to the opening I didnt know he was gonna take all that residue off and you couldnt even tell it was there. Didnt expect that. Jim is absolutely amazing. I went in to get a wheel bearing fixed and he took really good care of me! He fixed it within hours of me coming in and he gave me a great deal!! He fixed a second wheel bearing for me for the price of one!!! He is genuine and cares about people. Driving around with bad wheel bearings is dangerous and he wanted to make sure i was safe! I honestly can’t say enough about All Makes Collision. I hit a pole with my car and smashed the passenger door in. I just stopped in to see what they could do for me. That’s where I met and talked to Jim. You honestly want a kind hearted person and very sincere about his work he is the person to go see. So when I first came to all makes collision center I was distraught and in need of help. My whole axel snapped and fell out the bottom of my car both front and back bumpers broke off of my car, suspensions bent and broken and tires were completely destroyed. First thing Jim said was “Don’t worry young man your in good hands, I’ll bring your car back to brand new”. With great pricing and time efficiency he brought my car from junk yard trash to a brand new 2014 Dodge Charger fresh off the lot. And when I say brand new I mean you wouldn’t even know I was in an accident. Jim and Chris fully detailed my car inside and out, and repaired my car perfectly. There is no difference from when I got my car fresh off of the lot and after the accident. He communicated with my insurance company and kept them up to date with everything. Words can’t explain how glad i was to meet someone like him. Someone who helps you in great times of need instead of taking advantage like most repair shops who tries to swindle and up charge you. Jim killed it! 2013 Toyota Camry. Front end completely ripped off by a Uhaul. No insurance used. Jim beat everyone out there and did it in half the time he said he would and faster than anyone else said they could do it. Looks brand new. To top it off, they fixed some other damages not agreed upon and THEN got it washed, waxed and detailed. Jim. Is. The. Man.

I cannot explain how thankful I am for Jim and his company! My car was hit by a USPS carrier truck and had some damage to the front left side of my bumper. I have a brand new Toyota Corolla and didnt have her for more than 3 months before she was hit. There was a moment when I didnt know when I would be able to pick up my car if USPS didnt pay for the damages and Jim said, Ill go get the payment, dont worry about it. This place is amazing!! They fixed my alternator within 45 minutes! Which took the engine light and the battery light off my dashboard. I was in a bad accident with my one year with a lady going 75 mph she ruined my whole car! Everything literally neeeded to be done! Seriously. Chris did an amazing job with my paint on my car and Jim and him did amazing on fixing my car and making her look brand new like the accident never occurred. I found this bodyshop after a mishap with a vulture...🤦‍♀️when my hood, bumper and grill were all damaged. Jim and his team are amazing! This is my second time coming to Jim after an accident and he got my car towed and repaired within 1 week. Someone decided to try to make a left turn on a one way and hit me right on my passenger side 🤷🏽‍♀️. I needed the panel replaced and painted, a new tire and rim. When I got my car back it looked better than before! His team detailed it, even replaced a missing mirror that wasn’t even in my claim, and cleaned my headlights for free!!! That is superior service. Anyways, any issue you have, bring it to Jim. All makes collision is affordable and fast! He does everything by oil changes! And if you need one he’ll recommend the Jiffy on Fowler. You will not be disappointed!

Jim takes amazing care of his customers. Im relatively new to Tampa and was worried about finding a shop I could trust for my repairs but they did a great job and proved to be an honest and reliable team. Jim and Chris took GREAT care of me! I needed some work done on my rim and inner and outter wheel from being bent. They did everything they could to make me feel like a valued customer and did a great job fixing my problems! Above and beyond is the best way to describe this shop. I brought my 4Runner here to replace the front bumper after another car spun out on I275 and clipped me and Jim made sure I was well taken care of. By that I mean he made sure everything exceeded my expectations, kept up with the insurance company who was a huge pain in the neck and even reopened the shop on a Saturday so I could come pick it up and not be without a car for the long weekend. Ill recommend this shop to anyone.

This is by far the best place I’ve ever been to for work on my car. My front bumper was ripped off and liners completely torn. Jim was able to find the parts I needed and do the work for a much more reasonable price than the other places I went to. I came back to get my car and it looked like I had a brand new car waiting for me (detail washed and all). Jim was honest and so sweet throughout the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend going to him for anything you need done to your car!!

Perfect job. Fast and so affordable great service. I called in morning dropped of at noon car was done the next evening incredible in a Volvo s60 black metallic almost impossible to get done perfect but did it perfectly and super fast.Jim owner great guy good staff

I would recommend Jim and his crew for any of your auto repairs. They just replaced the engine in my car and I could not be happier with the service and prices. Jim is extremely honest and kept me informed all through the process of making the repairs. They also detailed my car inside and out and cleaned my headlights for free.

Where a dealership offered to replace most all of my car’s A/C components unnecessarily for around $1500, Chris acquired only the necessary parts and had my A/C running for a fraction of that price both quickly and professionally once he diagnosed the problem. He was intent on fixing the car’s problem and not gouging me for money, unlike other businesses. If I could give a six star rating, I would. True professionals.

All Makes did a great job of repairing the under engine pan and a wheel well shield at a very reasonable price. This is our second time using All Makes and have been very pleased both times. Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience here from the beginning and Jim definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the results. I needed a new fender and Jim called several places to get the best deal on a used one instead of paying full price for a brand new one from the dealer. The one he ended up receiving was not in good condition so he actually got a different one to use instead. When I got my car back it looked like it was brand new.Not only did he do the work I came there for, but he buffed out some other scratches, pulled out an unrelated dent as much as possible, restored the glass on my headlights that had turned all yellow, and detailed the inside and outside of my car (which was actually a mess when I had brought it in, so I am extremely grateful for that!) all for no extra charge. I paid what I was initially quoted which was almost half of what several other places had quoted me, and got all those extras out of the deal. Most importantly, the paint matches perfectly and you cant tell I had it worked on! I highly recommend All Makes Collision Center for both quality work and treatment, and will definitely go there again if I need anything else done on my car.
