Literally the best place Ive ever experienced car wise. They answered quick, performed work fast and in an amazing timely manner even with last minute notice as I have little time to spare. Yet they made my experience easy, quick and amazing. Would definitely come back as soon as I need anything else. Also affordable.

I noticed that my tire was losing air and I pulled in (no appt) and the mechanic on duty (I did not get his name) promptly patched my tire and I was on my way in about 20 minutes. Good service.

Abraham and his crew at El Pino tires have become my go-to for all my mechanical needs! Let me explain a little more about that happened.I own and operate an artificial turf installation company, turfit. We have a few trucks in our fleet as well as two trailers. Between all of our trucks we are driving over 12k miles per month. I first went to El Pino a couple years back as a matter of convenience because I was close by and needed a quick fix. Over the course of the next year, I went to many mechanics in the same manner, whoever was close to me at that particular time for convenience’s sake. That attitude of mine ended after doing business with so many dishonest mechanics trying to rip me off for a quick buck. That was never the case with Abraham.Abraham now not only takes care of the tires on all of our vehicles but takes care of all their mechanical issues when they come up and more importantly keeps them regularly maintained. On top of all this, he and his crew know their way around a diesel truck which has been hard to find.I trust Abraham outright, with no questions asked, and am so happy to have him as my car guy. Hit a pot hole fixed my rim and new tire in 30 minutes very reasonably priced.

Anthony was awesome! I got a couple things done there today and he showed me what needed to be done and explained why. He even reached out for a second opinion on something we were wondering. They immediately started working on my jeep, I didn’t have to wait around for hours just for the work to start. Anthony was also very kind and offered me bottled water twice. I’ve found my new mechanic for sure!

Abraham and his team provide excellent customer service, often you can pull up and get service on the spot. Very knowledgeable, quick, and friendly, especially with tire repair/replace but for all kinds of repairs.Rarely does one want to pay MORE for the service they receive, particularly at a car mechanic, but El Pino Tires is simply unbeatable.

A very busy tire repair shop but got good service, new tire, and reasonable price.

Last week my car’s battery strap(not sure of the exact terminology) the thing that holds down the battery in place, it came off causing my car to go completely dead at a stop sign. A family member of the owner at this shop helped me get it in place (temporarily) and directed me to this shop where he fixed it.Fast & friendly people. So much had went wrong with that car that day but grateful I was directed to this shop! I would definitely recommend this shop & plan to come back. I appreciate it so much! THANK YOU AGAIN!

Quick and efficient service!

Went to this place after the local Toyota dealership said my tire could not be patched and had to be replaced. These guys were able patch my tire for way less than it would have cost me to buy a new tire. I will go to them in the future the next time I need my tire(s) patched.

Came in with a blue Kia they were super friendly took care of me right away showed me the tire I was getting wasn’t messed up. Fast service I recommend this shop to the whole TAMPA.

I came to El Pino Monday on a Monday afternoon around 3:00pm. My dude had blown out and I needed it replaced. Abraham looked at all of my tires and said they all needed to be replaced. Within two hours, l drove out of there with brand new tires for an extremely reasonable price. He is the best in the business.

I experienced the best customer service over the phone that I have ever received. Then when I pulled up, I was taken the best care of. I was not from the area and he acted like we have been best friends for years. He gave me a really good rate for very quality tires. Then they prepared me for my long ride ahead and re wired my trailer lights to get them working with out being asked for free! Great people and I was blessed to be able to meet them. Then they called me the next day to make sure I was home safe which meant a lot.

The best shop around !!! The staff is super helpful and very nice. I had called in hopes to find a tire because me and my family were stuck on the road and I didn’t have a lot of money I had called and asked for a price and it was pretty good (50.00$) but I didn’t have enough so I said I appreciate it but I only have 40$ So I hand hung up afterwards and they call me back and said we will do it for 40 $ I got exited because not a lot of people will look out for a family the way this shop has today !!!! Needed a tire changed on a Saturday afternoon, did a quick Google search and found them. They had good reviews figured not too difficult to change a tire without issues. The staff was super friendly and helpful got me in and out in less than 10 minutes for $15. Cant beat it, will return for sure if I need any tire service. What a great place! My co-worker saw I was having trouble with my tires and recommended this place, I drove in with no appointment and was greeted by Abraham. He diagnosed all my problems regarding the tires and fixed it right there. He told me I can use my tires for a few more months and it did not need to be replaced right now... The honesty!!!! My mom has been taking her car to El Pino before Abraham took it over from his father. You get treated incredibly well by him and his family makes you feel like theirs. This place is AWESOME. Got a tire from them for a great price. For whatever reason it went flat on me a few days later, took it back to get it patched up. They were cool enough to patch it for me for no charge, I didnt ask them to fix it for free they did it on their own. I had to change my review from five stars to two stars. The service was quick and the man seemed friendly. But unfortunately, my tire went flat two days after buying a tire from them. And the stud on my wheel was stripped so a lug nut wouldnt stay on. Didnt have an issue with that before I took my car to this tire shop.

Got a flat this morning coming into work. Found them on Google as the closest tire place near me.
