It’s time for a new car when yours breaks down at 4:30am! Hadn’t planned on buying a new vehicle when I did, but it worked out great.I found a 2015 Nissan Rogue LS online and called South Tacoma Auto to come see it. I met with Don and took a test drive. This car was in excellent condition and had great safety, reliability, and fuel economy.Because I work in the building trades, I move to different projects throughout the year. Don and Molly took that into account when I was working out my financing (Switching trade companies can look like “unstable” employment), to make sure the finance company would understand.After my purchase, I had to come back the next day while they finished all the safety testing and final detailing. Everyone at this dealership was so welcoming off the bat and were lucky to have Sabrey help us out in getting our first family car. We appreciated how knowledgeable he was but also willing to get us the new information we needed. His energy was so great it helped make this experience less stressful. After many sacrifices I decided to give a car to my wife, after looking at some salesmen I come across this salesman, a tragedy. we bought a mini countryman from 2012 where they presented me with carfax documents, all impeccable and perfect. after a week and our ordeal began, even today after almost three months we do not have our car, after a week from the purchase the the car presented really serious problems, along with the car I fortunately bought a warranty package which covers 90% of the engine. seeing the power supply problems of the car and having a guarantee I felt sure to bring my car to the SEATTLE MINI or the factory salesman. after about 12 hours the video of the car inspection arrives by email. engine to be redone and transmission leaking oil, plus brakes to be redone.I recommend to all people who want to buy a car to go to serious sellers and I do not recommend going to this dilapidated seller, if I had the possibility of not putting stars I would have done it . attention ⚠️ ⚠️

I bought my truck from here and the salesman was awesome. There’s no hidden fees. The finance department is one of the best and so helpful. They’re costumer service was wonderful. They texted me to see if I was available to look at the truck and text me after buying the truck. But why not 5 stars? They’re service team is lacking hugely. I bought this truck for a lot of money and expect that their service team looked bumper to bumper to make sure there were no issues with the truck. I feel like anybody buying a truck would expect that. But as I was driving it home my turn signals were not working. It’s about a 40 minute drive from my house to the dealership. So it was such a inconvenience to have to bring it all the way back the next day. They did not charge me to fix it as expected. But I expected for them to make it right. Top off my gas tank or give me a free oil change to make your mistake right. They blamed the issue on the past owner messing with the wiring but would someone not expect that the dealer would look at something like that to make sure the truck is safe to drive? One would expect. Overall the salesman were great but the service department needs some serious work!!!!!

Id been looking/ planning the car I wanted for ~ 6 months. South Tacoma Auto worked with me to purchase via web/ phone and have my car delivered. Thats huge for a working widowed parent fitting car-buying into a very busy life. Some things went sideways with the sales person and I initially had reservations about referring STA - but the President of Sales dept called me direct and talk thru everything with me and even made some updates to his teams virtual sales process to ensure it doesnt happen with anyone else. So in the end Matt (Sales Mgr) earned his 5 star review. When Im ready to update my car again I plan to reach out to STA with my wish list and let them find me a match from their inventory.

Brandy set me up with Don to show my Mother n Law cars. He brought each of them up to the building where she could get in and out of them to see what worked best for her. Worse experience ever. My mom very excited bought a car with this dealership and since then it has been a hell of experience. Carfax show everything good, dealer and saleman confirm that the car is good and well maintained. Less than 200 miles drive on it, not even a week after we get it on the road, engine and transmission were completely broke. The car has been at the BMW MINI dealership for more than a month and i will be charged thousands of dollars for a car that we were guaranteed was perfect during the sale. Reading the reviews i was hoping to have done a good deal but it has been the worse experience i ever had with a car. Yet i dont have the car and its been almost 2 months since the purchase.

I am so grateful this place exists! I have gotten my car worked on here twice and I have never regretted it! They truly know how to take care of their customers. They go above and beyond. Every employee is so kind and works with you to make the experience the best it can be!

Not a professional place to conduct a business ( buying a car ) I felt like I was getting force to buy a package thrown at my final invoice on an item service that should be a choice and optional and because it is not required by state law but by your dealership. Friendly salesperson.... but looks like he was running the sales and the financial part of the deal running from his desk to the loan officer desk for questions and answers. Also doubting about my identity asking many personal questions and quizzed on a credit test, ( BTW..they kept all of this paperwork with my personal information on it, hopefully it is a trustful place and all of this get properly destroy ) Very disappointed about wasting my time and their time after 3 hours of paperwork. Anyways happy now of no closing such deal because I got a better deal on a Nissan Versa Note 2015 with only 55000 miles for only $4500 paid in full.

I read their reviews ahead of time, which seemed good - my own experience was not so great. I had discussed seeing a few cars with Ondre ahead of time so drove nearly an hour over to check them out. When I got there I was met by his colleague Ray.Ray was clearly annoyed at me from the start and referenced my interrupting his lunch... so not a great start.I asked about extra fees up front, so he told me about the standard dealer fee and then got to the covid cleaning fee... fine, I guess. Bit of a scam, but youre a used car salesman I get it. He then proceeded to vent about how some customers were suing them for unclean cars giving them covid or some nonsensical thing. He went on to vent about online car dealers takig their sales and people buying cars without seeing them in person. Basically he was just kind of grumpy and weird.The 2 cars I was interested in were overpriced but not crazy - no shock with a used car sale. I referenced finding a price we could agree on and his response was to smugly tell me how their prices are fixed and not negotiable. Kind of odd for a used car sale to not be negotiable, and he gave absolutely no apology for having wasted a few hours of my time.I moved on and found a great car at Valley Buick GMC in Auburn. They were honest, straight forward, and pleasant. We did the expected haggle and got a deal everyone was happy with.Honestly Ray... Im not shocked the online guys are hurting your business. If theyre cutting you out of the equation, Id say theyve got a pretty solid business model in place.Enjoy the rest of your lunch.

Sold me a 30k car with a blown head gasket. Did not disclose it to me and by the time I figured out what it was it was past any warranty I had on it. I thought it was a simple water pump issue but that just put a bandaid on it for a few months. Biggest financial setback I’ve ever had in my life

These guys are the BEST! Almost 2 years ago I bought my first car with them. Charles was the salesman and made me feel relaxed. Just over a week ago I totalled that car and called Charles about replacing it. He ran all of my paperwork and even though I am making less money (covid) he was able to put me in a newer car. Rob, my finance guy has worked wonders getting me a great interest rate and working to transition me between the two loans. We intend on buying another car from them this fall. Bought my Impala here a year and a half ago from Sabrey and could not be happier. He is an awesome dude and really cares about his job and his customers greatly! This dealership will do everything they can to scam you. I was tricked into a repair warranty after purchasing a car for $8,900. The warranty bumped the total price up to $16,000+ and when I tried to cancel it since I hadn’t used it, they said “Too late it’s already expired” and got stuck with the amount still tacked onto my purchase price for a car only worth $8k. Scammers with terrible customer service, go elsewhere. I am pending a lawsuit/legal actions with them.

My wife and I bought a 2015 Toyota 4Runner price was a little high but mileage was low for that year so we purchased it I did notice three of the tires were a little wore when you pay thirty thousand dollars for a vehicle you kind of expected new tires they agreed to pay half for three new tires which my half was 450 we agreed on getting the tires put in when the plates came in after three weeks my wife drove two hours back to there dealership and they put on the new tires my wife informed me they put in four new tires but weren’t the brand name we agreed on they were a cheaper tire and not worth the two hour drive or the money I paid I called the service department and spoke with the service manager and told him I was not at all happy with what had happened he said he would look into it and would call me back which in about an hour he did he apologized for what happened and was not aware of tires they put on our suv he offered me a couple of choices to make things right I could come back for a better tire brand name or he would refund me most of my money and I could keep the tires which I agreed to so I can honestly say we were treated very fairly great all around service and sales Thankyou Tacoma Auto sales

All the main sales people are very nice, we had dealt with Antonio and he was very nice, professional, and kind with us. The only reason why I gave them a 4 star is because we had dealt with Paula the financial manager she was rushy and rude she had made a smart remark that no one asked for, they really try to get over with selling you the extra car warranty and very annoying about it when someone says no, and no should mean no. But other than that this place was very helpful with our overall situation.

Was looking at a used vehicle, made an appointment to come in to buy after the test drive, notified that vehicle was sold before I had the chance to come in to buy it. Thats a messed up thing to do. I get it, business is business, but if the cars got an appointment for a potential sale, hold it for a day. If you dont have that ability, upgrade your systems to show full-site calenders and stock numbers so a different person cant just walk off with your sale.

All the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and funny. They made the entire process of buying a car easy, answering all my questions and making sure I got what I wanted in my price range.

I saw Porsche Macan in their inventory on the website and called them to take it for the test drive.Kristen (I hope I wrote the name correctly) said that this car is out of dealer center and she will call to owner and ask him when he will be able to return the car back. I asked her: “what happened to the car? Does it have any technical problems? Why the car is not at the dealership?” She said: “owner drives the car sometimes for personal needs”. Wait. What? The owner of dealership use cars which are suppose to be for sale?I mean, it’s not okay! The car is for sale, that means it has an exact mileage and condition and it has to be detailed and prepare for selling. Especially, due to COVID this car suppose to be disinfected and ITS NOT OKAY THAT OWNER USE CAR FOR PERSONAL THINGS WHEN THIS CAR IS ON SALE!!!!More than unprofessional. I would never trust that dealership.I mean, I would be very disappointed if I come to get a car and my car was using everyday by one of the staff.

I contacted South Tacoma auto explaining my situation and they were nothing short of helpful and professional. I called them on Wednesday afternoon and was in a new car by Thursday morning! And it was delivered to me too! Don was my salesman and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and in a car that I truly like. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.10/10

I had an amazing experience. We had a 7:15 appointment with Charles, he already had the car pulled up and ready to go. The car was awesome, they had a car fax printed. Any questions we had were answered. They worked with my credit and made the experience great. Laticia was very nice and quick with the paper work but explained everything. The manager Tom came out and thanked us for our business and talked with us for a minute while Charles was getting some paperwork done. All in all, this was a great car buying experience. The people who work here are kind and personable. I totally recommend this place of business. They have great reviews for a reason.

The bad:$550 surprise fees. That is something that you would not see on the car sticker price and will only get to know when it comes down to financing. $400 is drivepur (cleaning the car after the previous owner, yes, four hundred dollars) and 150 in document fees. So add that before deciding on how reasonable the price is.There was a small dent on the car that the dealership representative said they would work on, but it never got fixed.The day that the car was supposed to be delivered, everyone on the dealership was too busy (!), so they could not deliver it that day.So buy the wife the car already - quote from the text that Carmine - the sales manager - sent me.The good:The person that Ive been talking to in the dealership was polite. They also helped to get the car to the mechanic for the pre-purchase inspection that I requested.Hate to leave a 2-start review for a local business, but I would either expect excellent customer service and no surprise fees or an ability to negotiate the vehicle price. Got neither here.

We came in knowing what we were looking for and Ty could not have been better! He was helpful and engaging. The vehicle was clean and well maintained and we were excited and prepared to purchase it. However, the finance department was not particularly pleasant. She started our exchange edgy and when we declined their gap insurance and extra warranties- the room changed. She seemed irritated if not hostile. I would do business with them again but definitely with a different finance agent.
