Ron, the guy we did the paperwork with was so nice and very helpful! Everyone treated us with a lot of respect and even stayed late to help us complete the deal. This is how car buying should be! I sent an inquiry to the dealership about vehicle availability late one evening expecting to hear back the next day, but Mike Deckert got in touch within 15 minutes. Unfortunately the car was already sold, but after hearing what I was looking for, Mike was able to find the PERFECT model that was to arrive in a couple weeks. During the wait, Mike was super communicative and helpful - there were no games or pushiness like Ive experienced elsewhere. Mike was honest, down-to-earth, and just made everything so easy. Once the car arrived and I came into the dealership, the process was so quick and smooth that I actually couldnt believe it. I would HIGHLY recommend both Mike, and Ron in finance, to everyone - when it comes to buying a car it doesnt get better than this!

This was actually my first trip to any MINI dealership even though I own two. I went in for a check engine issue that wasfortunately covered under anextended manufacturers warranty. I dropped off my car and within a few minutes I wasgiven a loaner vehicle to get back home. The following day I got a call from Justin telling me my car was ready. Once I got there, we went over the repairs that were performed and I was on my way home. This was one of the most pleasant visits to any car dealership. In the future, I will be happy to use NW MINIeven though I live 2 hours away.

Terry helped us build and order our dream MINI, kept us updated on the progress (even going so far as to send me a link to an APP that let me follow the cargo ship that brought her from the UK) and ensured we were happy along the way. When we took possession of our new car I was overwhelmed to find a Ruby Slipper charm hanging from the mirror. Terry found out we were naming the car Dorothy and went out of his way to add this extremely personal touch.The NW MINI service and parts department are always professional, polite and extremely helpful even if we are just asking them a question.

I took our cooper in to have some work done. I was not looking to purchase but was curious. I thought man, I do not want to go through this whole ordeal just for curiosity and thought what the heck. I briefly spoke with Steve and let him know that I was interested and I wanted to see, 5 different options with pricing. Very promptly Steve had the information ready. We checked out the cars and I was ready. On a side note, a little over a year ago I had an identity theft issue that Equifax was the last of the 3 bureaus to have yet get resolved. I explained this situation to Steve and he had advised Ron. I had let Steve & Ron know where I needed to be for finance and that was beat by 2 points. There absolutely was zero pressure during the entire experience and was actually enjoyable. Prior to driving off, Steve walked me through the car and let me tell you; he knows the Mini! The follow through with having the car prepped to our liking was outstanding as well! Would highly recommend and only hope that my customers have the same type of experience dealing with my company!

Just brought my new (to me) mini in for some service. I’ve owned minis for about 7 years now (this is my fourth). My other mini (and two previous ones) is a second generation car. I’ve always done all the work on them myself. My new one is a third generation, so I don’t have any of the special tools for it yet. Also, I currently don’t have a place to work on it myself. The service here was awesome. Really good price too (they happened to have a sale going on for what I needed done). They inspected it for free. But the coolest part was the tech video taped everything he was inspecting and talked all about his observations. I don’t know if all mini dealer do this now, but it’s a great idea. I currently don’t have a way to inspect under my mini, so it was really cool to be able to see all that for myself. I’ll still probably do most of the work myself, but if I ever need something done that I don’t have the time or tools to do myself, I definitely won’t hesitate to come back here. Awesome service!

Took my mini in for an oil change, said my tensioner was last installed wrong, stretched timing chain and plastic rails in my oil pan and valves. Hmmm, a little bait and switch anyone?

We approached the dealership looking at a used Mini. We knew we had negative equity in our car the dealership, without back and forth negotiations, simply informed us we had to pay down the car first. After we left, the dealership[ informed u they had a car that would meet our budget. We purchased new versus used which worked out great. Eastley and and Jake were great. I used to sell cars, and I can honestly state that at no point did we feel we were being pressed into a car, our experience felt like time well spent, and it is a dealership and two people I would happily recommend to others. I’m thankful that the sales associates do not follow the example of the managers by way of By way of bad customer service! This associates were very helpful and I was part of the job where as the manager for the Internet department seems to have a bit of an attitude and chip on the shoulder hopefully he can dust it off and continue to provide good customer service to his patrons.

Best Experience buying a car ever...again. This dealership prides itself in taking car shopping to a new level. My wife and I have purchased many cars over the years. It is almost comical to see the swarm salesmen looking to pounce on the next customer. Instead, at NW mini, we were happily greeted by Pamela. She knew we would be coming in because I had called earlier looking for information. Already understanding our needs, she stayed way passed her shift because she wanted to help us personally. There was no pressure to buy.....no hurry up to get the sale. We were really torn between a few cars and instead of pushing us in the direction of the highest margin car, she sat down and talked with us about the pros and cons of each. Then....because it was such an important decision, she recommended we sleep on it! And it was the best idea ever! We went back the next day and bought the perfect car for US. This is the second time we have bought a car here and our previous experience was equally great. The sales manager, Brad, believes he doesnt need pushy salespeople because the thrill and fun of driving a MINI means that the cars sell themselves! You are spot on Brad!

Its great to bring my MINI somewhere I know it will be understood and cared for. As far as price goes you could go somewhere cheaper but youre paying for the extra piece of mind.I have an R53 and usually Justin takes care of me when my car is feeling under the weather or needs a checkup. Justin is a cool dude- he really cares about doing a quality job. I really like how the cost is per job and you dont have to worry about calculation hourly mechanic cost.

I cant say enough good things about Northwest Mini!Not only is there cars awesome, and one of the most fun things Ive ever driven. There service department is second to none.Now I wont lie, Minis are somewhat expensive to maintain. And when things start to go wrong the bills can add up. Like my wifes car this summer had multiple issues. We took her 2011 Mini S to the fine folks at Northwest Mini for all of the services that were required. They were more than fair with my wife on everything they performed on her Mini. Keep in mind we didnt even purchase the vehicle from Northwest Mini. The service department always treated her with the utmost respect, and even gave her a loaner Mini every time, the one exception when they had no loaners they paid for her rental!!! With that said the people at Northwest Mini truly stand behind there cars. After my wifes last visit (for an upper radiator hose and thermostat) they gave us the parts and installed them for FREE!!!!As a goodwill gesture. And like I said we didnt purchase the vehicle from them.Ive never been more satisfied with a dealership and their service department. The next Mini I buy will most definitely be purchased at Northwest Mini. I can honestly say that I have never had a fun experience at a car dealership, usually far from it. My wife and I wandered onto the NW Mini lot and to our surprise, we werent mobbed by salesman. After about 10 minutes of wandering around Steve came out and asked us if we had any questions. We told him that we knew nothing about Minis. He was so excited to show us a Mini and what made a Mini a Mini. We picked out a ALL4 Countryman and took it for a test drive. After the drive, we talked to Steve about cost and left. Never once was there even an implication of pressure. I called Steve the next day settled on a price, came in and picked up the car. This was truly a great experience. Steve, Jeff, Brandon, and Fred truly epitomize customer service and integrity. Please stop in and see them, you wont be disappointed. We are ecstatic to be a part of the Mini family.

I would be cautious. I know car dealers dont have to report damage if they also fix cars, but that doesnt mean its right. We went to look at a blue Mini Cooper S Clubman (Vin ending 81642). The sales guy told us it was at the detailer and they were closed so he didnt have access to the car. He showed us some other cars but nothing that really worked for us. When we were getting in our car to leave we decided to look closer at the car parked across from us as it was the same color and model as the car we had originally wanted to see. We thought it was a customers car when we first saw it. We checked the VIN and it was the car we had gone in to look at, only the rear end was smashed in and a new bumper was inside the car. Obviously the car had been rear-ended. We watched to see if they would update the Carfax from no accidents, but they never did. Now they sold the car to someone else and those people have no idea it was in an accident. this was disappointing. I cant say any other dealer wouldnt do the same, just disappointing, and a realization that you cant always trust what Carfax says

Went to buy my first car this weekend. Mike and everyone else at the dealer was amazing! They helped me find the car I wanted and had plenty of selection. Let me take the car home to demo and come back the next day to sign the papers. Washed, vacuumed and helped me set up the car with all my preferences, even filled the tank for me. Highly recommend buying from them!

I so thoroughly enjoy working with Steve - he makes buying a real pleasure. This is my 3rd Mini - traded my first at 3 years, Steve worked with me on my second. My second was rear-ended on I-5, and as soon as I was sure the insurance had cleared, I was back with Steve to choose my 3rd. I was so impressed with how that small car stood up to the damage from a larger car, traveling at high speed. Definitely can recommend working with Steve - very patient, and no pressure whatsoever.

This week I brought home my second MINI from Northwest MINI, not only is the product is amazing, the service is outstanding – which you dont often here about car dealer experiences. Everything is seamless. I had an idea what car I wanted and emailed Terry Soumis, who had given me terrific service when he worked in service and had moved to sales, and made an appointment for a Saturday. A car was ready, he recommended a driving route for my husband and I (lots of curves!) and sent us on our way. In terms of the sale – low pressure, informative, realistic about features, and responsive. Terry went above and beyond to make sure I knew and was able to take advantage of specials and that I had what I wanted and a car that was a good fit.From car order to pick-up was about 9 weeks (standard for MINI) and during that time emails were always answered quickly. Pick-up and financing went smoothly and the whole experience was positive.

We went to this dealership last weekend. Me and my wife visited here to check out the mini cooper s before and mike assisted us. He offered us good price at the front. We ended up buying pre-owned mini at the different dealership and it was a mistake. Their customer service was incredibly bad...
