So I’m not posting this to necessarily be negative. But I think people should be aware. I made a weekend appointment. Their site says by appointment only on Saturday. So I made my appointment early in the week and Saturday drove to ree hours to get there. My wife and I drove the truck and say we will take it. In the middle of our applications some guy walks in and demands to drive the truck we have pulled up front. Our sales guys Tommy and Ryan disappear for 30 mins And then come back and say we have a problem. Even though the guy hadn’t even driven the truck he had done a credit app online and they were selling him the truck. One they said it was the law, which I don’t believe. And two this guy didn’t have an appointment. Nice enough guys but I think they lied to me. Sucks because I was literally going to pay for over half the 30k truck in cash

I recently purchased a Suburban from Tom and Ryan. I live in Utah and they were very helpful over the phone answering all my questions. They also did a video walk around of the vehicle as well as a virtual test drive while I picked their brain throughout the drive. Upon deciding to purchase the vehicle, Tom even picked me up from the airport. We had good conversation throughout the whole car buying process. They were both very nice and easy to get along with. Ryan was able to get through the paperwork process quickly and made car buying much easier. They were both awesome guys and I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

Customer service = horrible!Yes, I know we are in a pandemic, but that have such subpar customer service.I contacted them on Saturday, regarding the price of truck I was interested in, and even though the website said they were open they did not answer the phone. OK no big deal. Ill just wait for Monday to come around.Owner texts me today, asking when I would like to schedule a time to come in to check out the truck. I tell him that I want to stay under $40.000, but I assume the truck is more, and also tell him that Im pre-approved.I just didnt want to waste 2 hours of my life driving there to be told that the truck is over 60K. Anyhow...He then tells me that he can easily get it financed and asks if I want to stay under a certain payment.Dude... I just told you that I am pre-approved, so why do you ask about a certain payment?I text him again that I am already pre-approved, and that I dont want to request a higher loan because I dont want another report pulled in such a short amount of time. (Mind you I still didnt have an answer how much the truck is....)I then tell him that Im also interested in two other trucks that were listed under 40k... still NOTHING...I really just wanted to know the price of the darn truck Yes, I want to stay under 40, but I am approved for more, and would have spent an extra 10 because I like the truck.Long story short... I was able to find the price through a reverse search and yup... I would have paid that much... BUT with this customer service I am not going to purchase anything from them... not even a matchbox car... I can only imagine how bad the customer service is after you purchase a vehicle from them, and something is wrong... the reviews must have been written by their friends...

This place is awesome! When you walk into this place and look around you realize that these guys are serious and take a lot of pride in their trucks. I couldnt have asked for a better buying and trade in experience. Car had some issues shortly after purchase, so I tried to call and ask for any advice or recommendations for repair. At first they said theyd see what they could do, but every call after that went to voicemail and was never returned. During purchase they agreed to send us some documentation with our plates, but failed to do so. If you want dealer prices with craigslist customer service, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Very awkward experience.inquired about a car was told to come by and take a look. After 2 hour bus ride to the dealership I felt as if I was a burden. No one helped me or had the look as if I was wasting time so I left.

I was a little worried at first when I pulled up to this place. They didnt have that many cars out front. They then took me through a shop to this lot they had in the back. Lots of great cars to choose from. The whole setup is why they are able to sell cheaper used cars I guess. As long as you are there to buy a good used car and not worry about the fancy setup that you are paying for, this is the place to do it. I would definitely go back.

I spent several months looking for a good used diesel truck that had a reasonable amount of miles that wasnt priced absurdly high. I found exactly what I was looking for at FMS and their low prices enticed me enough to make a call and schedule a test drive. I met with the general manager Ryan, and right away I knew I was dealing with a straight shooter. Being a small dealership, theyre able to price their vehicles without a huge mark up. This dealership is friendly and professional and were willing to work with me through the whole process. I highly recommend these guys if youre looking for a quality used vehicle that is going to make you happy and not break the bank.

Had an appointment for brakes. Waited all week not being able to drive my car because of the wonky breaks, and had the car towed to the shop on the day of my appointment. The guy called me the next day, told me that he couldnt find anything wrong with the brakes but in the same sentence told me what was wrong with the brakes (what?), implied that I couldnt afford it without even telling me the price (for the record, I COULD afford it and the car is now at a different shop getting the work done), told me my car is a piece of junk (I bought it knowing it needed work - hence taking it to a mechanic), and pretty much told me that I need to have the car gone by the time they close.He sort of acted like he was doing me a favor by not charging anything. Not charging anything? I had to pay for the car to be towed to this shop, only to be told pretty much that they didnt feel like working on it even though I had made an appointment, at which point I had to pay for it to be towed again back to my house.Sure, the are good reviews for this shop (thats why I chose it in the first place) but apparently they pick and choose which customers theyd like to serve, and I was not one of them.

I purchased a 2012 TRD Tacoma one year ago. I was happy with the truck in the beginning. Initially everything looked great. It wasnt until I did the first oil change that I realized that the extent of the rust on the underbody and frame. I shouldve looked at it closer before purchasing the vehicle. Upon just a brief inspection of the underbody everything looked clean and the Carfax report showed that the truck was in British Columbia its whole life, so I did not think salt and rust would be an issue. I am amazed at the sheer amount of rust on the frame and bolts. I am from Detroit where vehicles rust to pieces and this looks like a truck that has been sitting in salt for at least five years and the truck wasnt even five years old. Part of the reason I didnt notice the rust at first was due to the fact that Friesen Motorsports had spray painted the easily visable areas black. I know that this is there trick because strangely enough I saw one of their employees doing this to another truck when I went to pick up my truck. I thought to myself that that seemed odd, but it didnt fully click until I was laying on my back changing the oil and feeling very disappointed and bummed with the condition of my trucks underbody. Bottom line is this is a sneaky used car dealer that is willing to cover up issues to sell a vehicle.

Owner very rude make bad jokes and no test drive

Would give zero stars if possible. Purchased a 2011 Chev 2500HD LTZ Duramax diesel with 140k miles for $28k and $15k down. I drove the truck less than 900 miles and on the 13th day fluid began pouring from the head gasket. The head gasket clearly had previosuly blown had additive/sealant applied to conceal the problem.I contacted Ryan and his response was only you should have purchased the warranty for $2800, I can sell you another truck for $36k on which you can pay the sales tax again because sometimes you just lose, or my shop can repair the truck for over $5k. It is clear that either a proper vehicle inspection was never performed or something far more sinister occured with this vehicle.My aforementioned description is simply the facts without emotion or embellishment. I am extremely disappointed in Friesen Motorsports lack of professionalism and service.I would never do business with them again and definitely would NOT recommend them.
