Hue was amazing to work with! My husband and I came in to the dealership in July looking for a ‘21 Atlas Premium R-Line which of course was no where to be found due to the shortage. This week we bought not 1 car, but 2 cars from Gus! The first one was a VW Atlas from Larson VW. He and Roy made the car buying process painless! They worked with us to get the numbers just right and respected our need to think about it overnight. We enjoyed working with Gus so much, when we found the Challenger we wanted the next day on Larson Dodges lot we asked if Gus could work with us on that deal as well. He was able to negotiate with Robert at the Dodge store and get us to the numbers we needed to see to make the deal happen. Again, needing to think on it overnight, Gus was not pushy at all. He was extremely patient and understanding through the whole process. The financing guys at both locations were also fantastic and pleasant to work with. We will absolutely be bringing our business back to Gus next time we are looking for a car.

I bought a car last year and my sales person was amazing. Great customer service with my sales person and the service department. Finance however has ruined my experience and I will not ever go back. I’ve called finance many different times and left voicemails and have never gotten a call back. I’m in the car business and I am well aware that finance managers may have to pay back what is canceled and that the money come out of their pocket. Not returning my calls clearly means he does not care about the customers. This is my third car I’ve bought and I’ve never have a worse experience with a finance manager. All he cares about is screwing people over and keeping his money.

They’re pretty okay but follow up is not so great. We have reached out several times because our bank is missing documentation for the loan and they keep not returning our calls.

I had an amazing experience at VW. I had the pleasure of working on my applications with Ivan. He was super informative and patient with all of my questions and limitations. Came here after my car was having issues starting. Other VW dealerships closer to me didn’t have any appointments available for 2 weeks out and I was able to schedule an appointment about 5 days out. My battery ended up being bad and they replaced it,under warranty. Summer, my service advisor was really great, helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience.

Reps and mechanics have zero idea what they are doing. It took them 2 hours to replace 8 security lug bolts to which they have a key. Each wheel had two bolts of same style pattern. They only replaced one on each wheel.

Had an excellent experience here buying a new car. They were extremely helpful while I was looking at the used cars. They also recommended several new car options that were great deals and close in price to the used models I was looking at. Hue provided friendly service and was very knowledgeable. She was extremely patient with my husband who was not in a good mood and needed a soft touch to get us through the experience. The staff were able to get our loan processed and complete the entire process in around three hours. We were kept informed the whole way through and all our options were clearly explained. Overall I am very satisfied with the experience and feel I got a great deal on my new car.

Both my husband and I have called multiple times to get in touch with the financing department over a check that was suppose to be sent out to us over 2 months ago. We have received zero communication from the finance department or from the manager, both who have ignored voicemails left for them and never seem to be available. Refusing to contact and provide your customers with agreed upon refunds is just bad business and screams dishonesty. If you value honesty and communication you might want to avoid this place.

Ivan was a great salesperson. I fully recommend going to him. He’s not one to beat around the bush and will do everything in his power to accommodate your needs. My situation was not the easiest to figure out but he did ! Things ran smoothly and was taken care of in a timely manor!

Summer was amazing and had great customer service! I had a frustrating situation with Firestone trying to have an oil change done, she got me in right away and taken care of. Went in looking for a used car we saw online, Mike helped me & my family get the car we were looking for. Set an appointment for an oil change and when the day comes I did take off work to bring the car in and to find out that there is no appointment set up for me .ok wasted one day of work ....they scheduled me again on Wednesday went to appointment and did oil change and add blue refill which should be covered under warranty and they made me pay for it, I just did pay not worth to waste time on this dealership they are reaping people off, not professional at all, very disappointed with all my appointments I had there .

I called them, I was placed on hold and hung up on, I left a message asking for a call back, which of course never happened. Well, even after that, I called again, all I need is the battery swapped, and they said they dont have an appointment for a week. I asked if it is at all possible, could I come in some time sooner, since a battery change does not take long, I only want to get it done there, because I didnt want to deal with the computer resetting bs. Their answer was are gonna schedule for next week or not? Umm, not next week, not ever. Bye, Ill do it myself.

They had the best price on the 2021 Atlas we were looking for and Patricia in sales was so nice to work with. She took good care of us, even purchasing some snacks from the vending machine for my two little ones. Financing was a breeze and the sales manager was very quick to explain a certain feature that they add to each car sold (blinking third tail light for safety). It’s difficult for me to understand the Customer Service I have received over the past three months with VW Larson Motors.I was assured an invoice would be paid to VW credit in February. It had not been. The general manager said a check was mailed in April. It was not.I have contacted Larson VW with no response.

I’ve been wanting my dream car since I can remember.. The final model was out-I did my research and there was only 3 in PNW.1 wrecked in OR2 in WA-1 was almost $4000 more than the other (so I almost dismissed It)& I went to a different dealership with the lower priced car that had more miles..I test drove my dream car for the first time and it made me want it even more... The rep let me know that it would be ready that following afternoon when detailing was done- then I could take it home and signed the papers...20 minutes before I was going to leave for my appt to go pick it up- I get a text from a different salesman letting me it was sold... I was Crushed.This (felt like) my car..**Half an hour later, I spoke to Shawn- the Manager at Larson VW Tacoma.We was really empathetic about what had happened, that it wasn’t right and reassured me his team would never do something like that.. With no pressure he sent me an email about their model that they had in stock.This was the more expensive one- but it actually had all the bells and whistles I’ve always wanted in a car- that the other didn’t have!! If he does not remember, it means that he is practicing this approach to often so he does not remember already to whom he has done it.

If you are in need of a brand new car, looking to do business with genuine fantastic human beings that are not typical sales people, and/or need someone to work a miracle for you to obtain an auto loan, then I highly recommend stopping by Volkswagen of Tacoma. This place is unlike any other!Earlier this year, I bought a pre-owned vehicle from another dealership in Seattle. I owned the vehicle for just about 8 months, but those 8 months were full of constant dashboard warning lights coming on and very expensive repair bills. After another light indicator popped up on my dashboard about a month ago, I decided it was time to shop around for a new, less expensive, reliable car. My situation, however, involved three factors that made my case a little more complicated:1) I had a car that wasnt in excellent condition but needed to be traded in for the highest value as possible.2) I was practically $15,000 upside down of negative equity because of owning that vehicle for such a short duration.3) Im a recent college graduate who just started working 2 months ago. (This isnt what banks want to see!)I visited 3 auto dealerships prior to walking into Larsons VW: Hyundai Korum in Puyallup, VW of Puyallup, and Hyundai Car Pros in Renton. I left these three dealerships feeling either defeated or as if I was about to be scammed. (If you ask me whos the worst of them all - Hyundai Korum in Puyallup. I was told the value of my car was about $5k, when the real value was about $13k. I was also told by the Sales Manager, Justin that I would need to put down $14,000. You would think that if I had that type of money, it would go towards my negative equity huh?) Anyways, I decided to try one more place, VW of Tacoma, before calling it quits. Low and behold, Craig Schmidt (Internet Sales Manager), Logan Speidel (Sales Manager), and David Lentz (Finance Manager) worked their magic and got me driving off the lot in a new 2019 Tiguan! They are the not-so-typical-salespeople that one would usually encounter at most auto dealerships. When they say that they will do whatever they can do to earn your business, they truly mean it! It took them practically three days before finally securing an auto loan for me, but they eventually got it done! Furthermore, those three days of waiting to hear back from the banks, werent so bad as they lended me the tiguan and allowed me to drive it as if it was already mines.In the end, my previous auto loan got paid off thanks to Larson, my somewhat-broken-car was valued way more than I anticipated, and most of all I was able to get approved for an auto loan that is completely manageable and within my financial means. I am forever grateful for these men and will proudly recommend any person to see them when shopping around for a car. (P.S. It should be noted that Larson automotive provides other car brands. If you are interested in purchasing another car brand other than Volkswagen and Larson has a dealership for that brand, these VW men can still help you with your purchase!) Call Craig or Logan today, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I came here after a bad experience at another dealership and even through email Austin Loveland was dramatically better than what we were dealing with at the other dealership. This was my first time buying a car and they made the process so smooth, so easy and because of the manager George I was also able to drive away with an awesome looking cooler. I am so excited to now be part of the Volkswagen family again and I have a feeling this is where ill stay.

We stopped by here to look at the Tiguan model and ended up leaving with a new vehicle. I buy a new car every two to three years. This has been the worst car shopping experience. They tried to hook me up with a car I did not want, nor was I asked what trim level I wanted. They were ready to have me sign papers on a product I have not even seen.On top of that the sales manager made me feel guilty because I did not want the trim level they were trying to sell me.

Purchased a certified preowned Tiguan. Ivan did a great walking me through my different options. We looked at a number of different new vs used options and trim levels. Im very happy with the vehicle that we settled on and would recommend VW of Tacoma if you are interested in looking for a new/used vehicle. Only reason that Im giving 4 instead of 5 stars is I think that the price point that I ended up getting was good but not great.

I purchased a used 2017 Jetta 1.4T S on January 10, 2021. After doing so, I checked my VIN on the National Highway Safety Administration and found there was a recall on this car regarding leaking fuel that could cause fires.Upon telling the dealer about this, they had no idea about the recall until they looked into it further and found I was correct. Because this recall does not have a resolution, they had to return the car and gave me a deal on a new one. However, this was not until I had been driving an unsafe car for 5 days, during which the front silver emblem also flew off on the highway, which was also a scary and dangerous experience.When I came back in to get a new car, the sales associate Kevin Washington was apologetic but he nor the rest of the management were as concerned as I felt they should have been. No manager came over to address me, apologize, or even acknowledge what had happened.For the deal they gave me, Kevin told both my father and me the price would be $16000 and they would be taking care of the fees and additional costs.When it came to sitting down with the finance person, the price came to $1300 more than Kevin had said, no fees or anything removed. When I pressed them, Kevin said he had quoted us 16-ish which is not only inaccurate, but I find unprofessional as well.I felt I had to fight the entire way through, by the end of this I have no confidence in what any of the people I dealt with have told me, and I felt as though they were trying to take advantage of me. The final price was never made clear, despite asking Kevin over 3 times to clarify this for me.Something that truly bothers me as well is that the first car I purchased that was deemed unsafe, as well as at least 3 other Jetta 1.4T S models, remain for sale on the Larson site...even 2 months after I brought this to their attention.It appears nothing has been done to take this recall seriously or prevent others from purchasing vehicles that are unsafe.During the second full day I had to spend in this dealership, there were also various employees not wearing masks, hanging around watching the football game.Overall, this was a very poor experience. I did end up with a new car that is working well for me but only after an exhausting experience where I feel like I really had to fight for it. Ultimately, I do not feel confident in any of my dealings here and I would not recommend anyone else doing business here.

Humza got us into an Atlas that will be perfect for our family at an unbeatable price. My car search moved slow as I shopped around. He was patient, informative and helpful through the entire experience. Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!

I purchased a vehicle at Volkswagen of Tacoma with Kevin Washington - Ive been searching for a new car the past 3 months and have had a few hiccups due some financial issues, but Kevin worked closely with me to try and find the best options of what I wanted to get accomplished. We purchased a 2016 car from here October 10th, less than 90 days ago. Two days after we bought it, the check engine light went on. They fixed it, I guess? But now I have to wonder because the check engine light is on again - and after contacting them they let us know we are on our own. So much for the Larson difference... Which we bought and doesnt mean anything. Save yourself a headache dont buy anything from here.

Hidden gem! We went out looking for a truck and who would have thought that this place was the one! Our salesman was Sean Omoto and we absolutely loved him! He let us feel important and gave us his full attention immediately, and his team was extremely experienced and competent! His management and finance department worked to make sure we could get the truck we loved in the budget we could afford, and it wasnt easy! We would recommend them in a heartbeat, even for a big truck! We love our 2017 Dodge Ram Sport!

Yes! I have the 2012 Jeep Liberty I was looking for. It search was a long and arduous journey that ended at Larson. The only thing that was not what I was looking for was a nearly fully loaded Jeep, one owner, extremely low miles and a price that was affordable. Sometime you just has to put up with what life throws you.Our sales guy, Jeremiah Johnson and the sales manager Daniel Guzman were a real pleasure to work with. We came to an agreed deal with all of us being happy with the result. And during the painful process of paperwork and financing, they made sure we were as comfortable as possible. They washed the new car AND the car we came in as well. They are a great team and I recommend them.The only blip was some confusion about the dealer added options of Pulse Safety System (flashing brake lights) and the Portfolio Theft Deterrent (laser labeling system). When they went to the extra effort of bringing the car in from another lot, the new window sticker didnt show these added options through an inadvertent exclusion and I was taken aback when I saw them added at the signing. After some discussion, Mr. Guzman solved the issue to our mutual agreement. Evidently, these two options, which are arguably good products, are added to all cars that come onto their lot for sale. I have the opinion that these should be added at the customers choice, but as long as they are clearly posted, as per usual, its what they choose to do.SO, in the end. I am a happy customer. Come on down and meet a couple of real good guys.PS Ive got my Liberty all set for adventuring.
