My experience at J R S Auto was far more superior than my experience anywhere else! From the moment that I entered the door to the moment I was able to drive away in my new car, the customer service never failed! Austin was the employee who helped me find a car that fit my needs functionally and financially. He was sure to answer my every question and was very patient with me in making my selection. Financing a new vehicle is often challenging as there are many decisions to be made but Austin and his manager Shawn really helped me along. Recently bought a used 2013 Ford FX4 from this place. Everything was handled correctly and great employees. Two days after buying my check engine light came on and can no longer drive the truck Until it’s looked at and fixed due to the engine misfiring. Would recommend having a mechanic look at the vehicle before purchasing if you don’t know too much about cars or trucks. Will no longer trust this place and would not recommend buying a car here.

The worst possible customer experience you could get. They have two owners Sean and Steve who most likely dont talk to each other and are absolutely not coordinated.Steve offered us a price and we had to go through a bargain process with Sean to come to the same price.This is our first car purchase experience.Next we had a verbal agreement with Sean that we were going to show up and get the car the very next day. We spent the rest of the day talking to the bank and arranging insurance.Their shop opens at 10 AM and we receive a call from Sean at 10:28 AM asking whether we started and we explained that we are at the rental place getting the car and starting now (we were 1 hour away from the dealership), and he tells us there is a different buyer and he is showing the car to the other buyer and will call us back in 15-30 mins.We even sent him a copy of the insurance we got against the car which we were buying (right after receiving the first call) and there was absolutely no commitment from Sean.Waiting at a rental car place for over 45 mins, we call back and he says, hes running the numbers with the bank to get approval but does not commit to selling the car to the potential buyer. Asks us to wait till noon because thats when he would know from the bank.What ever happened to verbal agreement?Sean tells us, this is a first come first serve business and we werent there while the other buyer was.Dont ever go to this dealership or try to buy your car from there. Its the worst possible experience and they are absolutely not helpful.

I just bought my first car here and found this to be an excellent dealership. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was clean and well organized. Unlike most other dealers Ive met, they werent pushy.Overall I had a wonderful experience here and would recommend JRS to anyone looking for a used car.

I will say that I had a great experience while here. Knowing that I was coming up from Portland to buy a car, Sean was very accommodating. He had the car inspected, oil changed, took extra photos for me, and ultimately made the trip worth it. That being said, the car we purchased ended up having minor issues relating to a previous collision that we have had to take care of and that has been a frustrating experience. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star rating is because it seemed that JRS was not fully aware of the car they were selling and the issues associated with it. To some extent this is irrelevant because it was a used car that I knew had past damage noted in carfax, but frustrating nonetheless. I would still recommend JRS as they do still seem to have the best intentions for helping out their customers.

At first they seemed awesome offering to fix our truck after it broke down one day after getting it home. They took it to one shop and changed the location of our truck without letting us know. We’ve had problem after problem with the truck and now the injectors are bad, which they originally promised to replace when the truck was in the shop the first time!!! So upset. I now have a $4,000 bill for something I was told was fixed. I would recommend not buying from JRS!

These people sold me a car that clearly had so many issues with it and they decided not to tell me until I had already purchased the car, it broke down a couple of days after I bought it and I was stuck paying this car that I wasnt even able to drive. These people just will sell you anything just to get your money. I had a friend who bought from here too and the same thing happen to her. I ought to report them to the better business bureau for selling LEMON CARS!
